I know there is a lot of different opinions on diets, and macro's etc, but this is really just a breakdown of my daily nutrition, and what I have been following for many years now.       +Rob Riches try one of my recipes ,prepare 500g cauliflower microwaves for 15 mins so it crumbles/mashed easily and mash it into tiny pieces ,prepare quinoa in tikka spices .diced chicken onions and mixed peppers in a large pan or wok with tikka PASTE ,add the cauliflower and quinoa to the wok/pan and simmer for 10 more minutes ,delicious ,or use couscous in place of quinoa

    Nice video i recently started bodybuilding i'm 14 years old 5' 7" and i weigh 126 pounds. It is always hard for me to find something to eat to stay lean.

    Hey Rob, I'm trying to lean out and I've read and heard to lower my carb intake as the day progresses. But the problem is that I train in the evening. What's your take on this? Great video by the way!

    always steam veg and never use microwaves as they ruin all the nutrients in the yam same goes for veg in microwaves.
