In 2007 I suffered severe sinuses trouble making me feel exhausted and weak. My wife bought a juicer that night I had five different drinks from someone who is now a famous juicer on youtube. The next day my sinuses were clear and I actually ran up my drive for more juices. That changed my life.
If you don't have a juicer, but you have a decent blender, you can cut the produce into managable pieces, blend them well, and then strain the fiber out through a nut milk bag.
You can strain the fiber from the juice, yes, but that's actually healthy for cleaning out arteries and intestines ~ soluble + insoluble fiber. Also, just straight fruit juice (unless it's blueberry) is high on the glycemic index - spikes glucose similar to sugar and honey.
Our bodies can repair themselves when we give the body the nutrients it needs. I add a few garlic cloves in my beet juice, no worries you barely notice the garlic taste, but it’s good for heart health like beets.
I have been making apple, celery and carrot juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach then later I drink my coffee from beans I grind daily and I have had so much energy during the day that is amazing.
You can batch juice and vacuum seal your jars to minimize oxidation. It’s still best to drink it immediately as you say, but I just won’t juice often enough if I have to make it from scratch each day.
Apple beetroot lemon ginger and apple cider vinegar, this tastes great and the acv I've noticed makes the juice keep longer instead of going like vinegar after a couple of days, I think it might keep the bacteria in check for longer.
Genesis 1: 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
Not anymore since humans have destroyed everything we eat , crossbred, gmo, fake, added sugars, bad soil, etc. It's not what God intended for us as he did in this verse.
Some fruits are just as they were created by God. We must take care of which fruit we put in our bodies. They are working wonders for our bodies which the pills, process foods, dairy, soda, sugar, gluten, junk foods, & wheat cannot do.

how long have you been drinking celery juice and do you drink celery juice every day? have you ever had problems with calcification and deposits of calcium in your arteries from celery juice?
No, I’ve never had problems like that. I started celery juice back in 2021. Drank it every day for 1-2 months then since then maybe 3x a week on average. Almost always in the morning on an empty stomach.
Watch out, don't overdose on spinach. It has a lot of oxalates which can easily lead to kidney stones. That's why my "go to" for greens is kale, it has much fewer oxalates than spinach...
Yea, but the calcium in the spinach helps to prevent that - though tbf, I am not sure how much calcium sticks around in the juice. People watching this are probably well hydrated too. Also blending Oxalate heavy foods helps, and here we are going a level further. A diversified diet is probably really good.
Thanks for these . I have been drinking celery juice for 4+ years and has been a game changer with my health. Thanks to Anthony William info ✅ I will try the other two juices you mention
Thank you for the recipes. When your body healed from eczema, were you ONLY juicing from those two weeks or drinking it on empty stomach in morning? My husband juiced fasted for 3 weeks and then juiced for a year and still has eczema.
I was not juice fasting when I healed my eczema. I was juicing pure celery in the morning and drinking it on an empty stomach, then eating a whole food plant based diet with an emphasis on raw fruits and vegetables. I allowed no meat, fish, poultry, milk, eggs in my diet. Only plants.
If you have any kind of medical conditions or if you’re on any medications, do some research first and maybe talk to your doctor. Celery is high in sodium, so might be contraindicated for high blood pressure. Beets are very high in sugar, so diabetics need to be cautious. And as another person mentioned, the high oxalates in spinach (all dark leafy greens, actually) and beets can be problematic for those like myself with history of kidney stones. I absolutely believe in food as medicine, but I also know that just because it’s “natural” doesn’t make it harmless in all cases. Also, if you do pure celery juice, be ready to be near a bathroom. I was mixing the celery juice. I'll trying it with the single ingredient. Do you do one bag a day??? Also the beets and green juice recipe, is that for one serving?
Yeah, Anthony William recommends one whole bunch/bag of celery per day and drinking the celery juice alone without mixing. It’s great for treating skin conditions. The green juice and beet juice recipes I shared are single serving for me, but feel free to halve them if they’re too filling for you.
Absolutely! I talk a lot about that in my recent video about quitting coffee cold turkey. Fresh pressed green juice got me out of the brain fog pretty early on. It’s definitely helpful.
