Let me tell you! 6/6/2023 was my due date. I didn’t want to go over. Early in the day, I did my workout ball, I went walking at the park, and I ended my day with this video. Within an hour, I start having cramps similar to menstrual cramps, and next thing you know, I started having contractions. First they were 20 minutes apart, then 15, 10, and then 5 to 6. My spouse said to make sure you write a review. Thank you so much for your informal video.😊
Coming back to say I did the first two positions on Feb. 17th JUST ONCE. I immediately noticed baby moved to a different position. Feb 18th I did all 3. The morning of February 19th my water broke. I KNOW it was because of this video and these positions!
I can’t believe I’m adding my own comment on how effective this is! Did it yesterday afternoon and went into labor at 1am. After doing the first pose I immediately felt like baby was in a better position. I’m currently at the hospital just waiting to push. Thank you so much for sharing 💖
😢 just got back from a walk. 38 wks +3days 2cm dialated and im so tired i wanna cry 😭 trying all this after dinner 😮💨 hopefully I end up meeting my 3rd baby 1st little boy by the morning or mid day 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🥹
I tried this exercise on 18 February 2024 at 37 weeks pregnant, my water broke the next day and I went into labor. Currently 3 weeks postpartum and my baby and I are doing just fine. This video really helps thank you so much.
Not gonna lie- I didn’t believe the comments but… I watched this video after my doctor said I would have to be induced in a week or two because I wasn’t dilating. I did the first two circuit moves Wednesday at 11pm and began contractions at 3am the next day/morning. I pushed the baby out in two tries on Friday (5am). I did the circuit ONCE! Note- everyone and every pregnancy is different but BABYY!! I’ll give credit where credit is due. Thank you!!
I did this on the 11th of September which was yesterday... this morning (12 September ) broke my waters when i woke up, and I delivered the baby ... healthy and happy at 38 weeks
Were you already dilated passed 1-2cm? I'm currently 39weeks and 3 days and still at 1.5cm and hoping this helps progression, my doctor won't induce me till after 41 weeks but I have such bad anxiety about going passed 41 weeks.
Pose #1 broke my water as well!! I read through the comments and saw so many success stories that I just had to try it. Baby boy is 1.5 months old now, thank you!!
@@taylorfaulx7502 My water broke when I had DEEPLY relaxed into position one. We rushed to the hospital immediately after because it was obvious there was meconium in my amniotic fluid. That was at 8:30am, I gave birth at 5:23pm the same day. I should also mention that I had been doing the circuit as often as possible in the week leading up to birth, and my mucous plug was completely vacated as well
Okay, this is 2 years late but... I did the first 2 positions... I was only able to hold the first position for about 15 minutes, rested in the 2nd position for 45 minutes and as I was getting up from the couch I felt my baby's head engage! I went from a posterior cervix to perfect alignment and perfect baby position. Had her in 3 hrs. Most amazing, empowering experience I have ever had. She was my 4th. Now I'm 3 weeks from my due date with my 5th and getting ready to do this circuit again. Hoping for the same amazing outcome.
Did this three different times morning, afternoon, evening) and then went into labor that evening, my baby girl was in my arms by morning. Shocked at how it worked! She’s 8 months now. Happy little camper! Thank you for this video!
These exercises definitely help baby get down into your pelvis! I’m here to share that I did these last night along with another video as well. I started around 9:45p, went to bed around 11:45p, woke up to contractions at 5:00a, breathed through them until around 7:30a when I couldn’t take it anymore, called my husband to come home from work, he came and we left the house at 8:33a, by this time the contractions were wearing me out, we pulled up to the hospital as I looked at the clock in the car it said 8:56a and I barely made it to a bed and had her at 9:09a this morning! 😅 No epidural, no medications, thankfully! All I can say I can say be packed and fully ready to go before you start these exercises!!!
I did the first 2 stretches thinking it would just help my back pain at 38 weeks and 5 days. That back pain turned into back labor and I had my son about 6 hours later! 😳🥰
Did you know if you were dialated before that and also did you lose your mucus plug before that??? Asking at 38 weeks and 4 days with half a centimeter dialated and mucus plug still intact. 😭😭
I’m 17 weeks pregnant with my first, and seeing all these comments saying that works makes me really glad I found this video. I’m planning to have a natural birth and want to do everything I can not to be induced when the time comes!
