Great video instruction as usual. Though for me, I like to split the workout into two parts, a technical session for the early part of the day and i'll do the conditioning towards the evening or maybe do a full on conditioning the following day. 💪👍

Im learning muay thai and getting back in shape! You are a great Teacher! i can't wait to do the other work outs!

Really want to try this out soon. Always have wanted to get into Muay Thai.. My last few months in the military I got a nice herniated disc an sciatica in my lowerback so I'm not sure if I could go to an actual gym sadly 😔 but I'm going to try this! Thank you
Same here, lol. I think if you do this like everyday or even twice a week, IDK.. you will get some progress too. I don't have that much time for it, so whenever I have time, I practice what I already know from the videos I watched. I'd love to have some stable schedule, of course but now it's not time for that :/

There are a few possible reasons for this but unfortunately as we can't see you in person I can only suggest some things to try :) 1) Work on your lower abdominal and glutes to strengthen around the hip area so it doesn't over compensate when kicking. 2) Try to relax when you're kicking as you're not carrying tension through the joint 3) Reducing the height and power of the kick - keep it relaxed and comfortable before building up speed and intensity Though I would still recommend getting a professional assessment should you feel the pain still :) !

Oh no hope you're on the mend - take all these movements slowly and probably good to consult with your physio on whether these movements are ok :)

Is it normal to have joint pains when kicking?
No not at all! Where is this pain? Would recommend getting advice from a professional physiotherapist or osteopath.
