I was 40+5 weeks pregnant and tried this. I did the whole routine twice a day and the second day I started labor. My baby was 10 pounds and yet I was able to give birth naturally in a home birth without complications. Thanks!!🎉
I had to come in here and leave this comment! I was 38 weeks 5 days, 5cm dialated. Had contractions but wasnt dialating because babys position wasnt optimal. Came accross this video and decided to give it a shot. I was 20 minutes in. Completed 10 min of the first pose and 5 minutes into the exaggerated side lying and my water broke. Labor was a total of 6 hrs. Dont hesitate to try this. It really works.
Hope these help me, 40 weeks and 4 days 🤞🏿(edit) did these exercises at least 10 mins and started contractions the next day. Took two days but my water had finally broke. Arrival at 41 weeks 1 day 💙
This absolutely works!!! As long as you do it for the time indicated. I did this with my now 1 year old before bed. When I woke up at 6 am I was in full blow labor and had him by 8am.
Was in labour starting for 8 days already at 2cm dilated. Did this at 2am and relaxed as much as i can while doing it, at 6am my contractions started hitting and i was in active labour. Got to the hospital in 10 mins, went from 2cm to 4cm and gave birth at 8:50 that day. Would've been faster had I been moving while in active labour but my body was exhausted from being in labour for 8 days, i barely even had the energy to push. After pushing for 2 hours, she arrived safely and healthy at 38wks + 4. thank you for this!
all of these comments are really giving me some hope and i could use some cuz ive been crying every night just wanting to go into labor already i can’t do much more
I did these 3 exercises just one time around 1/2 PM on the day of my 41st week of pregnancy, my labour started about 11 hours later right after midnight. Baby boy is almost 3 months now
So on 4/11 I watched this video I did the 1st two exercises 15 mins each had tiny contractions nothing too serious then 4/12 at about 11:30 am I did the first 2 exercises for the full 30 each I began contracting and went to sleep thinking nothing was going to happen when I woke up at 3:30 pm I was in full blown labor was 1 cm dilated on my appointment on 4/9 when I got to the hospital 4/12 I was already 6 cm dilated I had my baby in my arms at 9:22 pm on 4/12 these exercises really work thanks gurly😊😊❤❤😊😊
Did this while in early labor and my total labor time was less than 11 hrs and my midwife didn’t make it in time my husband caught our baby! Transition was a total of 45 mins and pushing less than 10!
I’m 39 weeks tomorrow. Induction date is in 4 days I just want to pop this baby out UPDATE!! Did everything in the video and literally a day later I was dilated to a 4 (week before I was at a 2) and was having more regular contractions!!! Baby is healthy and happy!!!

(Writing this from the Hospital) Found this video, started doing the Miles Circuit at 37 weeks and 5 days, went into labor at exactly 38 weeks, so crazy! This works! I could feel him significantly lower after doing these exercises. I believe baby became engaged in the pelvis after doing this and it started my contractions ❤Tysm!
Be ready when you do these because I did it last night and I’m in the hospital now 😂. One round of these at 37 weeks and 3 hours later my water broke! Might want to wait til the morning!
I’m here to ask if you were dilated at all before as well. I’m 37 weeks and 5 days I’ve been having contractions since I was 35 weeks but not enough to be active labor I’m sitting at 4cms now 60% effaced and back in labor and delivery for having contractions again
I have to say the first position was really hard with pillows. They kept sliding. I finally just removed my leg pillows and was able to hold the position for 30. Just in case anyone else has the same issue. Thanks so much for the video!
I honestly thought all these comments weren’t true, but I tried these exercises 39+6. I only did 10 minutes of each. Started light cramping on exercise number 2 at 7pm and went into labor at 1am. Baby was born that day at 9pm.
Im not quite in a position to do these yet since I'm a few days shy of 36 weeks but this is great informative to know because I CANNOT WAIT to get this baby out!
38weeks and 2 days and sooo uncomfortable. Having contractions on and off for the past week, I almost went to the hospital today. I’m already 4 cm and 70% effaced. This couldn’t have come at a better time! Thank you!
