I Think Travolta Is Irredeemable, No second comeback, I Think he can just retire (just like the Late Great Sean Connery Did) for making forgettable movies with his forgettable performances from the 2000s - Present. I wish Mike Myers could be Redeemed after The Mike Myers Disaster of the Love Guru. Amsterdam was a Disaster and Myers Sucked at it! He was okay in Bohemian Rhapsody (which I thought this movie was okay and still better than his performance in Amsterdam)
Before we laugh at Madonna as an actress and her work in Swept Away, let’s remember she was the most memorable part of A League of Their Own. She was awesome in that movie.
The thing with Leto's Joker is that it feels like The Joker is not intimidating/deep. Every interpretation of him is not going to be the same, but the fact that he's supposed to be the most feared/infamous criminal in Gotham City yet looks like a teenage boy who got in with the wrong crowd doesn't help. He's pretty much an afterthought in the movie
I’m not a Mariah Carey fan, but I would venture she redeemed herself in Precious 8 years later. She and Mo’Nique were both pretty great in roles that were WAY off brand for both.
The issue with Jared Leto's Joker was that it very much felt like boy band member gone epicly wrong. To me, that sounds like a character I want to watch, but it's just not the Joker. The Joker is a symbol of something greater in society. He's the other side of the coin to Batman. If Batman is vengeance, the Joker is apathy. If Batman is uninhibited justice, then the Joker is uninhibited chaos.
As bad as the performances of Eddie Murphy and Mike Myers were, at least they went to the effort of undergoing extensive hair and make-up, whereas Adam Sandler slapped on a dress and called it a day.

I read a lot of the Alex Cross books and i loved Morgan Freeman in Kiss the Girls and Along Came A Spider but when I saw that Tyler Perry was playing him i already knew the movie was going to be terrible
While I think the performance would have been bad regardless, Leto's "Joker" certainly wasn't helped by that cringe-worthy, abysmal design, which screams desperation, rather than any sense of intimidation.
2000: John Travolta in Battlefield Earth 2001: Mariah Carey in Glitter 2002: Madonna in Swept Away 2003: Tommy Wiseau in The Room 2004: Colin Farrell in Alexander 2005: Jamie Kennedy in Son of the Mask 2006: Nicolas Cage in The Wicker Man 2007: Eddie Murphy in Norbit 2008: Mike Myers in The Love Guru 2009: Justin Chatwin in Dragonball Evolution 2010: The Whole Cast in The Last Airbender 2011: Adam Sandler in Jack and Jill 2012: Tyler Perry in Alex Cross 2013: James Deen in The Canyons 2014: Kirk Cameron in Saving Christmas 2015: Eddie Redmayne in Jupiter Ascending 2016: Jared Leto in Suicide Squad 2017: Tom Cruise in The Mummy 2018: John Travolta in Gotti 2019: Hilary Duff in The Haunting of Sharon Tate 2020: Robert Downey Jr. in Dolittle 2021: LeBron James in Space Jam: A New Legacy 2022: Machine Gun Kelly in Good Mourning
What’s so ironic is that Tommy Wiseau’s “The Room” (2003) was later satirized by James Franco in “The Disaster Artist” back in 2017. The former got a measly 9% on Rotten Tomatoes, while the later got 91% and won a Golden Globe Award. Hysterical! 😂
I know that Tommy Wiseau is awful, we all know he is awful, it has reached beyond the saturation point and now the moment his face appears I exit the video because I am just sick of hearing the same couple of lines of awful dialog. Remove Tommy Wiseau from all future lists except as a passing "and we won't even go into The Room because its too awful" and look at any of the multitude of other crappy performances from that year.
Love that MJ is a better actor. The oj space jam is iconic. I don't think even if they did a sequel with MJ it would be passable. Sometimes you need to leave things alone and not try to cash in. Same goes for the mummy no one wanted Tom cruise
Crazy coincidence, MJ is also a better Basketball player too. MJ = 179 games, 33.4 PPG LJ = 266 games, 27.67 PPG Michael Jordan’s achievements in the game are unmatchable. He was also on the NBA’s 75-anniversary team. Both a master at attacking and defense, Micheal played the shooting guard’s position. He is undeniably one of the best basketball players the world has ever witnessed. I had to put down some statistics because of some random people might get upset, anyways you can Google any list online and MJ will 99% of the time be #1
Thats just not even true lol MJ was a MUCH worse actor, the first script was just far better lol you just watched space jam as a child and don't have perspective on his performance. MJ is definitely the better basketball player between the two though lol
My favorite acting performances are, 1.Ben Affleck As Batman 2.Robert Pattinson As Batman 3.Rebecca Romijn As The Beautiful Blue X MEN Character Mystique❤
Leto was not that bad. It was different and he truly tried a unique approach. Stop judging a man where 80-90% of his scenes were cut and we get no context into his weird actions.
He didn't belong in the movie in the 1st place. Cutting scenes with him in it only further bolsters the point that casting him for that role (or having the Joker in the movie at all) was completely unnecessary. Blame the producers and directors for his shit performance. Unique and edgy doesn't equate good.
He had around a total 10 minutes of screen time. That’s enough for an audience to get a grasp if Lego’s performance was good. Anthony Hopkins had around 5 minutes more screen time in Silence of the Lambs and he won awards for his minimal involvement in the film. So stop defending Leto. He genuinely sucked as the Joker.
have to disagree with Jack and Jill though. Not his best, but also not his worse. Adam Sandler is probably my favorite actor and he's only had a few crash and burns (The Cobbler was awful, Uncut Gems was okay, and Hustle wasn't good), but I overall thought Jack and Jill was probably a 5.5 out of 10 for me.

