Honey, when I realized I could’ve used a blender to create juices, I was annoyed because I would’ve saved my $100+ on buying a juicer. It also takes up so much cabinet space. I’ve told people in passing, if you have a blender, you’ll be just fine with making smoothies or juices and can save your coin! Never feel bad for doing so, it’s literally the best way to live life! 🥰
I spent hours prepping green smoothies by chopping my fruits and veggies and putting them in freezer bags. I’ve been hesitant to made them because all the pulp and bits were grossing me out. I didn’t think to use a cheese cloth at all. You also just saved me some money because I was dreading buying a juicer when I have a perfectly good blender. ❤
The pulp is actually important for digestion. The fiber in it causes you to digest slower. If you remove it then the fructose in the fruit goes straight into the blood stream causing a spike in blood sugar.
If supposed to drink first thing in morning on empty stomach -- thete is nothing to digest. No meal for 3 or 4 hours later. Also juice only is to detox colon and loose weight long term.
I will suggest a couple things here, in that, after boiling down the Pineapple Core it should be soft enough to add to the blender. The Pineapple Center has a great nutrient called Bromelain which is probiotic and is a compound that helps build stronger bones. Also, if you're going to add a sweetener, green leaf Stevia is awesome, but you could also use Allulose. It tastes like sugar, but actually reduces blood sugar levels.

That fiber supplement has synthetic inulin in it Apple cider vinegwr is not needed Sugar?? If yu wanted it sweeter all yu had to dk was add honeycrisp fuji or grannysmith apple
I always found that the quality of the fruits makes the difference in the taste. If you got some good pineapples and green apples, you probably don't need any sweetener.
wetting your fruit and veggies and then rubbing them with baking soda cleans them well also...and may be a more economical alternative. that what I like to use anyways😄

I use a slow masticating juicer, before adding ingredients I will run them through a blender on its slowest speed, it makes running them through a masticating juicer easier.
I definitely got that nutmilk bag and let me tell you…. So clear and so clean and much easier to drink. Who needs a $500+ juicer especially when you reap ALL benefits and nutrients by blending. THANK YOU
I always juice the core of the pineapple :) You can use a vegetable peeler for the ginger to make it easier! Also, the only fat you really eliminate into the toilet is actually dietary fat, not fat that's stored in your body...Thx for the video

I found my juicer on Facebook marketplace for $20. Best $20 I spent. Especially since it filters out the pulp.
Tried it yesterday & ❤ IT‼️ I boiled a few pieces of ginger in the water with my pineapple pieces. I did not add any sugar or apple cider vinegar.

Wait 30 minutes after drinking before eating. Fruit needs to digest alone. It's a food combining guideline and prevents digestion issues.