So so close Shelby! This always helped my baby readjust before I went to sleep and felt so much more comfortable. You may also find it helpful doing my pregnancy stretches routine! A game changer! While also aligning those pelvic ligaments. 🥰
These really really work, I fact more than a few of the videos on this channel work like magic. I did these exercises and started contracting the next morning. Had my baby the following day. Amazing!! Thank you for the upload ❤

40 weeks today. Here to try and kickstart labor. That open, knee, and chest position is tough right now! Geesh! Hoping to get some results & start labor within this week to avoid induction. Peace & Blessings to all with a safe delivery & healthy baby! 🙏🏽
My baby was already in the right position at the time of this post. Had baby two days after this post. However, I had to get an emergency C-Section because the baby flipped in the wrong position... not sure if these exercises caused that. Nonetheless, baby & myself are home now & in good condition. In my last pregnancy I did this the day before I was set to be induced and my water broke that night! I was 38+6. This time I’m 34 weeks with twins and baby b is breech, so I’m doing this to help her turn head down and avoid a C-section. Hoping it works!!
@@elizabethcook5164 so far, no. 38 weeks today, no dilation, no effacing 😭😭 I’m feel like crying so hard 🥲 But I’ve only done it for 2 days. Maybe if I continue something will happen
Hi Ruth 🥰 you are doing great. I’m proud of your for preparing your body for labor. No matter what this is setting you up for an easier labor. When baby is ready, the baby sends a hormone signal to your brain and labor hormones get going. Look into dates of you want to prepare more but I’m the meantime I survived late pregnancy making sure to do my daily pregnancy stretches and a nightly pregnancy pamper routine. Keep me updated girl!
I did this one night back in february and went into labor the next morning at 40+5 weeks! i always recommend this to people ready to get that baby out lol
I am a very petite woman. I'm 4'11 and my normal weight is 100lb. I am also small boned. I am currently just 36 weeks and I'm having trouble walking, I have pressure in my chest and lower abdomen. When I eat, I feel like my stomach has expanded to the max. I cannot wait to have this baby. I currently weigh 130 pounds with baby and I cannot physically go any longer. I am FULLY aware that 36 weeks is early, but I am TRULY having a hard time.
I am currently 39 weeks and 5 days. My induction is scheduled for Thursday--currently drinking raspberry leaf tea, eating dates, and I'm going to try some of these stretches. I haven't experienced any contractions but I was dilated somewhere between 2/3 at my 39 week appt. Really hoping to go into labor before Thursday!
My doctor recommended this for inducing labor naturally but after watching I realize I’ve been doing the mile circuit for weeks without even know i do the first position before bed to release tension on my back and lower belly. The second position is literally how I sleep and then I wake up and go on my birth ball for an hour in the morning
37+3 today. My doc wants to induce at 39 weeks due to low platelet count for me. But she said shes hopeful ill go into labor before then. Tried this yesterday and lost my mucus plug this morning! Trying again today ❤️
@@morgansteinbarge1962 that is not true. If you lose your mucus plug in late pregnancy your cervix is doing something. If it was just coming out just because it would have happened already. Losing whole mucus plugs, with brown or pink are signs of oncoming labor.
Going in tonight at 10pm for an induced labor & I'm hoping that this will help speed things along with the Pitocin. I do not want to be at the hospital longer than needed!
Can this also be used to help flip a breech baby? I’m almost 36 weeks and don’t want to go into labor yet but really want my baby to flip naturally on her own!
Coming back here to comment that I did this last week on Saturday afternoon. Six thirty Sunday morning my contractions started, by 11:51p that night my baby girl was in my arms 😍 totally worked. Born 9 min before her due date at 39 weeks and 6 days. ❤❤❤
I’m 37 weeks today! When do you suggest starting these things to induce? My baby is head down and she is facing my back. They told me today she was in the correct position? She is estimated to weigh 7 pounds. Should I wait until 39 weeks or can I begin your videos?
37 weeks exactly doing this currently with the exaggerated side lying i am having contractions but nothing yet will update if something changes 🙄 so ready to get this baby out
This hurts my body I haven’t worked out this pregnancy 😅 39 weeks 1 day ! Extremely miserable signs of labor coming soon and a horrible hemorrhoid that came along so scared for that 😢 I don’t want to be pregnant any longer hoping this works !
How are y’all getting into that stuff lying position??? I can barely get my pelvic to lift my right leg up 😩 and I feel like I’m laying on my stomach/squishing baby
Did this a couple days in a row. It wasn’t until I reallllly put myself deep in the correct position during the peanut ball stretch where I could feel it working. It caused minor cramps and my water broke that night!
The first position is almost impossible for me to get into I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong if my belly is to big or what 😢 it hurts my upper back a lot in this position
Love it momma❤️! I’m not in QUITE a rush to get baby out yet, but I’m 38 weeks today 🙌🏿! I’ve also been doing these moves to prepare so we’ll see! Thanks for sharing 🥰!
