I am 36 almost 37 weeks pregnant and found out at my latest ultrasound that my baby is breech!! NOOO Overwhelmed and frustrated I went to spinningbabies.com and also researched a ton of different articles on how to spin babies! :) I was so upset since I am striving for a natural labor and delivery like I have with my past two labors! I have been obsessing over ways and different techniques / exercises / positions to get into to try to encourage baby to spin / flip / get head down! I hope this video is helpful for you and you have luck in flipping / turning your baby to get in the optimal head down position!

Hi everyone, just wanted to share my story which is very similar, I was told at 36 weeks my baby is Breech and I was booked in for an ECV, however I decide not to go ahead with the ECV seemed too risky for me and baby, I was then booked in for my c section which I was dredding but had no choice, I went to the hospital as per appointment with my bag and ready for the surgery. As they were prepping me they check the baby one more time and they said baby is headdown no need to proceed with the surgery, I was sooooo releaved it felt like a miracle, I went back home and now just waiting for a normal delivery. I believe babies can turn later on at 38 or even 39 weeks especially if its 2nd baby. Basically my baby flipped at 38 weeks

This video is very useful.. For my first son this kind of exercises worked even in a lighter version but I started early (like 32 weeks pregnant).. I just wanted to add that I was also repeating to my baby every day to turn down...it is important to communicate with your baby too. Good luck to all...

Oh kim this is amazing. I wish I would have been able to find this video when I had a breech baby however that little bugger split my pelvis and stayed sideways. I ended up trying to have a version done OMG! do not recommend that in the end he wouldn't turn and I had to have a c section because I was also preeclamtic. Fun times. But that was 5 years ago and I just happened across this video and needed to tell you it's amazing I love all your videos.

This works for me. My baby was breech the entire pregnancy, i was quite upset when i did my scan at 35wks and still breech, tried this right after i went home but not taking it much seriously lol! I did not try putting the ice but i did place a flashlight bellow my belly everyday. At 37wks scan my baby already flipped. Yay! thanks for this video.

Thanks for the video! I'm at 36 weeks and just found out my baby is breeched. I read and read and then found your video....THERES HOPE! Funny my husband said the same thing about the ice. The ice worked so well when my baby had their head in my ribs.
Baby totally freaked out because of the cold and flipped. Was the biggest movements I've felt.
I was seen at 34 weeks and now 34 + 3 and the midwife recommended I look up spinning babies because at 36 when she checks/feels for baby’s head and it’s not head down then I’ll have to see a physician to get an aversion. I’m hoping all these exercises will encourage baby to position correctly. Thanks for the video!

I'm with you! I've just seen these same tips on 4-5 other videos, some repeated some only once or twice... I"m good with ALL the ideas. If can flip her before 1/15/2020 (today is 1/7/2020) I'm gonna do whatever I can! I'm about to go buy a yoga ball, an ice pack, and a hot pack..... "I don't care if it's pissing you off or giving you brain freeze, MAYBE you should move!"

Thanks for the video! I'm 35 weeks and I hope it works for my baby boy! I have a kidney stone stuck in my left ureter and a ureter stent placed (been in for 12 weeks). I don't want surgery and need a vaginal delivery! I'll keep you updated on success! I'm scheduled for induction at 38 weeks.

Thanks so much for this video. I went and looked at Spinning Babies and tried your other techniques with the ice pack and music. My baby who was breech at 36 weeks flipped head down within about 4 days! I was super skeptical and honestly that ironing board position hurt, but I guess the pain was worth it!
It is very uncomfortable...but, I feel the baby moving...hope it works for me at 39 weeks
33 weeks with a frank breech baby. I’ve been so frustrated and I’m so glad I found someone else who is a little aggravated at baby haha. This is way more fun than going through the thousands of articles lol. Going to try these exercises every day to get them head down! Thank you!!

Oh hi sorry blue sky I just saw this. With him I ended up with a c section. My hospital was too small to do breech delivery. I just had a VBAC with my second ❤️

Hi, I'm 34 weeks and my baby is in same breech position as yours, It will be really helpful if you can suggest any two or three exercise which are more effective, I'll do them regularly, I'm unable to do the all you have explained, I got to know about my baby's position 3days before since then I'm doing 1hr brisk walking and 3 times inverse tilt only but I want to make sure my baby should turn in coming 2 weeks(before my next scan) else my Dr will schedule C-section 😫. Thanks 🙏

I’m pregnant and saving this video because I am doing a home birth due to cov19 I didn’t want to go to the hosptial anyways but now my doctor won’t even call me back so we’re going to just have her at home like the old times
Yesterday I realized that my baby is breech. I am 36 weeks and my doctor told me that I have a week to make the decision and that they can accommodate it in their correct place. Don't worry about covid19 the hospitals have a very well supervised maternity area... good luck

30 weeks and baby is laying transverse but strangely I can feel him kick below by belly button close to my lower area, and squirm at the top of my stomach and they just told me yesterday about him being sideways.

