The ball definitely takes a workout to another level! Toe tapping while planking on the ball was so challenging. Definitely one to repeat and practice. Thanks Michelle for always keeping the workouts intense.
Thank you for making me more motivated! I’m a personal trainer who just moved to a new town and haven’t got the clientele I used to have yet. So having someone to workout with keeps me accountable! Always love the ball!
Loved this workout last week! I can never comment after a workout because I bring up RUclips on the TV. I always love when you use the ball. It mixes things up and my abs were so sore!
It’s been a long time since I’ve used my stability ball, I forgot what a different element it brings to a workout. I’m definitely feeling it all over, but it’s a great feeling!! Thank you guys!! 😅
Oh my god!just when I was wondering which workout for this morning- this one was absolutely fantastic !loved the low impact with the ball ❤️thanks Michelle and the crew 🙏🏽
Omg, didn’t realize all that can be done with stability ball from warm up to cool down. Great session. Love ur new milieu; the lavender walls, windows, flooring, etc.
great workout. Brought back good memories of my old club and one instructor that did a ball workout. I'm definitely stronger in my hamstrings as I could get to 15 - 20 instead of 8!! love your variety of classes. thanks
OMG! I loved this one just what I needed and especially during the mobility cool down with the ball, the hip stretching I will for sure incorporate that one in to my daily stretch. My hips tend to get tight due to sitting from working all day. Thanks for sharing.💜
This was really tough! I haven’t used a ball in a long time. You inspired me to buy one and wrist laceups also! Thank you for continuing motivating me😊
This was amazing!!! I'm so happy to have found you! I'm just getting back to working out with a stability ball after about 15 years.... I had forgotten the cake of the stability ball workouts! 🙌💓❤️🔥
I bought the stability ball from your holiday gift guide and it just arrived yesterday - perfect timing to do this workout with you today!! I’m blown away by how steady you and your crew are - I was wobbling all over the place on those planks with side leg taps!!! Great workout!
High five for getting the ball to add into your workouts! Practice is the best thing! I've been doing those moves for years, so of course I'm gonna make it look easy. Wobbling is a good thing...you're working areas that need a little attention.👍😘
First workout with the stability ball and whew I didn't feel too stable. Haha! That tip about tightening your glute while doing the hip flexor was great.
Oh my Wao 😅 what a nice fun hard workout! Ayayay!!! First time using the stability ball and I got my butt kicked 😂 while new level but fun and great workout. Thank you Michelle for always keeping the workout fun, challenging ❤
Well I got my stability ball just in time for this and it was fun. But I could NOT manage to stay on it for those plank toe taps. Omg I kept falling off and smashing my knee so I’m going to have to practice that one😜
Just have to say, when you did the frog, and you called the point where the glute and hamstring meets the "glutt-butt", I used to have an instructor (who's since passed on) she used to call it the, "smile line"! Lol!! Now that's all I ever call it 😂
I watch your videos on my TV to workout. Unfortunately, there is no way to comment on the TV. I felt compelled to jump on my laptop and comment on this one. I loved this stability ball workout. I generally do not like repeating but this time it wasn't bad. What I really wanted to say is when you said to try and go straight up with the ball during the squat leg lift, I had to chuckle a bit. The ceiling in my home is only 7'4" and I am about 5'8". This means I can touch the ceiling barefoot and flat-footed with one hand stretched up. I had no choice but to lean with the ball. I like to do different workouts every night and appreciate your videos and knowledge. I always get excited when I see you posted a new video. I'm curious, is this your garage in this video? I listened for a long time for you to say the state in which you are located. Always curious where my youtube creators are stationed. Just a request, I would like to see more 30-45 minute workouts (not on the trampoline for previously mentioned reason). 50-55 minutes is a bit much most days. And I really appreciate the low impact options. I just don't jump anymore. You do some super kewl moves that I am just unable to do since my shoulder replacement. But I try to modify. I appreciate variations for those that cannot tackle the trickier moves. Love your enthusiasm and gently nudging of good posture and technique and so forth. Thank you so much Michelle!