@@priyadarshanamishra1744 sadly no. I did it for 6 days straight, twice a day(once in the morning and maybe a few hrs before bed), for the full amount of time and still ended up being induced at 39 weeks 🤷🏾♀️ I guess it works for some and not for others. Also this was baby number one so I’m not sure if that makes a difference.
I'm 37 weeks with my third baby and she's in unstable lie, switching all the time from being head down, to oblique, to transverse. I'm going to start doing these stretches and see if I can encourage her and keep her in a head down position for labour 🤞🏻 UPDATE: I'm 38 weeks now and I began doing the circuit yesterday. My baby turned back transverse right after these stretches... If your baby is in unstable lie and capable of turning, my advice is to NOT do this....
@@chanchalsharma7092 As a bit of an update, she turned head down at 38 weeks by herself (I stopped doing these stretches after she almost moved breach instead 😅) and I was able to have an easy homebirth. Is this your first baby? If you had more children in the past your baby could have lots of room left and there's always the chance s/he could turn in time
I'm 38weeks+ and went for my appointment yesterday. OB said my cervix is still not dilated but the baby have dropped and is in position already . I did this routine last night at around 6pm and 8 pm. Started cramping by the morning with bloody show. Is this a good sign? 🙏
I’m 38 weeks and miserable!!!! So Im gonna try this. I have been having cramps since last night around 9pm. So praying this helps start my labor they are planning my c-section for the 7th but I need some type of relief now!!!
I'm 41 +1 today and did this routine. Started cramping after with bloody show. (Which I had only had in the past after multiple cervical checks). I think it's a good sign!
I'm 38.1 weeks and I was getting major lightening crotch last night...Gonna start doing these stretches!!!! Come on baby boy, momma loves you but I'm so tired
39 weeks 3 days. I'm really tired i can barely walk that pain of sitting and standing is unbearable. I'm going to start these today and hopefully something happens soon
Im 38 weeks 1cm dialated.. theyve already tried to induce me twice and sent me home. Its been torture. 44 hours of forced contractions and didnt dialate me at all, just exhausted me. They want me to come back in two days but I think I want to wait until 39 weeks at least.. hopefully this works so I dont have to do that over again.
So the Miles Circuit (including the inversion) can be done if baby is already engaged? I read somewhere inversion of engaged baby shouldn’t be longer than 30 sec.
I'm 38 week+4days. After doing these exercises,my contraction has reduced. Do open knee chest position makes baby come out of already dilated cervix? my baby is in cephalic position and I'm already 2cm dilated, for past two days I was in continuous contraction and back pain, to make that progress, I tried this exercise but it reduced my pain 😔. It is good or not? I'm little confused. Also I felt more baby movements.
@@kaylac1993 yeah! 39 on Tuesday! Midwife expects for me to reach 40+ since I am vback. My son did go to 40 weeks one day sooo, I guess - one more week lol
May I do these exercises before contractions start? Or only with contraction? Can I bring baby on wrong Position through these exercises ? Thank you very much
on milescircuit.com I read how it suggests preparing body for birth after 37 weeks pregnant and that it shouldn't hurt a baby already in a good position. The goal is to balance the inner pelvic ligaments so that baby gets lower in the pelvis. If that were to happen to me, where baby flipped breech etc., I would redo the circuit or different exercises to flip baby back again. :)
39 weeks and 2 days together, cervix is high and only 1/2cm dilated will try this from today evening onwards and see if it helps. & dw guys iwont leave you hanging will definitely be back to let u know if it helped, prayers for me as I had an emergency c section previously and this time round I am trying for a Vbac!

I hope your baby drops soon. I was same a week later he sunk into my pelvis. Actually have room to breathe and eat now
I am currently 39 weeks and 5 days.
Did it work?
How did it go?
My doctor recommended this for inducing labor naturally but after watching I realize I’ve been doing the mile circuit for weeks without even know i do the first position before bed to release tension on my back and lower belly. The second position is literally how I sleep and then I wake up and go on my birth ball for an hour in the morning
I did the same every night for the same reason before bed without knowing too! So funny how our body knows what it needs!
37+3 today. My doc wants to induce at 39 weeks due to low platelet count for me. But she said shes hopeful ill go into labor before then.
Tried this yesterday and lost my mucus plug this morning! Trying again today ❤️
Did it work?
