As a Thai and been practicing Muay Thai for a while, i can tell that your form is so authentic Muay Thai. I learned a lot from you guys. Keep on your good works. I will keep visiting your channel.
thanks for posting these I am so hoping I can get my round kicks that hard I was like 2 lessons into my Muay Thai journey when the pandemic came really enjoying the videos and learning a lot
I love your content. I just finished my leg day workout a couple of hours ago and I love to do cardio afterwards. I followed along with your heavy bag workout video and it is really challenging. Keep it up. 🙂
This is so good! Thank you! Hope you keep sharing these workouts! I haven't had the chance to train with other people in a long time, so these are very motivating, and also very amicable! what more can you ask for?
@@MartialSpirit I'm interested in taking up muay thai so I can defend myself in case I ever have to. But during training and stuff am I allowed to train while wearing a beanie or hat?
I have been searching for beginners Muay Thai videos to try and get in shape in the lockdown. And of all the videos I have seen, yours is by far the best.
I've just started to like Muay Thai, and I find your content informative. Thank you for including shadow boxing. This is helpful for people who do not have a heavy bag. Also, thank you for describing and showing the proper form. Keep it up!
This is great instructional content! I’ve gone thru a lot of Muay Thai workouts on RUclips and this is one of the better lessons. Keep up the good work!
Great video, especially as I’m still not ready to train live. I especially appreciate your incorporation of elbow. Thank you for posting. (From the US!)
Thanks again for sharing this great at home but even better at my KRAV MAGA gym.As always best wishes to you and your team friends and family GOD 🙏 and 🤘 out.
Years ago when I boxed, there was an old guy at the gym who would help coach. Every time we felt tired or couldn't go that last few reps, he'd shout out 'Where's your joy?!' Always brought up spirits and gave us that second wind. Your pup in the background has that same effect, especially at the end with you giving love. It's a really nice touch
Good basic muay thai, pretty good comprehension of movement and leverage. Let me ask you a question- when you check a kick in that elephant stance, do you keep the knee bent at 90 degrees or do you give it maybe a 100? It just seems that a 100 gives better frame as you check a shin kick otherwise the frame breaks. PS you have pretty legs btw :) cheers
@@MartialSpirit no, what I meant was the angle inside the knee. Because if the frame of the check is not strong enough the leg kick will break the structure. I am a boxer trying to learn a bit of muay thai:) that's why I am debating on things like this. Also, you dont stand up on your toes when throwing front kicks to create elevation for more penetration which a lot of times in muay thai they will correct but not standing up on your toes will work in MMA because that way you are more grounded and harder to take down. So it becomes a tradeoff if you know what I mean. I coach boxing so as a martial intellectual I pay attention to those things. Cheers
hey, its great that you're that into the specifics! something I'm working on as most of training is a mix of the technique and feeling of it for me but obviously I can't quite iterate "feelings" across into a video haha but yeh I would say abit more than 90 degrees but in a competition .. I'm just thinking of meeting the kicks with the top part of my shin as quickly as possible.
@@MartialSpirit are talking about tucking your heel towards your but to make the knee sharper and trying to damage the shin with the top of the knee? That sounds effective but you have to have experience to make this a very accurate contact, right?
This is good. Basic fundamentally fundamental ok average. Anyways just curious. You fight? How many fight? How many of them are Muay Thai? Are you black belt Muay Thai? What did you have for breakfast three days ago? Just curious. Thank you and God bless.

yup I would say the check is higher than 90 degrees but depends on what you're trying to check ... eg body kick, forearm or leg..
@@MartialSpirit no, what I meant was the angle inside the knee. Because if the frame of the check is not strong enough the leg kick will break the structure.
