Can you please compare the canyons vs village of castle pines? I saw some model homes virtual tours like the vector by infinity homes in canyons. also i cant find if canyons is a gated community. One problem i see with castle pines village is no fencing. Thank you for providing this content 🙏

Great question. The two communities are quite different. The Canyons is all new construction and is NOT gated; fences are allowed in there as well. CP Village is heavy on custom homes and has homes dating from the 1980's to today, so some houses need full remodels, some are move in ready. HOA fees in The Village are about double what they are in The Canyons. CP Village is heavily treed and can feel very cozy (and not necessarily in that code word way for small and tight...it's nice to have trees around). The Canyons is rolling terrain of scrub oak; the only trees are ones added by Buyers for landscaping. Both areas can offer Mountain Views, the better mountain views when available are in The Village. I'm more than happy to chat or email if you have more questions. Oh, and Infinity Homes has built in both communities. Their homes in The Canyons are modern masterpieces, that's for sure!

I was a UPS driver in the Village back in the late 90's. Many of the homes in there have electric perimeter fences for their dogs.

There are no duplexes in The Hamlet. All are single family homes, and no rentals are allowed.
