The windoooooooooows! So much natural lighting! The views!! I would probably hire an interior decorator to shake up the color scheme based on my preference. Love the touch of artwork throughout the house! I would find a way to convert one of the bedrooms into a MIL suite. I wonder why they put the vent near the bathroom shower on the floor of the master bathroom? Fantastic home!
Excellent feedback my man! I never noticed the floor vent next to the shower until reading this...Could it be there to warm your feet after showering??..LMAO...I'll have to ask the builder about that.

Briggs great job! Infinity homes appear to be custom...surprising that they aren't! This was the first model I have ever seen with a pool in the Denver area. Why are they not a more popular option?

Economically speaking, where does the money come from in this area? Ten years ago, the cost of living was a fraction of what it's become. I know the pot boom played a role, but what about everything else?
Excellent question! Colorado is a top destination for relocation and has been so for quite some time. Yes the marijuana industry plays a substantial role but I am also seeing a growing number of buyers with sizable crypto and other investment portfolios. Thanks for watching and commenting!
