    This was great and your friend was so fun. You need to have her in more videos. Trying to get better with the stability ball, but the planking/toe taps are not going well.

    Great workout with stability ball but the lunges and pushups on the ball were very humbling.😅 Great job❣️

    This was a great workout - great variety of exercises, and challenging enough for me to come back and try it again! The transitions were quick, but it did indeed keep the sweat rolling. Thank you!!

    Thank you for this workout!! First time exercising with you and I chose stability ball to make things more interesting! That was challenging but doable and so fun! You create this pleasant atmosphere and it’s so important, I was actually sad when I was done 😅 finished with 11 minute core, again thank You! I look forward to working out with you again! 🏋️‍♀️

    I loved so much about this this. I feel the transitions were too fast and too much up and down off the ground for me. I might be too old. Haha. Personally, I’d rather get cardio a different way. Otherwise it’s a solid workout.
