It’s a beautiful home! I would make the downstairs like an apartment for my son and granddaughter and replace the wet bar for a small kitchen. I love that you showed the pantry, that’s my thing, lol. the only farmhouse feel i get is the laundry room, but beautiful home.
This is an amazing house! I really love the basement… that’s where I would spend a lot of time! On the first floor, I really like the idea of a glass office and I would use the other room with no bathroom as a meditation room! The kitchen is amazing as well! Lovely home all together!

6:13 having shower before or after lunch is awesome ( working from home teach me that) i will use the full bad for office and the closet space could be a bar or a vertical garden with a small fountain, just for the water noises 🪴😎

houses are to close to each other, so it is not appealing the houses are nice but as expensive as they are you think you get a good size lot.
Yikes, look how outdated the downlights are! They literally have screw-in light bulbs. These have not been used in downlights since the early 1990s in the rest of the world. How embarrassing!
Way too much house for the lot size.
Too much $ over priced.
Coming from a farm background- this is not a farm/ranch house - to close to other homes -
That house isn’t worth 1.3 million
