Awesome video!! I have been following you since I got pregnant (am 36 weeks now) and have been using the stretching exercises you recommend since about 28 weeks but this little girl is still rather stubbornly in the breech position. So, thank you for doing this circuit video. I also have been using chiropractor for the last 2 weeks also and will be trying an external version in the hospital next week. Hopefully she will turn and stay that way!
Love this girl! Really appreciate you telling me this! Also if all of this doesn’t work you have the option to find a care provider that is experienced with breech births! My midwife was! There may be a hospital, birth center or midwife right near you! Baby can flip at any time! My babies tend to flip later in pregnancy too. 🥰 proud of you for werking your pregnancy with all those stretches! 😍 keep me updated pretty lady!
@@DanceePinkston well, where I live there is a very large influx of people moving here in the last couple years so all of the homebirth/birth center midwives who would be willing to do and skilled at breech deliveries are literally all booked 10 months out (its kinda crazy!!). BUT, my midwife and her OBGYN partners were able to turn her with an in hospital procedure which was very easy on me and her (perhaps because of all the exercises and some chiropractor work). She stayed that way at least 5 days...we find out if she has remained there in a few days. I will update you after I have the baby how it all went!!
@@DanceePinkston hi! So, we had our baby girl and she stayed head down after that hospital version! All of your videos helped I'm sure of it! Not to mention the peanut ball "flying cowgirl" once we were in the hospital for labor...really got things going! I went from 4 cm, bulging bag of water, and non painful contractions to water broke then baby born 2 hours later after doing that exercise!
Thank you so so much!! I am 36 weeks pregnant and had a footling breech baby. I have an ECV scheduled a few days away. After just 1 day of the breech circuit, my baby is still breech but she's no longer footling! Hoping with a few more days she will be flipped and the ECV will be unnecessary. 🙏🏼🤍✨
wishing the best outcome for you!!🙏🏼 i’m 36w4d and baby is still breech. i have an ECV scheduled for 38 weeks but just praying he will flip before then!! i’m getting so anxious being so close to my due date.
This is a great question! If baby has for sure been determined to be breech or transverse after 30-32 weeks these would be a great option to encourage a head down baby.
How the heck are you supposed to sustain those positions for 20 minutes!! I can barely keep one of those positions for one minute because of the pain it causes my upper back.
Hi Dancee, I watched and really enjoyed your videos throughout my pregnancy to prepare for labor.💗 Your knowledge is very much appreciated. I was wondering if you have any resources that you recommend on the subject of coping with a failed home birth? I had several issues come up during my labor (fully effaced, baby at +1 station for most of labor, but stayed dilated at 4 for most of active labor, baby developed a caput, and my cervix swelled... later found meconium during a cervical check and I began to develop fever due to my waters being broken for 48hrs+) which led my midwife and doula to suggest I transfer over to the hospital. Of course I'm happy we have a beautiful healthy boy and I was able to deliver him vaginally as opposed to the c section I narrowly avoided, but I'm still feeling very emotional about the entire ordeal. Sometimes I find myself crying and reflecting back on the events of labor. Any information would be very helpful. Thank you💗
Hi sweet lady! I’m so sorry about your birth story. This is all completely understandable why you would be upset. And it’s okay to be! It’s not the birth you had prepared so hard for. I have heard several birth stories lately with cervical lips that causes cervical swelling and reverses labor progression. I say that for you to know you are not alone in this! Thank you for sharing your birth story with me and I think that will be a huge part in healing! I had something horrible said to be after my first birth in the hospital. The words replayed over and over and it was stealing my joy with my newborn for a few weeks. I finally brought my thoughts to the light and to people I knew would be sensitive and validating to me and suddenly I had a new perspective and owned my decision that that someone had criticized. A postpartum doula is trained to help with birth trauma and would be a great option, but even talking to a friend or even your midwife would be a great start too! Keep in touch friend!
@@chibichan1802 Also I just saw one of my friends recreate an herbal bath experience with her baby at the birth center where she envisioned it afterbirth. She didn’t get to have a birth center birth because of going into early early labor. It was super healing to her! Maybe you could recreate an experience! 😘🥰
Hi Dancee, I’ve recently discovered your channel and I’m in love with your content and the way you explain things. I’m 30w pregnant with my second baby and he’s been in a transverse position for at least the last couple of weeks. I’ve only started trying this circuit today and going to strictly do it for the next 6 days 🤞🏼☺️ I wanted to ask about the open knee chest position. I find it extremely difficult to position myself correctly as your show on the video and also to hold it for more than a few minutes. My knees hurt and I’m very uncomfortable in that position, and I’m also kind of afraid to lose balance. Could you perhaps give some advice on how to do this position, or an alternative that might be easier? Thanks from the bottom of my ❤️ your channel is a gold mine!
Hi momma! So proud of you! You may need a little more support and cushion that’s totally normal! Try doing the knee to chest on top of the bed with lots of pillows and even one under your hips. You can even prop up on your forearms instead of your chest for an even more modified version!
@@DanceePinkston thank you so much for your reply! I’ll definitely try that :) thanks once again for your content and positive approach to birth, pregnancy and parenthood ❤️
I really dislike that the video says NOW! How in the world are you supposed to know if they turn head down after doing movements? Most woman have to do these for about a week before and sometimes like myself at 34 weeks baby still doesn’t turn head down

When your baby turn down ?

I'm in 34 week and she doesn't turn.
Can baby turn in the 34 week? Please answer..
According to my doctor yes they can usually flip up to 36 weeks dependent on their size but everyone is different
Oooh nooo not easy, loosing breath very fast
