Real Estate Tour: DENVER, COLORADO $1,300,000 SOLD 2019

Whats up everyone?! I want to thank you for joining me today to watch is beautiful walkthrough of a Denver, Colorado home. This home sold for $1.3 million, with 5 bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms located 20 minutes from downtown. Just over 4000 finished square feet including the basement! The house was originally a ranch, then pop-topped to a 2 story masterpiece.
We start walking up to the house and notice the large open windows in the front, perfect for letting in that Colorado sun! We walk in the 8ft front door to a wide open theme that ties the kitchen, dining room, and family all together. We have the dining room nook off to the left with a nice chandelier and plenty of space for a large dining table. The family room comes with a custom floating entertainment center with accommodations for a wall mount T.V. The entertainment center ties directly into the mantel of the fireplace. Beautiful tile surrounds the electric fireplace to give the 1st floor some comforting heat on those cold months. Plenty of room for seating, but still cozy enough around the fire.
Off to the side of the family room and the kitchen is an entry door from the backyard and 2 car garage. Many homes back up to an ally so the garage is always located in back for these conditions. There is a beautiful concrete patio in the backyard covered from the 2nd story deck, which we will see later. The patio comes with an awesome feature! A large bi-fold, pass through window into the kitchen. With the window wide open you can be hanging out on the patio, but still be apart of everything happening in the kitchen! We always need a place to put our jackets, shoes, or bags when we come home from a long day so I built a “drop-zone” as I like to call it coming in from the backyard. Pretty much a built in with cubbies, coat hooks and a bench to sit down on to just drop your stuff as you walk in.
Next we head into the kitchen. Many awesome features to note here. Starting with the quartz countertop surrounding the outside of the kitchen and the butcher block countertop for the island. The butcher block is finished with a conditioner which allows food products to be prepped right on top of the wood itself! Very modern cabinetry with sleek metal pulls, the island color offset to the rest of the kitchen. Brand new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances with a 6 burner gas stovetop. A really neat brick backsplash with floating shelves made from the same material as the butcher block. Tile all in the kitchen but notice how it ties into the hardwood floor all around the kitchen. The rest of the first floor consists of an office(could be another bedroom), a bedroom and bathroom. The office comes with an exterior entrance so clients can miss the family action when entering or exiting the house. 1st floor bathroom includes a shower with a floating cabinet, Moen fixtures, and a beautiful quartz countertop. Walking into the 1st floor bedroom we have a full bathroom, closet, and and entry door to the backyard patio.
Headed to the basement we walk into one large open room with a wet bar off to the side. Technically we would call this room the flex room. There is a 1/2 bath in the basement and mechanical rooms behind the other closed doors. Looking up is a beautiful tongue and grove ceiling with product bought straight from Lowes! Great area all in all for a pool table, maybe a movie room, really whatever your heart desires!
Now headed upstairs to the 2nd floor we see a beautiful steel handrail with floating steps! This is a custom stair system specifically cut and measured for this home! Awesome thick stair treds to take you to the 2nd floor. Headed into the master you notice hardwood throughout and large open room with great lighting. The master bathroom is equipped with a full walk-in shower and a tub large enough for myself to fit in! Floating cabinets line one wall with a quart countertop and top of the line fixtures. The tile floor is one see in this bathroom for sure! We have a separate room for the toilet and a full walk-in closet. Located on the back of the master is the 2nd floor deck perfect for views of the mountains. Coming out of the master we have the laundry room and 2 other bedrooms that mirror image themselves. Both have full baths and obviously a closet for clothes. The bedroom to note of these two is the one located in the front of the house where another deck is located. Great space and another iron handrail to finish the look on the front of the house.
