    Hey Ashton I just want to thank you you have helped me and my dad especially me because I used to get bullied for my weight and I started using your videos and I’ve lost almost 30-40 kg and I’m ready for summer

    Ashton jy is 'n yster. In 3 months I lost 12kg. Just with your workouts. That and also cut off all sugar.

    Awesome workout. The only thing I recommend you, is including some kind of previsualization of the next exercise, so we can prepare and memorize what is coming next. Congrats and thank you a lot.

    I want to do this eventually I really do but I have to lose more weight first
    Doing the fasting and walking workouts with dumbbells lost 6 pounds in ten days but in another month or so
    I want to take a shot at this, I know I'll never look as good as you but if I can even get to 10 percent of it, I'm in
