Nice trim work I do my closets the same way for the closet pole in corners how long does it take you to trim a house like this
Appreciate the compliment! This house took about 8 total work days with 2 guys, 16 total man days. I did take a couple videos in this house so maybe we could have completed a day faster. This house was not the usual 1-2 day trim…for DR Horton at least. Thanks for your time watching! Have a blessed day 😎

How much?
Sold for 850,000 when it was 1/2 way through construction...the homeowner then added a bunch of changes and more expensive finishes, so not sure what the current value of the home really is...thanks for watching! Have a blessed day!
Do you still work for that company?
Actually I don’t anymore…had to part ways with DR Horton. Partly why I haven’t had any videos recently. Just going through a change right now but in a good way…

I would recommend working for them…Definitely provided a great and steady income! I gave them 7 years and just wanted to move on to other things. Try and meet some of the superintendents of the projects and just make sure both of you continue good communication. I feel that helped me the most…they helped whenever I needed something!

I know, I know! It was specially chosen by the homeowner, that’s why I hope they have some good furniture or something to go with it…lol! Not my style either…
