    I found that if you soak your oats and quinoa in water/almond milk overnight in the fridge, then they will be good to go in the morning. It can be nice in the summer when you don't want something too hot in the AM

    hey rob you shouldn't put the meals in the fridge right after they cook and still hot. It's really important to let them get to the environment temperature and then fridge.

    I don't get it. He says egg yokes are a low quality source of fat. Egg yokes are full of vitamins and minerals and the fat in them are good for you.

    Nice recipe!
    If the yoke falls in, use the egg's shell to fish it out. Works much better than a spoon!

    today I had 4 scrambled eggs on 2 toast , a protein shake , rice and a tin of mackerel and then got a takeaway Vindaloo .... I don't have a clue about macro nutrients and how to get the last bit of fat from my six pack... as you can probably tell by my diet :)

    1)Trying to loose belly weight as upper and lower pretty much have no fat ... What would you suggest ?
    2)Cardio in the morning before or after meal ? Which do you do any why? .....
    3) when you work out you generally loose weight , how often and when is the ideal time to do cardio ? Ie before your last meal of the day , empty stomach etc

    I really like this recipe I may give it a try. I know from the video you are using quinoa but I bet taste great even with oatmeal.

    Pouring that hot quinoa in plastic is unhealthy because chemicals can leech from the plastic to the food. If u want to use plastic ware make sure its safe and don't put hot food in it. Great vid btw

    Rob, you are very knowledgeable and this is very informative, but you make this so damn unnecessarily complicated. I would expect cooking breakfast like this for someone who has a career in bodybuilding or fitness-related work, but majority of the people who have non-fitness related work, who are everyday people, do not have the time to fit this broscience into our life. There's much simpler, basic meals you can make that'll give you just as sufficient gains.

    No need to hate on him. He makes his living out of looking good, he takes roids to look good and therefore it means he makes money, way more than half of you will earn. I'm sure most people would takes roids if it meant you got paid loads.

    If you where a bodybuilder or in the gym at least, you would notice that Rob does not take steroids... So stop fooling yourselves by watching his very knowledgeable video's and leaving stupid comments and go and try building lean muscle like his with steroids, see how far you get!! :D

    Great content rob but you cant seriously dismiss the benefit and the quality of the egg yolk Especially from organic eggs for men that try to build muscle/lean out naturally.. Please respond, love your videos!!

      I believe that the intention of this video is that if people were to eat this as a daily meal it may be harmful to eat the yolk everyday. The yolk should only be eaten about 3 times max in a week. Thats the reason people say to not eat eggs every day. But, ince you take out the yolk you can eat the white as many days of the week that you'd like. Most probably this was Robs intention for this video.

      People can afford to eat like this, but it just depends on the quality of food you buy. He uses a lot of organic foods and not everyone can afford organic. So I would say, buy what you can afford. There will be some differences in the food (organic vs non-organic) but at the end of the day buy what you can afford. Just don't eat anything processed.

    Is it okay to be 50 grams off your carb macros? I'm young so nutrition is kinda difficult for me plus I only have a variety of foods I can get. So I eat brown rice chicken breast and broccoli. Eggs and whole grain cereal. All of my other macros are okay besides carbs about 50gs off. Sorry for the not so well constructed question.

      Just change your macros it's 200 calories so it will add about 1/2 pound per week just eat iifym eating bro doesn't help you with gains or weight loss

      Just try to get around 1 gram per pound of body weight of protein of bulking and about 1.3 grams if bulking get .3-.5 grams of fat per pound of body weight and fill the rest of the calories with carbs

    I used to train quite a lot but in the end i found it took up 2 much of my life so i stopped, In the end whats the point ???
    Sense of achievement maybe, But when ur old an grey you'll look back an wish u spent ur time havin fun with the people u care about.

      Well some people enjoy going to gym and pushing their bodies. I mean it does set off your endorphins, but I wouldn't workout more than 5 days a week.
