My wife and I play the drinking game to Gordon's videos. Every time he says "beautiful", or some variation of it, we drink. This episode was 29 times in 10:37.

Every time I visit Scotland I find a small family butcher and buy some Lorne sausage. Trust me it doesn't taste like concrete it's lovely and I'm not even Scottish so I'm not biased

Scottish Lorne sausage can be awesome. On the other hand the Haggis makes me curl up in a ball and cry for me mum even more so than black pudding to be fair.

black pudding from Stornoway instead of the haggis for me. Also, that egg HAS to be fried in that ssqaure slice fat ( game changer).
I never realised how good our black pudding was until I went to England and tried that shite from Bury 😂. Even the normal stuff not from Stornoway is 100 times better. The English stuff isn't spiced and has big blobs of fat in it.

jockey already had brekky before this cook up.... Nothing like a bit of scotch toast
Good quality Square slice, smoked bacon, potato scone, egg, mushrooms. Arrange as desired on toasted and buttered cinnamon and raisin begels...LEGEND! Pot of breakfast or Sunday blend coffee to wash it down. Ketchup or brown sauce optional but not needed.
