Excited to see my finished product today! A lot of blood and sweat went into this house! LOL no tears tho!... Just walking into the house you notice a very large open floor plan with beautiful hardwood throughout the entire 1st floor and most of the basement.
-The ranch comes with 4 bedrooms: Master, 1st floor bedroom with walk in bathroom and closet, and 2 bedrooms in the basement which share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom. The 1st floor seems so large and open due to the vaulted ceilings and 8ft doors.
-Beautiful gourmet kitchen comes with smart appliances, large pieces of granite, and enough storage for anyones needs. Oh wait...and a walk-in pantry!
-I always build the notorious "drop zone" or built -in cubbies in the mudroom located right next to the 3 car garage.
-I also had the ability to build the handrail and mantel in this home. With the other finishes in the house, like the stain color of the rail and mantel, the iron balusters stand out and look awesome as a focal point of the family room.
-The master bedroom is open and spacious with an entry to the back balcony. The master comes with a full walk-in shower, his and her vanity space, separate room for the toilet, and a full walk-in his and her closet.
I really like the creative drain design for the shower and all the features of the plumbing fixtures!
-Headed into the basement you notice the hardwood right away, especially in a basement! We have an awesome wet bar with plenty of storage and entertaining needs. The backsplash tile in the wet bar matches the fireplace which ties in that whole side of the basement. 2 large bedrooms with plenty of closet space and a "Jack and Jill" bathroom completes the finished part of the basement.
-One more unique feature I built in the basement was the "hidden bookcase". In this case it is a small rendition for the crawl space under the stairs, but still serves the purpose. You would never think just walking by that it has hinges and just requires a little push 😉

Hello! Appreciate the comment! I have done multiple basement finishes in the past! I have 1 coming in the beginning of January. Pretty basic on this one though. Small rail with iron balusters, 3 doors, and base board... I’ll get some footage of my work that weekend! Let me know if u have questions!

I personally don’t take on basement finishes under my own company, I am subcontracted out for all finish carpentry...however I do have a lot of close contacts that I trust here in the Denver metro area! When the time comes and your ready to start your project, I will be more than happy to connect you with my network of people!
