if you increase your carbs to try gain size do you decrease your protein intake aswell? since carbs are protein sparing and all that stuff or do you keep them the same
i keep my protein way up there also my friend. I keep my fats low under 40 Grams a day and now that I quite bulking I carb cycle. I have 3 low days at 50-100G and 1-2 high days at like 250G. when you keep your caloric intake at a deficit your body builds up Lepton levels which causes your body to stop burning fat. once you have that high carb day your bodies metabolism will speed up and start burning fat, kind of like an oven. if you feel hungry the next day after your high carb day, you know its working.

just decrease fat protien should be stable as it is
You should have probably got that pan hot before adding the turkey, it would have cooked a lot quicker and it would be a lot more tender.
if we eat that breakfast we dont have to take pre work out supplements???
