@@acousticchang I just started today and I did the whole workout in modification mode and I was sweating and tired and It got my heart pumping. Took pre workout and then showered and took a whey isolate protien shake and then at about a hour after. I can feel the soreness and all that all through my body and I never work out. Ima do this every other day to start and take break days in between to get my body used to it.
After one year, I started doing this everyday at least once, sometimes two times/day. I went 185 to 162. Of course good diet and weight training helped but this workout will do the trick.
Here's the trick: do moves that seem easy to do but in combination you'll end up sweating as hell. Nice workout buddy. you have saved me from getting fat during pandemic.
This was my first day and I kinda made it through, it was tough I cried and then I got back to it!! It’s really hard for women to get in shape and toned but I would like to see some easier ways to get abs toned without doing sit ups please, I can’t seem to get that!! Wanted to jump into advance, but had to put myself in check. Not use to starting from beginning again had to cause covid messed with my training sessions. Good video. I started walking 2 months ago I walk up hill for about 90 minutes a day. Canadian winter is here so I’m going to probably burn more fat doing this workout in half the time. Took me about a month of walking to loose 10 pounds.

The executions of your exercises are very nice to look at, but i'm afraid it is much harder to do them by myself. Nevertheless i will take this challenge after my holiday because i can't look in the mirror without to be shocked ! So consequently the holiday pictures won't be very satisfying, but i hope even more motivating ! Thanks for the wicked workout!! I'm travelling the hotel I'm in doesn't have a gym so I was being a menace to the floor below me with all the jumping lol.... Only suggestion I have is smoother transitions from the demo to the workout so you're not mid demo and then cutting in to the workout mid movement. Looking forward to doing another one!

30kg in 6 months is not healthy, a healthy weight loss should be no more than 2-3 g a month

I started walking 2 months ago I walk up hill for about 90 minutes a day. Canadian winter is here so I’m going to probably burn more fat doing this workout in half the time. Took me about a month of walking to loose 10 pounds.

The executions of your exercises are very nice to look at, but i'm afraid it is much harder to do them by myself. Nevertheless i will take this challenge after my holiday because i can't look in the mirror without to be shocked ! So consequently the holiday pictures won't be very satisfying, but i hope even more motivating ! Thanks for the wicked workout!! I'm travelling the hotel I'm in doesn't have a gym so I was being a menace to the floor below me with all the jumping lol.... Only suggestion I have is smoother transitions from the demo to the workout so you're not mid demo and then cutting in to the workout mid movement. Looking forward to doing another one!

I paired this with 2000x ropes and 4 minutes abs work out routine. The sweat is horrendously awesome. I can fill a bucket LMAO.