Hey Kay - you made me laugh with the ball story. I do try to keep most workouts to the 30-45 MIN time and am doing my best to show modifications. I live in central New Jersey, and we have been filming at a studio about 3 blocks from my house. Sometimes we film in the garage. When the weather is nice we are on my drieway. The garage holds all my gear like dumbbells, trampolines, stereo . We used to own a large health club in the area where I taught and trained for 20+ years. Was devasting to so many when we decided to close our doors. We had over 4,000 members and when we re-opened after the state made us close down for 7 months, only 400 some came back. I'm grateful that I went with my gut and started uploading to RUclips as I wanted to keep doing what I love. I stayed consistent and listened to my community and have been true to who I am. This is a one woman show, except for my crew. I do it all. I create, edit, market, am a Health & Life Coach, master trainer for a company, mom, wife, and dog mom. I know like so many other women we wear a lot of hats. One thing I never say as I'm so busy....I always have time to say hello and answer any questions. So thank you again for your feedback and sorry this got long.❤️
@@MichelleBriehler Long time to reply LOL. I hate that my only notification of a reply to my comment is an email I don't really use. Anyway..... I so appreciate your reply. You did finally say in a video you are in New Jersey. I'm in Washington (state) and used to belong to Gold's Gym. I would go to do Les Mills group exercise classes there. It really ticked me off that they re-opened during the shutdown as a medical facility and ran out my prepaid membership. So I never went back. That's when I started searching on RUclips for excise videos. I'm so glad I found you as I love so many of your videos. I'm sorry about your health club. Covid ruined so many things and forever changed our lives. But I so appreciate your videos on RUclips and all you do to make that happen. I think you would be an awesome person to meet in person but I don't see me ever being in your area. Just know, you are appreciated by so many I am sure!! Even if that is not expressed often enough. YES, you are so right about the many hats us women wear. Or at least some of us LOL. Keep up the great work!
Yes, I have this issue as well. Leaning instead of straight up with the ball on the squat leg lift was not bad form but necessity. I already knew from other workouts. Once you cram your fingernails into the ceiling you tend to remember LOL.
Thanks for all the great feedback. I always show the next exercise as sometimes one gets distracted and may forget, especially when you're at home working out and kids may interrupt, or others. I would agree the music is a little too loud...this would be a great one to redo. 👍❤️
super fun workout. 10 days after chemotherapy, this was achievable for me and made me feel alive. thank you Michelle ❤
This is awesome!! I am 76yrs, but I am better at movement now than I was 20 years ago. This establishes my effort/wish. Thanks!!❤
WOW so great to hear that!! Go girl!
My gym has a bunch but Never really been into stability balls, this has changed my mind. And now I know what to do with them. Thank you!!!!

Absolutely!! Love hearing all your feedback, help me to know what more you want in the workout.👍🥰

Fantastic workout Michelle! I like using the stability ball. It definitely makes the moves more challenging. Thank you!

Make sure to take little breaks in your day to just get up and shake or walk away from your desk!👍
This class was great!!! I loved the ball!! Thanks ❤
It's such a fun tool. So many great ways to use it.

Great! Only the music is a little too loud and since you show and expòain the exercise before doing it, it is kind of useless to show it twice?
Thanks for all the great feedback. I always show the next exercise as sometimes one gets distracted and may forget, especially when you're at home working out and kids may interrupt, or others. I would agree the music is a little too loud...this would be a great one to redo. 👍❤️
Hi, I am 5'2. What size ball should I use?
The typical size is 9"
What size ball are you using.
Mine might be 35-45 cm size small
Good workout but very hard to see you with the sun glare
I know. We were in a new location and I didn't have curtains up...I learned that after. Maybe we should redo this one.👍
Great workout. The light did not help.
