My morning started off on the wrong foot so I was getting ready for the gym but I couldn’t find my keys so I immediately went into thinking I locked them in my car 🤦🏾♂️ started searching around the house for my keys for roughly 2hrs before I decided to call a locksmith for him to come out here and me pay him a sick $140 to open it and to find out my keys were not in there fast forward they were in my robe pocket so yea I paid the locksmith for no reason wasn’t happy about that and knew I wasn’t going to be able to make it to the gym in time so that frustrated me tremendously because I had to get ready for work shortly so I had to improvise and went back to the basics with Ash famous HITT workouts I use to do. Lastly, I can say I feel alot better afterwards still sick about that $140 I freely gave away but my mood is better than it was so regardless ima have a great day. Just wanted to share!

We do not have enough time to see the exercise before it starts. Only 5 seconds to prepare it and the other 15 seconds are wasted on slow motion stuff 😩. Thanks a lot for your efforts.
Naaaww this new edit hits DIFFERENT! Although the timer dings were really helpful and it'd be great to have em, it's beautiful content you and your team create nonetheless.
This is a very good workout - I like the modified version and advanced side by side - some exercises you can switch in between. But for now I am just sticking to the modified version - nearly killed me...but enjoyed every minute.
