@beastnationfitness Your left toe should be in line with your back heel, but here (not always though) you've got both feet almost in line with each other, which isn't optimal for balance
@@hfvales Everything has a time and place. Having a wider stance puts you in a better position to throw the rear hand however it intrinsically creates more targets for your opponent by having more of your body exposed. The most adaptable fighters can changer the length and width of their stance depending on the situation for example mayweather and bud crawford.

Great video Coach. Could you do a video on throwing the rear hand cross while maintaining balance and not overreaching.
@@SuperSkully absolutely, did a video about how to lead with your rear hand about 2 months ago, it cover this subject pretty good
Points for puppy!
@@TimothyAdams-ln2jr that’s the best partner ever🤣🤣
Why shouldn’t I cross?
When legs are too close you lose balance
@@kauaokalanikeliikipi-dizon93 well said, do you compete?
@@Thewayoflife824 if your leg cross, your balance will be off, which makes it hard for you to set up your attack or recover after striking
Isn't your stance too narrow here? You've got both feet in line
@@hfvales what do you mean by that?
