I've been watching all the bag workouts "As well as the others". Focusing on the bag workouts lately as me and my bro are ordering a bag soon. Your my favorite to watch because it's basically an online class that I can come to anytime. Also you are just doing the moves over and over again, so I do be mentally doing it. I don't have the space to shadow box or anything like that, but the bag will be hung outside the back garden, space will be made!
Awesome circuit, please make more Spring 🙏! Have a gym garage with a lot off amenities (Heavy Bag, Cross fit Rig, Barbell, Mats, Resistance Bands, Airtrack ;) ). Trying to get a speed & double end bag soon!
Hi Springs et many thanks for all your training video. You are honest and you don't cheat with the exercice and I like that. Also you're a beast and sometimes you scary me because you're hard to follow! But with cardio and muay Thai vid I gradually recover my energy so thank you.

Glad you included resistance band workouts! I will surely try the sprint. Include a couple of resistance band workouts in your videos if possible. Love ur videos and following ur workouts! Keep'em coming :-)

Hello, thank you for your video. I practice Muay Thai to stay in shape and it is very satisfactory for me but I don't have the agility or I can't kick the bag with my left leg, I can't, I didn't hit it hard. how do I improve this? thank you.
Hi Ricardo! Thanks for tuning in! If you are currently suffering an injury causing you to have limited range and movement I would say take it easy, slowly build back up with rehab and strength in the area first. If it's just a range of motion issue, gentle stretching everyday, shadow boxing (increasing the height and rotation of the kick slowly) and trying to relax through the kicking motion usually helps (tension makes it hard to throw the kick - don't think too much about power at the start, just get the movement comfortable and the rest will come with practice). Hope that was helpful!