I did this at 37 weeks 5 days on the 18/10/2024. Same day in the evening my water broke and baby came on the 19th. Don't try this if you're not ready to meet your little one yet. It works like magic😂😂😂
The Miles circuit helped me at 38weeks 6days .Did the exercises at 10pm .The contractions started at 3am and at 6am, i delivered. Thank you for sharing
I was 39 weeks pregnant, plagued by inconsistent contractions since week 37. Worried and uncertain, I stumbled upon this video and was hesitant, but the positive comments pushed me to give it a try. With no expectations, I dedicated just two 30-minute sessions on Wednesday evening. To my astonishment, I welcomed my baby into the world on Thursday night! This video truly works wonders. A heartfelt thank you to the creator and to all the inspiring moms who shared their experiences. Your video and reviews gave me the courage and hope I needed.
I was 40+2 and did the whole circuit at 5 pm, I ate and went to bed. At midnight my water broke and 9 hours later my wonderful babygirl was born! Very thankful for this video.
Hello, I never commented on any videos . But here i'm again to thank you😊. I was pregnant with my 2nd kid and really worried about delivery and keenly wanted for natural pains no induction no epidural no c section . On 39 weeks +5 days, I finally did this exercise, and within half an hour, I felt the 1st contraction. And after 16 hours I delivered my baby with normal vaginal delivery . Thanks to God and your thia video . 😊
I had to come back to leave feedback. This helped me so much. I was having contractions but went away, so I decided to try this. Later on at night was having strong contractions, went to hospital and was at 7cm. Within 50 min of arriving at hospital, I had her with one push. When I was doing the exercises at home, I could feel her repositioning. I will say this definitely helped.
BIG thanks for this video! I was exactly 41 weeks yesterday with no labor in sight and worried I was going to need to be induced at the hospital instead of giving birth at the birth center like I’d planned. Did all the positions, 30 mins on each side. The comments had me soooo hopeful. And I woke up at 530am today in labor!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉 hoping baby girl comes out soon! THANK YOU!
30 minutes each is hard with a bunch of kids running around lol I'm doing them right now. I was at the hospital yesterday. Never experienced false contractions before this. And baby was turned the wrong way apparently that's why I was having so much pain. The nurse recommended these! We will see!
First time mom here! I did this 2x yesterday and 1x today (not for whole 90 minutes any of the times) and my baby came today- also 3 days early!! Baby was obviously getting ready but this could’ve give the extra kickstart I needed Thank you!!
Just wanted to say thank you for the video! I am 40w1d and did this whole circuit, my water broke while I was outside walking on the curb 🎉 currently admitted to labor and delivery and patiently awaiting the arrival of baby 🥰 prayers to all the mamas!
🙋♀️41 weeks and 2 days here. I'm at 3cm dialated, baby is at zero station. I've been doing these for a few days straight and no luck. Doesn't mean it won't work for others... But wanted to provide my experience. Baby will come when they want to come.
I couldn’t do the whole 30 minutes at once break them apart to take breaks lol, while laying down for the 2nd position I feel a sharp pain when I get up I was leaking that was around 930pm bb was born at 1:30am. It works for me thank you so much I was 39 weeks
I never comment on videos, but have to say this worked! I am skeptical of things that claim to be a ‘cure all’/‘fix all’ but my water broke 12 hours after doing the exercises!
Im 39 weeks today and only 1cm dilated. I get induced next Thursday and have the baby exactly at 40 weeks if he doesn't come by his self. I need him out now!!
Tried first and second exercises at 39+4 days 15mins each and then tried all 3 exercises at 40 weeks 20mins each and my labour started 3 hours later , gave birth 7 hours later . Thank you for your video
I do not normally add comments, but I have to....THANKS A LOT. It works, 38+5, tried the exercise at noon, seemed like it did not work. BUT....it started at midnight, first waves, water broke at 1, at 4am our baby girl was born, healthy, fast....this and hot tube👍
Did this exercise on my 40th week late noon And i broke my water early in the morning and then go into active labor! It works on me! Thank you for sharing this video. Im gonna share this video to my 39th week pregnant sister too
Just had my baby on the 19th because of this! I'm very skeptical about "this totally works" type reviews on exercise and almost didn't do it because of my skepticism. But I literally did all 3 positions once and four hours later my water gushed out and I almost didn't make it to the hospital in time for the epidural. Which if this happens to anyone else I suggest as soon as water breaks go immediately, I labored for just an hour did 3 pushes and my little one finally came! Thank you so much for this vid I was losing hope, begging my ob for an induction because I was on bedrest and excruciating pain, had Hyperemisis and hit very hard with depression because doctors weren't taking my pain seriously, so again thank you!!!! 💕
This worked for me so well. Did the First 2 Positions and later, contractions started. I was 4- 5 cm Dilated when I got to the hospital and later I moved to 10cm so fast. Had my baby after 3 pushes. I recommend this 100% . Thank you for this Video.
