I love your 45 minute full body workout compound strength W AMRAP and Core radio exercising I'm a guy I'm 63 years old I've been doing exercise for 9 years cardio some weight lifting I did it these were kind of hard but I made it through without dying I didn't think I could do it what's my wife was around she passed away four years ago she got sick sure do miss her she had diabetes like I do I tried to help her I used to weigh 245 lb I am 5 ft 9 and I weigh 143 lb and I feel good thanks for making this RUclips video exercise and you have a blessed day from Terry

That was so awesome! 💥I loved repeating each group of 2 exercises, gave me a chance to up my game on the 2nd set. 👍I love/hate those devils presses! So fun and challenging! 😅Those pendulum lumges with bicep curls were tough, loved 'em! And that AMRAP towards the end was a huge favorite for me! Thank you Michelle, I loved this workout! ❤💪

I did this one this morning and pretty happy with myself. I was heavy to what I could handle and the pendulum I normally can’t do it , it was alot easier than the first I ever done. I just went slow and steady. AMRAP was good and I just focused and did me, no competition and no worries!
