    Great point about the stand defence! It helps me realise part of what makes the gazelle punch work is its inbuilt stand defence.

    Hi coach, this is an amazing breakdown of the reactive head movements, but do you have any suggestions regarding the more proactive movements? Iike, when you see fighters just keeping their head moving when not engaging?

    Im a little confused here -what you mean by Open and Closed side? Is that same or different than Inside/outside slips? Also maybe its the angle but when your partner is demoing the 'Open Side Slip' @7:50 -looks like hes straight dropping with zero turn of the shoulder or hips -is that intended?