Congratulations!! I hope you and the baby boy are in a best healthy and a happy state ❤❤. I am 37+3 days. Just waiting to finish the last nesting things in few days and then i will start doing this! Am excited! I hope i will get to see my baby girl next week in the best state of health
I did this circuit around 11.30 pm yesterday before I went to sleep and surprise indeed, I woke up with pain just around 2 am early morning. This kickstarted my labour and I gave birth within two hours. This worked for me and thanks a lot!
This video is awesome. I was 5 days past my due date and was scheduled for an induced delivery on Wednesday. Sunday night, I followed the instructions in this video and 16 hours later I was in labour. My daughter was born after 7 hours of labour (spontaneous natural delivery). Thank you for sharing this video.
I did this these exercises two evenings in a row at 39 weeks and I went into labor at 12 midnight! it worked but my contractions came on so strong, there was no build up! Had to get to the hospital really quickly! I was in active labor for 4/5 hours! my second baby was born at 8.46am! If you try this, be prepared lol! ❤️
Add another to the list of success stories. Went into labor 12 hours after doing this. Had a very fast labour (10 hours) and only pushed for 16 min. Proceed with caution
I’m 38 weeks and 1 cm dilated last time I checked, since I’m dilating I feel it appropriate to help her make her way out into the world, tired of contractions!
Same!!! I’m 38 weeks and I get period like cramps here and there but I’m only 1cm and there’s no sign of “the show” or water breaking. It’s the second baby as well 😫
Im currently 40+5 and did this full workout three days in a row and my cervix hasnt dilated even a bit. This is my second pregnancy so I was hopeful this would help but no succes yet so any mama out there feeling the same - youre not alone ❤️
Did these exercises once (for the full 30min rounds) & went into labor right after. Gave birth the day before my due date! I think it was the baby's position prolonging it.
I might be dealing with this! I'm due on Sunday and it doesn't feel like we arent progressing much, or very slowly considering Tuesday I was 1cm dilated and slightly effaced..fingers crossed!
It's been long due but I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I found this video last year two months away from my due date. I researched more and found the inventor's webpage and they recommend starting to practice 10 minutes each from 37 weeks onwards. I did that and just after the first practice my labor symptoms started - diarrhea, loss of mucus plug etc. And five days on, I delivered my baby. It was a quick and smooth labour, and I had a water birth. I'll always be grateful to you for sharing this.
This absolutely works. I did the first and second part and within 4hours had my Labor also had an easy delivery. 😊Guys try this it works miraculously ...
I did the first part in the night and then the next day I did it completely and omg I went into labor right after I was done with the second step. I was 38 weeks 4 days 💕Thank you!!!! ❤️
40 wks +4 days with baby #2. Drank the midwife’s brew about 2 hours ago and gonna do this stretch routine before bed. This pregnancy has been hell compared to my first, so praying for a miracle to get this girl EVICTED. Lol *update* went into labor last night at 9, hospital at 12 and delivered at 4:31 this morning!! Xoxo 💞
I have NEVER done a review before , especially not on RUclips videos , but this video helped me go into labor!! My due date was set for Feb 21st when I went to my doctors appointment Feb 14th I wasn’t dilated at all and only 30% softened.. I started looking up videos and doing exercises. On February 20th I did the first pose and about 2-3 hours labor I ended up going to the hospital and had my baby shortly after! After reading all the comments I thought “ this video and the poses can’t help induce your labor” but it did!! I gave birth to a healthy baby boy and I couldn’t be more happier.
