I was able to use 15 lbs for shoulders for the first time!!!!! (I have shoulders problems for the last 5 years and been increasing weights a little a time) woohoo!!! Ty Michelle!!!
I really appreciate the verbal instructions for the weight workouts. So many channels just use music, but I need the verbal cues to keep proper form. Never change!
Michelle! I am a Barre and Pilates teacher (mostly apparatus) and personal trainer. I constantly remind my clients in the middle years that they have to progressively overload. This was wonderful (you kicked my butt-I was sweating and working to failure). The weight recommendations were spot-on (I am 5’2, 123.5 and always working to preserve muscle mass). I had to take it down to 10 for the rear deltoid flyes and 15 for the staggered squat/row/snatch (old golf injury-move it or lose it). You are so positive and empowering.
*whew what a burner! the sumo squad and reverse lunge combo was the toughest block for me holding 25’s in each hand like you did! 413 active, 487 total and counting! thank you michelle!*

Great workout! 👍I loved the supersets format, and we hit upper, lower, and core! The title is a bit misleading about the time, though. It says it's a 40-minute workout, but with the warmup and cooldown, the total working time is only about 35 minutes. I added on a 10-minute glute band workout after this, to get my full workout in. Thanks for always coming up with fun and effective exercises to keep things interesting! ❤

I cringe when women do bicep curls. My normal lifestyle helps them but im not into big biceps or too much definition.. definitely trying to build whole back body muscles like glutes, hams,.triceps. Belly loss will happen
