Am i trippin or is it in 360p quality
Less sets and just hitting those last partials and I’m already feeling more sore from my workouts. Love this channel!
Video isn't loading for me..
dunno if its just me but the video is in 360p max
why the fuck does his intro make me super anxious and uneasy while the vlogs are my actual comfort zone
360p perfect
Hit 155 for 8 inspired me to push my self harder Sam 🙏
why is it only 320p
Sam is one of the biggest gym inspiration right now. Keep it up!
Sam how often does that hat get washed? im guessing twice every 9 years
All honesty, every few weeks. But it doesn’t get that sweaty because of the hair. When I have short hair it gets drenched

Sam, ur a good kid! Glad Fouad signed you! Wish u success brother 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I swear to god i was on youtube months ago and Sams bulkind day 26 came up on my phone so i watched it. Found it interesting but oddly extremely addicting to watch. I was sure if i was gonna watch more of his videos of just a couple. Here i am caught up like the rest of us❤
the video is not working 😅
Love Sam. That said... with all the SM Influencers out there promoting the importance of ROM, Ecentric movements, and proper form... I think Sam is showing, when you are genetically gifted... 20... and taking gear... work hard, lift heavy, and go to failure... and you WILL grow.
Video will not load😢
Same problem here. Thought my internet went down

Love the old school no bs aproach! Especially coming from a young chap. Keep it going and be healthy👍
Why his skin is like that? Because of the steroids?
Nah, it's just a sign of hard work
It’s likely because of that
Because of cheez doodles..
Today is back day and Sam has me ready to go. Because of same I never been so laid back to my working out approach and I have never seen better results . Focused taking it easy and getting them gains
Best out there on RUclips for any content.
The more I watch his content, the more I understand that yea this dude is natural and works his ass off. Salute to you my dude
Sam is so genuine we appreciate you bro
That lighting spot with the dudes benching was classic. Funny yet humble thing to point out
The perfect time to do cardio is when sam posts a new video
