Made my day
Guys, in order to develop abilities, protect yourself from other people's energies, the devil and eye hallucinations, you need to train your body physically like crossfit with work on boxing bags, then bad energies and black dust from bionanorobots (sometimes transparent, but it is still visible as distortions in the air with the feeling of a transparent gel around in space) will not be able to cling to your body and nerves of the eyes and you will not see and feel pain, you need to train all muscle groups so that there are no weak spots and mentally imagine how you tear apart the pain and the picture in front of your eyes with your hands, also imagine how this dust burns up turning into emptiness in this way, you mentally destroy this shit this is the beginning of super strength, exercising and fantasizing, you can develop other superpowers in yourself, but for each person individually, it will be easier to get some kind of strength (The principle of work is in the transformation of physical strength into mental strength). Also, minimize the amount of food, it is best to eat rice cooked in water like the Shaolin monks, hunger and a minimum of different flavors, you will redirect the energy from the digestion of food by the stomach to the strength you want! Another tip is to eat lemons or citric acid - (0.5-1 spoon / l dry with at least 3 cups of water, it's easier to drink and a large amount of water will reduce the overall acidity - my record is 5 spoon / citric acid per day) this will speed up your metabolism and protect against poisons, spoiled food and metal salts, if you have any questions, ask! This was so wholesome to watch he’s so gentle and proud of his baby girl. He looks like a great dad with great kids.
I think Gordon is at his very best when he's teaching kids. There's a greatness to him that comes out even more.
it annoys me when he teaches kids because they don't have to be in the frame to learn i'm hear for gordon not some 13 year old girl not watching
To bad he doesn't have enough common sense to have the same respect for adults that are learning too. Just think , what if someone spoke to his children in a kitchen or restaurant like he does the people at his restaurants 🤔?

My mom was pretty loud and sang in the kitchen. Loved it as well. Only this video takes me back in time with my dad in the kitchen. He explained, modeled, and had me replicate. He always told me how wonderful I was. We additionally shared many heartfelt stories. This brought back a flood of memories. Lucky kids and I feel so blessed to have shared this with my dad.
A lot of children these days or just through out time have not appreciated their parents & vice versa. I feel sad for them. It’s one of the greatest feelings .. feeling that love & caring.
Takes me back to time with my dad as well. My favorite memories are cooking with him. Even though sometimes he'd take over since we'd have to move quickly. I hope I can pass the same kind of memories on.
Literally what Gordan has instilled with his children in the kitchen is so valuable and meaningful in many ways. Its so sweet and heartwarming and also teaches them cooking too. Truly good memories

"good boy" or "good girl" is something you hear WAY more often on dogs and pets. Parents can express their love with many other ways apart from dog talk, but it's okay; I understand, you wouldn't know
It warms your heart to see a man that is known for being a "hard-ass" being so gentle and soft spoken with his children.
lol, people are generally warm with their kids, if they are not there is some problem with them. there is nothing special about this
Prefer this person.
What you forget, if you work in a kitchen, you gonna scream at each other at one point or another, because most often one mistake does reflect back at the entire kitchen crew, so obviously you get pissed when someone else does a mistake that you now need to take care of, but remember, after the service everything will be fine. That's why it is most often very easy to have a friendship with a cook. They are patient, not resentful and stay calm even if the entire earth would start to burn, but sometimes the emotions are getting to a point of no return and we need to let it out. On the other hand, i guess that's also the reason why most cooks have a addiction lol
he probably beats them off camera
the thing is that in Kitchen Nightmares or Master Chef there's 40 year old people that have been working in kitchens for years and can't cook an egg, I'd get furious too. You don't have the same expectations out of kids who are just learning for fun.
"That's the only way I want you to taste beer" he's being a good dad, that is so adorable!
Gordons interaction with his kids is one of the most mentally wholesome things in his entire library of videos, regardless of your opinion of him. You're sharing in his interactions with his kids.
the scene with his daughter and beer, thats a vulnerability Gordon has. He is a human inside n he is teaching her valuable lessons.

It's wonderful, too, that he teaches them to smell the different ingredients. It's an underrated but crucial skill. His kids obviously love helping him and you can tell it's genuine, which makes it so much more enjoyable to watch Gordon break it down and make it easy to understand the processes, what and why he's doing what he does.
