I really like the way Eleni explains each move with little hand gestures and different viewing angles. So much nicer than someone barking instructions at you. If there was an Olympic event for keep fit instructors, Eleni would win a gold medal. Plenty of good balance exercises to practice. They're my favourite (standing on one leg has become a bit of an obsession).

Great workout! I’m 75yo with a lot of arthritis. Been doing 30 min workouts so challenged myself to the extra 10mins. Really makes a difference and moves are so easy to modify as I can’t jump! Thank you!😊

I love how she adds warm up Ani cool down in her workouts. I have been doing her 30 mins dance workouts for a month now and I have lost a couple of inches from my chest, waist and belly as well. Really sweaty and effective! Love these workouts!!♥️♥️