32 weeks, I'm doing the couch one and he is literally turning at the moment. Have to hang on until he finishes
He turned. Transverse position at 33 weeks and I continued and Cephalic position at 35 weeks. It works, I think I was mostly conscious of not slouching all the time and doing the positions whenever I could.

danny jani I had an appointment a week later. I walked a lot and used the ice and the ball. As well as did yoga with downward dog. Baby was head down and didn’t need to be turned

I did multiple, yes- but not all of them every day! 32 weeks is still pretty early, I'd say 35 weeks I would start to worry! haha Goodluck to you, hope your baby turns on their own and you don't have to worry / deal with it! :)

You need to ask your doctor first of all. You should be laying on your left side.
im 34 weekz pregnant today my doctor said if baby doesn't drop down.. i might get a c' section... im try these methods.. cause im desperate to have a normal vaginal delivery.. like i always had one..

mercedeslynn78 Yes, it's worth it! Yanking a baby out of a mommy via cesarean causes so many potential problems for baby. No one can actually tell when that baby is full-term so why would we want to risk taking the baby out too early? I had two cesareans due to breech births. Since all of my babies (5 so far; preggers with #6) tend to lie breech, I decided to take matters into my own hands and found a midwife who's willing to deliver breech babies at my home. Using these techniques, all of my babies have flipped head down before birth; though I was prepared to deliver breech. It is so worth it!
My baby has been breech this entire pregnancy. Every ultrasound he’s been in the same position. I’m almost 31 weeks and am so disappointed mainly because I do not want to have csection if I can avoid it. So happy to see you have this video up on here! how did u flip your baby from.breech to cephalic .. its difficult for me giving birth for the 2nd time AS BREECH . so traumatic .

I tried everything but nothing worked i just wabt to know if the ice pack safe for the baby?
I wouldn't try the ice pack thing. I don't think its safe.
Here's how I turned mine at 30 weeks head up; I did it on my own, but I believe it's safer to get someone to help.. Facing down, I let my legs climb really high to the wall and stayed there for about three minutes around 12 am. I repeated it about 2 more times that night before going to bed and guess what, the baby was back head down in my next scan 2 days later.
I as well saw a docu about a woman carrying twins with one breech.
A professional told her to play classic music with her phone to her pubic bone area/where the baby's head is supposed to be for about 15 minutes (That scares me though as I would never have a phone near my belly or my unborn baby without having it in flight mode and without wifi or data on. That's more dangerous.)
Immediately after the music, she was to crawl on all four like a toddler for 30 minutes.
She did it and went back for another ultrasound... Guess what?? The breech baby turned!!! Not every breech baby should make OP masters suggest C.S

I got on youtube looks for help and i tryed what u said to try and it worked i thing or she figured it out on her own but ether way i want to thank you bc i was so scared that i was gonna have to have a c section. I have never had one. Lol and now i dont have to have you thanks to u lol. And by the way i like watching ur videos.

My baby was breeched from week 20 all the way to week 33 before he went head down. Then he flipped at week 35 and he’s breeched again! My stubborn little guy can’t make up his mind lol Almost 37 weeks now and I’m about to try all these techniques before my ultrasound in 5 days! Hope to get him to flip otherwise I’m in for a csection!

What was the outcome? My baby was breeched most of pregnancy, went head down around week 30-32 then I found out at 36 that she’s breeched again. So here I am watching videos on flipping baby.
@@chelsbolin idk if it was due to these but it worked! He was not breeched at my 38 week ultrasound. They even double checked me at the hospital per my request during my induction. I explained how long he was breeched and how he had been flipping around. Ended up having him naturally :)

@@Mumof4kids yes he did flip… then flipped back. I have a heart shaped uterus and he was transverse or diagonal so he just didn’t have room. My water broke a month early and we had a C-section. But I did use the info to get him to successfully move!
My baby was head down Monday and today he is breech. I am 36 weeks and 5 days. I have another on Monday. I will be trying your tip until then. Btw did you successfully flip yours???
