    Hey Ash I do your workouts and I must say you are a beast! Back in the day when I went through basic military training I thought that was hard but this training is just as challenging if you give it all you got. So far I’ve lost 32 pounds following your workouts and challenging myself. Please keep the workouts coming

    If you stay consistent and work out at least 5-7 days ur gonna look a lot different, so far since I’ve started this about a month ago I’ve already been told I look leaner