I did this exercises and in two hours I was in labor I barely made it to hospital I couldnt even get epidural... a day before I had drs appointment and I was 0 dilated at 39 weeks 5 days so this really works! Thank u! Even though I was in so much pain cuz no epidural I’m glad I didn’t have to have c section
Hey babe! Congrats! I want to try this, I’ll be 41 weeks tomorrow & doctor wants to schedule c-section due to my baby being “big” but I’m trying & praying I avoid that. I’ve been 0 dilated since 38 weeks according to doctor but I’ve been losing my mucus plug & bloody show little by little since 38 weeks. Your post is giving me hope since I’m losing it little by little. I’m scared to try this thinking my baby’s head will go up higher or something lol
@@andreean3661 hey babe, so I believed it did work because when I went in that Monday for my last appointment I was 2 cm but unfortunately I didn’t go into labor & doctor scheduled me for c-section 2 days after. I was 41 & 2 days. But I do believe if I would have done this maybe a few more days I could have gone into labor on my own or maybe not who knows. Doctor just wanted to do the c-section & get it over with tbh. 😔
@@kaathydenisee7292 yes I’m in the same boat with my dr. All I hear is induce induce induce. I’m 42 weeks tho so I’m going to give this a try and pray for the best. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏾
First time mom here! I’m 40 weeks+1 day with our baby boy! As of my last appointment (Tuesday), I wasn’t dilated at all. Tried these exercises this evening and hopefully we will see some results!😊 Update: I had my baby the very next evening! I tried everything to try and induce labour once hitting 39 weeks and nothing worked. I really think these exercises are what helped my labour progress! Thanks so much for sharing this video!
Im 39 weeks now and have had 0 signs of baby coming soon!! Still high up and no where near dilated... Im praying i can do this and get them out like you 😂❤️ Congratulations! Xx
@@bm1690 no signs of change and midwives won't do any internal exams on me, so i purely need to go off of if i see any physical change! I'll let you know 😁❤️
I did this at night at 39+3 & immediately started have contractions labored through the night and had the baby within 12 hours! I was scheduled for an induction the next day so glad I avoided that! Amazing.
I never added a comment the first time around but this worked with my first baby two years ago and now I am rewatching this video because I am 35 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I will be doing this again very soon! thank you so much for your amazing content! ❤
I gotta hand it to these exercises. So I got rushed to the hospital 3hours after doing these, I was 7 cm dilated!! 😲 I had my daughter on 12.13.21 at 9.5lbs on her exact due date!! Lol This method is amazing. Please have your hospital bag at the door before doing these exercises you’re about to become a mom today.!! Lol Fair warning
I’ve been meaning to come back to this video and thank you ‼️ I did everything possible to induce labor after I went a couple days past my due date. After doing these exercises I started having contractions and booom the next day I had my little man on November 29th‼️ I recommend this video to any mama I know that is trying to speed things up. Highly recommend
Hi babe! Congrats 💙 I’ve done pretty much everything also & no luck. 41 weeks tomorrow & im hoping a miracle happens tonight or else will be scheduled a c-section due to baby being “big” . Did you do all exercises? Or just one? Was your baby’s head down already? We’re you dilated? I’m scared to try & my baby’s head go higher instead of coming down to my pelvis lol
@@kaathydenisee7292 I was told the same thing at my checkup today. Currently overdue at almost 41 weeks, 1 cm dilated, no water break, no loss of mucus plug, no contractions at all. If baby doesn't come by this Friday then I'll need to go in for a ceasearean since baby is considered "big" and above term. Did these work for you to get you into labor?
I just wanted to report that I did this video and I went into labor that next morning and gave birth at noon. So thank you for this because I was scheduled to get induced 😂
This works! Just did the first one for 30 min, and the second one. Layed on one side for 30 min, and when i turn to lay on the other side, the water broke! HOLLYWOOD STYLE! Now we just wait😍 🎉🎉🎉
Definitely helped me have the best sleep ever. No aches or pain when I woke up. Felt a mild contraction during the workout, just waiting to see if anything happens. But I do feel that the baby has moved into a better position because I feel much better😊
I am 39 weeks pregnant with baby number 6. I had cervical tear from a rapid labor on baby 5 and now scar tissue on my cervix that is causing issues with dilating where otherwise I have never had issues kick starting labor with a yoga ball, pumping and EPo. I am going to try this tomorrow and I’ll post a update if it works. Otherwise I’m scheduled to be inside because we live a hour away and because of the complications of previous birth. I pray this work and find hope in all the testimonials from other mommy’s on here. Thank you for posting this informative video. ❤
I’m so happy I found this video! 😭 My midwives put me into these positions when I was in labor with baby #2! And WOW DOES IT WORK! My labor was SO SLOW and once they put me into these positions...BABY BOY ARRIVED 1 1/2 hours later! Successful VBAC!! 🙌🏻 now I’m having a homebirth in May and I will def be doing this circuit! Tysm 💓
I am a40 weeks now, and I want vbac birth my c-section was around 5 years ago, I hope now naturally birth, What do you think helps you to get successful vbac?