I’m at 36 weeks and 4 days and I lost my mucus plug weeks ago
@@felicityjackson7162 that’s because losing your plug isn’t a sign of labor you can lose it at any point in pregnancy and it will come back..
I also have thrombocytopenia, how did everything go
@@morgansteinbarge1962 that is not true. If you lose your mucus plug in late pregnancy your cervix is doing something. If it was just coming out just because it would have happened already. Losing whole mucus plugs, with brown or pink are signs of oncoming labor.
Your hair is gorgeous!
If baby is already head down in the right position will / could this make it turn the wrong way?
Coming back here to comment that I did this last week on Saturday afternoon. Six thirty Sunday morning my contractions started, by 11:51p that night my baby girl was in my arms 😍 totally worked. Born 9 min before her due date at 39 weeks and 6 days. ❤❤❤
Omg u literally just had your baby?? Congratulations 🎉💖💖💖
@@citlalliyepez5379 thank you 😊
I was 40 weeks 2 days
and did this for 2 days went into the labor in the following midnight. Would definitely recommend this exercise!!
I’m 37 weeks today! When do you suggest starting these things to induce? My baby is head down and she is facing my back. They told me today she was in the correct position? She is estimated to weigh 7 pounds. Should I wait until 39 weeks or can I begin your videos?
37 weeks exactly doing this currently with the exaggerated side lying i am having contractions but nothing yet will update if something changes 🙄 so ready to get this baby out
Does this work for women thats not having contractions at all?
This hurts my body I haven’t worked out this pregnancy 😅 39 weeks 1 day ! Extremely miserable signs of labor coming soon and a horrible hemorrhoid that came along so scared for that 😢 I don’t want to be pregnant any longer hoping this works !
Thank you for your videos, they helped me a lot for my vbac delivery ❤️ 😊
Such a great body balance prep! Congrats!! Oh it’s so so soon! 😍
Did you see my pregnancy AM and PM stretching routine?! They are a life saver!!
@@DanceePinkston Thank you so much ☺️! And not yet, but I will definitely add it to my list😉🥰!
Is it normal if your belly touches the bed when doing the first position ?
The first position is so sore on my knees and back😣
My knees hurt doing the open knee exercise 😢😢😢
Trying this for the first time at 38 weeks +1. I hope to have my baby before being induced on the 25th. Will give an update if anything changes
Hi, did it work ?
@@priyadarshanamishra1744 sadly no. I did it for 6 days straight, twice a day(once in the morning and maybe a few hrs before bed), for the full amount of time and still ended up being induced at 39 weeks 🤷🏾♀️ I guess it works for some and not for others. Also this was baby number one so I’m not sure if that makes a difference.
This legitimately works. I did this circuit during the day on 40+1 and my water broke that night! My baby was born the following morning 😮
I'm 37 weeks with my third baby and she's in unstable lie, switching all the time from being head down, to oblique, to transverse. I'm going to start doing these stretches and see if I can encourage her and keep her in a head down position for labour 🤞🏻
UPDATE: I'm 38 weeks now and I began doing the circuit yesterday. My baby turned back transverse right after these stretches... If your baby is in unstable lie and capable of turning, my advice is to NOT do this....
My baby at 37 weeks , keeps turning
Did you give birth momma? I’m currently 38 weeks and babys head has been engaged for 4 weeks already
I started doing this routine on Nov 11 and by Nov 15 I gave birth to my son 😊
Is it normal to feel intense pelvic pressure during these exercises // after?
Plz at what week of pregnancy is it advisable to do this exercises?
I’m 38 weeks and miserable!!!! So Im gonna try this. I have been having cramps since last night around 9pm. So praying this helps start my labor they are planning my c-section for the 7th but I need some type of relief now!!!
Has this helped you
@@fatumoflower1574 it helped things start up for sure.
I have a contraction to after this but i need to move alot even my feets are swollen 😭😭😭😭
I'm 41 +1 today and did this routine. Started cramping after with bloody show. (Which I had only had in the past after multiple cervical checks). I think it's a good sign!
Such great signs! Signs of more pressure on cervix which probably means better baby head engagement/better fetal positioning! Keep us updated! 🎉
@@DanceePinkston I went into labor and had my baby the next day!
I'm 38.1 weeks and I was getting major lightening crotch last night...Gonna start doing these stretches!!!! Come on baby boy, momma loves you but I'm so tired
Did they work?? I’m 38-6
Did it work???
