PLEASE upload more heavy bag workout videos!!! I was so disappointed when I realized there hasn't been a new upload in a year! Just found this channel and LOVE it.
Chris from LA here. Dude, I've done a few of Springs classes and she has kicked my ass. Seriously, really good form and mechanics in her technique. Even my close Martial arts friend said her footwork is on point. These have helped me really get the technical side of Muay Thai down while getting me back in shape. I showed a video to my GF and told her Spring was my new GF because I spent so much time with her and had to do everything she said. She didn't think my joke was funny. LOL
Great work sister... Last time practiced kick boxing when I was 15. I stopped doing coz of personal reasons...Now my age is 37 in order to reduce weight I started once again ... feeling so good burning lots of calories in a day and also making me fit... No pain no gain....
Thank you. A suoerb enjoyable work out class with some classic moves. It makes you feel fab,I,ll be passing your class on.However the walking planks at the end of class, the conditioning is a real killer thanks j.
Many thanks and love from Germany to you guys keeping up your great training vids! If possible, could you do another advanced session somewhere in the future? Stay safe and keep on going.
Thanks for uploading your training to you tube. 56 and have done martial arts most of my life but am now a low impact guy and muay thai is perfect. Your vids are a blessing
My first video from your channel and I’m already in love. Definitely helping me working on areas that I usually don’t work by myself like shadow boxing. The combinations were great, too. I had a lot of fun doing this can’t wait to do more!
Great video and combo work. You should periodically mention during strikes to step off the line to keep opponent from centering on you. The only thing that was bad about this lesson was the horrible music during the end conditioning 😣
@@MartialSpirit all the lesson you post I try to pratice you teach very well thanks for the teachings you are very technical I like you channel and you 😊
I have a question as its said shadow practice is like imagining an opponent and I need to act as if I am fighting with an opponent. So will this preformated shadow routine help during my sparring or fight?
Hey! I shadow box everyday as a warm up or cool down .. but also if there's something new that I'm learning, I try to break it down with shadow boxing .. helps me learn cuz I'm not a quick learner :) I dont think it'll translate fully into stamina.. you can shadow to stay sharp and practice your balance but you'll need to do external work like running, bike, rowing and conditioning to build on the stamina. I would suggest rounds - eg 3/4 minutes x 5 rounds with 30 seconds break?
Do you run daily and how many miles? And how long do you work out on your bag and general Muay Thai and fitness training? Iam trying to train, but work gets in the way and it’s hard to work and do it all hahaha thanks 🙏🏻
Hi ! Yup I do try to run daily.. 6km-10km a day. And I train with the team for 2-3 hours in the evenings ... We do pads, sparring, clinching and occasionally bag work. Bag work usually is similar to the videos you'll see here on the channel - I work for rounds / specific conditioning like teeps and knees.. TOTALLY! It is hard to fit it all in! You don't have to do everything everyday - just scheduling in 3-4 runs a week and Muaythai 3 times a week is a good schedule :))

@@MartialSpirit thanks 😊 brutal conditioning Thai boxers are the fittest in the world I think. More than MMA etc Amazing Thais
The tricep pulses ruined me!! Haha why do I find pushups and its other variants so hard to do! I can do almost all other excercises.
hahaha they get me too :P
Where I can find a tatami like this? For training at home lol
Hmm you can try Fuji mats or similar companies for tatami ? :)
@@MartialSpirit thanks!!!
