      By weight do you mean mostly muscle? Because I don't think you want to get fat. If so, train several times a week in the gym and eat the exact stuff he bought in large amounts, but no too large. In order to do this you must calculate your daily calorie requirement for mentenance depending on your activity and eat like 500 kcal over it. Good luck!

      Bob Mack This is what I did, and it worked and still works for me: I started going to the gym 5 days a week (find one that's accessible, affordable, has free weights and machines), M-F rest on weekends (you will need it you will be tired and sore) and worked on chest every day (it also works other muscles, of course, but it's concentrated on the chest) Heavy presses (chest and incline) cable machine (high, low and straight, as heavy and wide as you can stand it) lat pull downs (cable + machine) as heavy as you can, chest dips and limit fats in my diet as much as much as you can.

    This guy's a successful pro, so he knows what he needs to eat. For the other 99.9% of us who will never step on stage, BEANS! That's right, plain old canned beans. At about a buck a can, loads of protein, loads of fiber, probably the best healthy bargain in any super market. Look for PBA free cans if possible, and low or no sodium. Or, just buy in bulk and cook your own if you want. It's not necessary to buy organic, but if you want, they're just as inexpensive.

      What about the salary?

    • @sauravverma
      @sauravverma 8 лет назад

      comedyman112 everone does not earn the same salary but everyone does get the food in the same price.
      Cheap food never means everybody earns less. India is a agricultural based country, 80% of the people still involved in it,direct or indirectly.

      saurav verma India is not the States. Fruit and vegetables are very expensive here. I'm from Mexico, been living here 18 years, and I'm still shocked by the prices.

      Korah Ford Just go to Wal-Mart, compare ingredients on the labels and check price per ounce like he does on the video, and don't get any junk food. That's what I do to try to stick to a budget as much as I can. I love Kroger Whole Foods Market and places like that, but I can't afford to buy groceries for my fam there. Way too expensive.

      Lil David Not to argue, dude... but I always make a list, even for the stuff I have been buying for years. Otherwise, I'll forget, buy more than I need or really overspend like crazy
