Thank you for your videos. You are a great instuctor! I have a question for you though. When you throw a knee do you do you point your toes down or keep your foot in its natural position? Ive had coaches give me conflicting advice. I was trying to see what you were doing in the video and I couldn't tell.
hihi for me I try to point my toes - but yes different coaches have a different take so be sure to check with your coach :)

ooh muay thai seems centered more on leg strength than arms. looks very similar to kickboxing. your legs are much more defined than your arms. try some martial arts that emphasizes arm usage over legs!