@@khadejahahmed6926 I honestly believe just staying calm, being open minded, and listening to my body helped me achieve my VBAC. 🙂But every baby responds differently. I hope you are able have a successful VBAC! 🤍
37 weeks pregnant and hoping for a successful VBAC 🙏🏽❤️ I am currently doing these as I already started feeling discomfort and contractions and want to help baby get into an optimal position!
@@mrsnelliebee yes! This video seriously helps so much! I had another successful VBAC at home in May. I did the Miles Circuit and BOOM baby girl arrived so fast! Praying you have a safe and successful VBAC! 🙏🏻
37 weeks! Did the second pose last night and after laying on my left side for 2 hours I woke up to pee and let me just say I couldn't even stand up straight I had so much pressure down there I thought for a second that baby was going to fall out 😂 definitely going to keep doing this.
Thank you very much for this video. I am today 39+2 days, at 2 a.m. a was start make those exercise and at 9 a.m. Start my water leak and light contractions. I am very grateful. Wish you and all your family let be health
I did this at 41 weeks late in the evening, and went into labor early the next evening! Best labor (#5) and no back labor at all. She was in the perfect position!
How many times can I do this a day? I’m 39+1 and I don’t wanna be induced. 😩 I did it once today but I wanna make sure I don’t over do it. I’ve been in early labor, stuck at 4cm for 1wk 2dys. Update: August 12th, 2022: Ok I just did the first two 10-15 for the first, about half an hr for the second position & I’m SUPER crampy now. We’ll see 🤞🏽. I’ll update later. Update: Aug. 13th 2022: Tried this again today just the first two. Water JUST broke on our way to the hospital. This worked like a charm.🤍🙏🏽 Update: Aug. 13, 2022: Got to hospital was 6cm in active labor, had her 4 hrs later. Very quick delivery. Natural, unmedicated. If you needed a sign to try this. This is your sign. Wishing all you mamas a quick, safe and comfortable delivery!
Absolutely! So happy for you! Praying you have a healthy, safe, and comfortable delivery! I'm actually pregnant with my third as I type lol @@jasmineroberts6034
I wish every pregnant woman would learn this and really everything they could to prepare them for labor. Knowledge is power! And unfortunately obgyns and nurses and midwifes just don't know these simple things that make such a big difference!
Amazing!!! It really works... a year ago at 1:00 pm I did the exercises at 8:00 pm I was already at the hospital, unfortunately 13 hours of labor without opening and without erasure, at the end of the perfect pregnancy ended in a traumatic experience for me and my baby with an emergency caesarean section, this is just my experience.. ..give your baby his time, everything comes in its own time...
So I was 40+5 and tried the exaggerating leg prop thing the other night....water broke at 4:55 am the next morning! Baby #2 is here and doing well ❤️ thank you for this
This works!!!! I was 38 weeks and 6 days. I did this jan 22nd around 5pm, (I was 2cm the day before), at around 11pm I lost my mucus plug, then at 1am labor started, had my baby jan 23rd at 1pm :)
Definitely trying these! The second position is how I sleep every night even before pregnancy! Currently 38 and been dilated at a 3 for 2 weeks now. Having irregular and very quick contractions but ready to be done so I’m starting to give these a try! Will update when I go into labor!!!
Really helpful. Was at 38+6 dats when i tried it to have natural labour pains . Got here tried it hoping for best. My babys head was engaged n i was 1cm dilated only. After only one session of this exercise got my labour after 24 hours , deliverd my baby at 39 weeks alhumdulilah no artificial induction required 🙂 it is the best thing to induce natural pains..... I was hoping to write a coment here if it works for me .n yes im so excited it did wonders.
I used this Miles Circuit 4 times total on the 5th and 6th on January and it helped turn my baby! Water birth, no stitches and are both doing so well! This also helped to progress labor since I was 41 weeks 5 days by then and had some natural induction methods used to start me that week but I needed more help, something to engage her fully! Remember to do as much of the full set as possible until you're contractions are regular, not stopping at part two or three too early!
Third baby, 40 weeks tomorrow. Have been having prodromal labor daily for 4-5 weeks now and I’m tired 😫 in the last step of this now and praying getting baby facing the back instead of the side is what it takes!
