I have been cooking for years and can always lean on Chef Ramsay for continual inspiration and motivation. I love cooking more than anything. "Cooking is the most intimate you can ever be with someone" I don't recall who said that but it's suck with me. Thank you Chef for pouring your passion into the world for us to enjoy and learn from.

Our family tradition is to have a baked ham on Christmas Eve dinner, and it is without question my favourite food and as a 16 year old, the presents are now secondary to everything else, the ham is what I am excited about most for Christmas haha.

@@HAZMATt207 Tarragon in vinegar shouldn't be that hard to find either it's essential for making bearnaise sauce
Cooking's all about substitution. Don't have tarragon vinegar? You can probably make your own with by soaking some tarragon in a supermarket vinegar for a couple of days or use another vinegar to give another flavour. So long as it's acid, it'll work. I've substituted white wine with rice wine and anchovies with Asian fish sauce etc. It's great fun experimenting in the kitchen!