No dumb questions :) I either peel it or use a lemon squeezer. I’ve tried juicing the whole lemon, but the peel produces a very bitter taste in the juice
I'm sorry but I have no idea. That sucks you don't have celery. You might want to check out Anthony William and what he recommends. I learned about celery juice from his book and his podcast (Medical Medium). He might know of an effective alternative for parts of the globe that don't have celery.
Yes, I grow wheatgrass and juice it and even chew it (but I don’t swallow the fiber, only the juice). Stay tuned, I’ll be making videos on wheatgrass and sprouts in the spring.
I currently use the Nama Vitality 5800. Nama is the brand Joe Cross started after his epic 60-day juice fast in his documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. It’s a fantastic juicer and totally worth the $400 price tag (in my opinion). However, if I was in the market for a new juicer, I’d probably go with the Nama J2 because it’s a gravity fed system so you don’t have to push the ingredients down. You just load it up, turn it on and walk away. Plus it looks easier to clean. That will probably be my next juicer. I wish I had a discount code to share for Nama, but I don’t yet 🤷♂️ I’m going to reach out to them about collaborating.
I usually just do one glass per day. About 16-24 oz or so. When I’m juice fasting I drink at least a gallon of juice, but then I’m not eating anything so the calories are much needed.
Hi there! The code from the description box you’re looking for is for the beets supplement, right? Here’s the info: ▶ My beets supplement (MINUS20 for 20% OFF): www.snapsupplements.com/MINUS20
I love the juice from fruits and some veg - not keen on the pulp at all. Celery, for example, is full of strings (LOL) and lemons are too bitter to eat on their own. Oranges have lots of pith, carrots are hard to eat raw etc etc.. Juicing is a way of getting lots of vitamins every day. But hey, each to their own. :)
Stay tuned. I’ll be making a video about this exact topic. Short answer is: our most ancient hominid ancestors (we shared a common ancestor with chimps and bonobos) did their own manual form of juicing called “wadging,” where they chew a fibrous stem or fruit peel, swallow the juice and spit out the fiber. They’d sometimes get a considerable potion of their daily calories from wadging, up to 20-30% at some times. So consuming juice without the fiber has been a part of our evolution all along. Fiber is good because it adds bulk to your stool and helps build a healthy microbiome, but it’s not essential at every meal. Also, fructose (the main sugar in fruits and veggies) does not require insulin to unlock the cell. It’s metabolized by an enzyme produced by our liver called fructokinase. So you don’t need to worry about insulin spikes or high blood sugar from consuming juice, unless you’re a diabetic consuming loads of fruit juice. For diabetics, I’d recommend sticking to vegetable juice mainly.
Hi Susan. Yes, the juice recipes in this video are ones I make frequently. Typically I’ll use a smoothie as a meal, because smoothies are blended and include the fiber, so they’re higher in calories and more filling. But I’ll often make a juice and use it as part of a meal.
Zero regrets over the high levels of alcohol intake during my party years in my 20s and 30s lol, because now I'm married and miserable. Thank you for the juice recipes!
That is such a cool recipe. I found that beets are increadibly healthy, but almost impossible to eat due to their taste. That juice should help with that

Zero regrets over the high levels of alcohol intake during my party years in my 20s and 30s lol, because now I'm married and miserable. Thank you for the juice recipes!
That is such a cool recipe. I found that beets are increadibly healthy, but almost impossible to eat due to their taste. That juice should help with that
Same here. I think beets taste like dirt 😊 The juice tastes heavenly though.
@@MinusTheGym I make salads with cooked beets, fresh celery and sauerkraut. It tastes suprisingly good as all ingridients kinda play off of each other. A little bit of everything in one spoonful.
Thanks, I'll have to give that a shot. Sounds like a yummy combo :)
I'm surprised I didn't see any tart cherries!
I tell people all the time celery juice.....after digested beets, cucumber, ginger, apple, carrot
Spinach is high in oxalic acid. Organic cilantro is so much better and takes out those nasty metals and pesticides. If you can drink your juices within five minutes, you’ll feel a huge difference in vitality.