Tried this for some days more and went in to labour due to this amazing circuit. Had my baby on 15th april... Thank you so much for uploading such an amazing video...💖💖
Literally did this yesterday came home from curb walking and ate around 8 dates with peanut butter and raspberry leaf tea did nipple stimulation went to sleep my waters broke at 2:30 am this morning 😊… yay 😀
So encouraging to see all the success stories in the comments! I’m 32 weeks and will have to get induced around 38 weeks due to my age/hypertension. I am definitely going to try this in the days leading up to induction to see if I can avoid pitocin and other medications. Thank you for the video!
I am 36 weeks 2 days,I tried in the evening and next day in the morning, contractions started around 10 pm at night and after 6 hours,I got my baby girl..🥰🥰Thank you so much for the video.God bless you .

Update please
It Worked!!! I did the whole video at 6:30pm and my water broke at 5 in the morning. I had him at 7:18. Thank you so much
These exercises definitely help baby get down into your pelvis!
What other video did you do? 😄 I’m ready to get this baby out 😅
😊koop 5
I am going to try this exercise tonight, I am 39 weeks and 2 days gone,I am so tired 😢 can't wait to get baby out.
Just finished the first part and I’m definitely feeling the back labor too, had one contraction I felt in the front but we’ll see how this goes
@@kastoniacherry1819 any updates 😁?
OMG wow congratulations I'm scared to do this when I'm ready. I'm 28 weeks and 4 days
After doing this exercise, after how long baby popped out?
My water broke when I got up from second position. Really useful video. My baby is three months now.
omg i hope this works for me i’m gonna do it soon!
16hrs 😳
THANK YOU!
Update plz dear how are you doing?
Yes, update please. 39 was 3 days here. Currently on 1st stretch. Getting help from comments
30 minutes each is hard with a bunch of kids running around lol I'm doing them right now. I was at the hospital yesterday. Never experienced false contractions before this. And baby was turned the wrong way apparently that's why I was having so much pain. The nurse recommended these! We will see!
I did this exactly at my 39weeks and it get me into labour and had my beautiful son 12hrs later 😊😊# first time mom❤
Congrats 🎉 how much time did u spent on each circuit?
First time mom here! I did this 2x yesterday and 1x today (not for whole 90 minutes any of the times) and my baby came today- also 3 days early!! Baby was obviously getting ready but this could’ve give the extra kickstart I needed
Thank you!!
I did half of the exercises yesterday. I had my baby today. It really helps shorten labor. Go for it Mamas
Congratulations on your baby! 🤍🥳

I had my baby yesterday 18/4/2022 after this exercise. I arrived the hospital already 9cm. Thank you so much.
Baby will come when they want to come.
thanks for sharing. its important to hear. when did you eventually give birth?
How far were you? And we’re you dilated at all prior?
It works!! I did this at 37 weeks and had my 7lbs baby boy at 38+2
Congratulations!!
I swear by these exercises. They jump started my labor. I went into labor 4 hours after doing these exercises! My little one came the next day 💙

Oh my! That’s so fast! I just did the circuit for the first time & I’ve been having contractions for weeks now so maybe it’ll work!
What else u used to do
I’m 38 weeks and 1 cm dilated last time I checked, since I’m dilating I feel it appropriate to help her make her way out into the world, tired of contractions!
Same!!! I’m 38 weeks and I get period like cramps here and there but I’m only 1cm and there’s no sign of “the show” or water breaking. It’s the second baby as well 😫
How are you mammas I am in 39 weeks and wanna try this
Im currently 40+5 and did this full workout three days in a row and my cervix hasnt dilated even a bit. This is my second pregnancy so I was hopeful this would help but no succes yet so any mama out there feeling the same - youre not alone ❤️
Try walking long distance then get in the tub it worked for me my second pregnancy!

34 weeks! Just randomly found this & saved it for a few weeks from now!
Did these exercises once (for the full 30min rounds) & went into labor right after. Gave birth the day before my due date! I think it was the baby's position prolonging it.
Thanks ill try it

It's been long due but I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I found this video last year two months away from my due date. I researched more and found the inventor's webpage and they recommend starting to practice 10 minutes each from 37 weeks onwards. I did that and just after the first practice my labor symptoms started - diarrhea, loss of mucus plug etc. And five days on, I delivered my baby. It was a quick and smooth labour, and I had a water birth.
I'll always be grateful to you for sharing this.
Did this first exercise last night for about a half hour and I woke up really feeling my baby in my pelvic area! Doing the rest of the circuit today.
Hello what happened please

@@bm1690 let me know how it goes!
