Great video I’m glad I found this channel I subscribe to a lot of boxing channels and ur attention to detail is priceless to someone like me trying to get better at boxing definitely the best on RUclips thanks for teaching us couch looking forward to what’s next
That was a great synopsis, really well presented! Why do people think boxers are dumb? After all, it's called the Sweet SCIENCE. They are, therefore, Sweet SCIENTISTS. Sweet!
Coach Bam, I just want to tell u how much I appreciate your videos, and have been playing it repeatedly to internalise your knowledge. Gyms where I am located don't teach boxing theory like this. Your passion to share the sweet science is truly admirable. I am feeling the progression. Thank you Coach Bam!
Im a little confused here -what you mean by Open and Closed side? Is that same or different than Inside/outside slips? Also maybe its the angle but when your partner is demoing the 'Open Side Slip' @7:50 -looks like hes straight dropping with zero turn of the shoulder or hips -is that intended?
Hi coach, this is an amazing breakdown of the reactive head movements, but do you have any suggestions regarding the more proactive movements? Iike, when you see fighters just keeping their head moving when not engaging?
Thanks for your patience on this one guys! Please leave a like for us, this was our most ambitious video yet! Subscribe to see more!
Why do you have a carpet on your face?

Agree and actually a hidden gem whilst comparing his coaching material with the more 'famous' ones; Bambara makes the better sense out of them!
This channel is a boxing technique gem. Appreciate the great information!
Superb lesson in defense. In fact, second to none illustration to everything I have seen. I am respectfully appreciative and grateful!

You're such a good teacher....I wish I could learn more from in person.
Great point about the stand defence! It helps me realise part of what makes the gazelle punch work is its inbuilt stand defence.
Great lesson! I have watched it several times to ingrain the information since there are a lot of valuable basics. You are a truly effective Coach.
Been waiting for this 🙌