Did it work. I'm 40+6 😅
Am so ready to go in to labour ya Allah let your will be done 🙏
39 weeks 3 days. I'm really tired i can barely walk that pain of sitting and standing is unbearable. I'm going to start these today and hopefully something happens soon
I would add to be sure you keep your belly facing out/forward, not toward your lunging leg, which actually closes pelvis.
Laying here stretching, noticing how dirty my rug is😅. Where is yours from?
I'm 36+6 today and I'll start trying this !
I’m falling asleep so deeply at the second posture 🥲 just woke up from a 2h coma.
did it work for you
Did it work
@@abdurroufkhan4928 not at all, my baby’s head wasn’t in a good position I almost had an emergency c-section. Didn’t worked for me at all
Tnx for reply
Running 39 weeks of my pregnancy. I did this exercise last night. Today my water broke for a while. What do I do now?
Im 38 weeks 1cm dialated.. theyve already tried to induce me twice and sent me home. Its been torture. 44 hours of forced contractions and didnt dialate me at all, just exhausted me. They want me to come back in two days but I think I want to wait until 39 weeks at least.. hopefully this works so I dont have to do that over again.
Omg it worked. Did it yesterday, had my baby 2 hours ago
U did for how much time?
Same with me
I just did first exercise and already got pains that comes & go😘
Did it work?
The first pose is incredibly tough for me with trouble breathing and neck pain. Not sure if I'm doing it wrong.
Listen to your body! You may feel much better doing this on top of the bed with several pillows and with your legs not so far away from spine.
I feel the same way. I really struggle with this one.
Hello. You said 10-30 minutes a day. At how many weeks should we start?
37
How many weeks are you momma??
40 weeks tomorrow. My baby is facing my belly & worse he’s has nuchal cord wrapped twice around his neck 😭😭😭
38 weeks
39.weeks tommorow . I hope this one works .🙏🙏🙏
I'm going to be 38 weeks on Monday
39 weeks and I’m super miserable.
38 weeks today. Just did these. Hope they work 🤞🤞🤞
did they?
@@kaylac1993 still pregnant 🥹
@@helpwakethepeople987 ugh sorry! We’re probably about the same, I’m 39 weeks tomorrow!
@@kaylac1993 yeah! 39 on Tuesday! Midwife expects for me to reach 40+ since I am vback. My son did go to 40 weeks one day sooo, I guess - one more week lol
When can we start these stretches? Are they dangerous before 37 weeks?
I don’t get how to do the first one without completely smashing my belly? Maybe my belly is too big
Same here. Unable to do the first exercise
40+2 today and I’ve been trying this for a week now. Hoping it’s helping
Same. Hitting 41W
I’m 40 weeks and 3 days, I’m ready to try👌🏻😮💨
38+1 and been contracting on and off for 5 days, worth a shot 😅
Did it work??
39 weeks and 2 days together, cervix is high and only 1/2cm dilated will try this from today evening onwards and see if it helps. & dw guys iwont leave you hanging will definitely be back to let u know if it helped, prayers for me as I had an emergency c section previously and this time round I am trying for a Vbac!
Did it work?
40 and 2 😩 my pelvis is killing me. So hard to get into and out of bed
I'm 40w and 1 day, I'm experiencing the same problem. Feels like I can hardly walk
I’m so sorry! Achey pregnancy Hips are the worst! Did you find my pregnancy stretching routines? They are a life saver!!
Hello, when can I start with this exercise? I am only 30+5 so I do not want to induct anything yet. I only want my baby to find the right position. :)
I dont have a peanut ball, what can I use as an alternative, i have a birth ball but its too big 😂
Does this work when baby is in breech position?
I am 38+6 .. today will try these hope it works for me
Currently on the second exercise getting lightening crotch this is my second baby hoping for the best!!
Nothing lol now 38 weeks and still 2 cm dilated
Omg i do the 1st position as comfort for my back lol
I'm 2days to 42weeks, I'll try these today,i can't wait to get into labor, the thought of being induced freaks me out 😩😩
about 10 days overdue... last evening my water started leaking but no contractions really. hoping to kick things off... otherwise I'll probably need to get induced soon
How did things go mummy am 10 days due today as well
@@Marysamuel I ended up having my baby on the 12! I don't really think these excersize helped bec my water actually started leaking around dinner time and I hit active labor more than 24 hours later after they broke the second layer or my water bag
Should my belly touch the bed? I’m short and not sure if I’m doing it right. The first position.