Lebron was a decent actor, the script was just horrible which is what almost every critic said about the movie. He was far better than jordan was as an actor lol MJ might be the worst athlete actor in history and thats saying something. Still, hes the goat on the court lol
Adam sandler as Jack and jill isn't particularly "Bad acting". It's just annoying and obnoxious acting. He did a good job being annoying and obnoxious.
I’ve always actually loved Alexander and even Colin’s performance for some reason, I think it’s because I find the overly dramatic and theatrical acting reminiscent of plays of Greek tragedies which I think fits the movie.
i still feel the love guru gets far to much hate and in comparison to any of the movies in this list atleast some of the love guru does what its supposed to do and gives you a cheeky giggle
I've no idea who James Deen is and never heard of The Canyons, and I'm sure hardly anyone else has either With that said, most of us know about the stellar (Cough! Cough!) performance of Jaden Smith in After Earth. With his use of an English accent that comes and goes and his laughably wooden performance in a movie that his daddy, Will "Slappy" Smith, was nearly bad as his co-star, this 2013 M. Night Shame-alan mess is a strong contender for one of the worst films ever made. But we all know that award goes to Battlefield Earth. Thank God neither son nor dad is welcome in Hollywood anymore
My all time favorite is a tie between Sir Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter and Jodie Foster as Clarice. Their performances in Silence was phenomenal, with a close 2nd for Ted Levine for Buffalo Bill amazingly creepy and just well done.
You mistake bad movies with bad acting. Collin Farrel, John Travolta and Tom Cruise didn't do bad roles just cause the movie was bad. In fact I didn't even think The Mummy was bad at all

I feel like if there were honorable mentions, the lead character in Malignant would be there because THAT was bad 😅
i think Adam Sandler shouldn;t be on this list, the whole award should be named after him
That's a very cool rating. I don't agree with everything. Thank you
Lebron was a decent actor, the script was just horrible which is what almost every critic said about the movie. He was far better than jordan was as an actor lol MJ might be the worst athlete actor in history and thats saying something. Still, hes the goat on the court lol
I was waiting for The Avatar movie lmao
Adam sandler as Jack and jill isn't particularly "Bad acting". It's just annoying and obnoxious acting. He did a good job being annoying and obnoxious.
I’ve always actually loved Alexander and even Colin’s performance for some reason, I think it’s because I find the overly dramatic and theatrical acting reminiscent of plays of Greek tragedies which I think fits the movie.
Proud to say I haven't watched a single one of these!
Not even the room? Are you even a real human bean!?
@@blackbartthepoet3820 Yep. Didn't see that either.
Same Thing
if you think MGK's acting is bad? watch his performance in the motley cru biopic XD its amazing! XD
all time fave acting role gotta be al pacino in the godfather ll ,a master class in subtle acting and building a character
Jared Leto wasn’t bad at all as the Joker smh
I hate watching Jaden's stiff facial expression! Worst actor ever, side by side with Simp Liu. Period😂
Tommy Wiseau is brilliant, the Room is my all time favorite movie!
I love me some Jared Leto slander
The Room is the best.
There’s a lot on here I don’t agree with but this is the channel’s list from their opinion so ima jus move right along 😂
The hood loves Norbit lmao
Where's Steven Seagal? Every movie he's in has him doing Aikido, running like a 7 yr old school girl, and mumbling incoherently.
2:04 the ZOLTAN keyboard
i still feel the love guru gets far to much hate and in comparison to any of the movies in this list atleast some of the love guru does what its supposed to do and gives you a cheeky giggle
7:55 norbit was HILARIOUS! Eff yall
I don’t know what mojo is smoking but Norbit is a funny ass movie lol
I've no idea who James Deen is and never heard of The Canyons, and I'm sure hardly anyone else has either
With that said, most of us know about the stellar (Cough!
God I loved norbit though
Norbit a classic y'all nuts. 🤦🏾♂️
classic ha no it not
My all time favorite is a tie between Sir Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter and Jodie Foster as Clarice.
In fact I didn't even think The Mummy was bad at all
Norbit shouldn’t be on this list. That movie is funny as hell and a classic lol wasn’t bad acting it’s just a silly movie
