The first position is how I got into this predicament in the first place.
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Ha same here
Im dead 🤣🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣
I am dead!! 💀🤣🤣🤣🤣
I cant believe i’m writing this right now but after I did the first position for 20 min, my water broke. 😳 currently admitted now.
Pray for me
I pray God blessings on you❤
How many weeks were you?
Wow! I hope that happens for me. Good job!
Let me tell you! 6/6/2023 was my due date. I didn’t want to go over. Early in the day, I did my workout ball, I went walking at the park, and I ended my day with this video. Within an hour, I start having cramps similar to menstrual cramps, and next thing you know, I started having contractions. First they were 20 minutes apart, then 15, 10, and then 5 to 6. My spouse said to make sure you write a review. Thank you so much for your informal video.😊
was it your first baby?
Not gonna lie- I didn’t believe the comments but…
I watched this video after my doctor said I would have to be induced in a week or two because I wasn’t dilating. I did the first two circuit moves Wednesday at 11pm and began contractions at 3am the next day/morning.
I pushed the baby out in two tries on Friday (5am). I did the circuit ONCE!
Note- everyone and every pregnancy is different but BABYY!!
I’ll give credit where credit is due. Thank you!!

Oh my goodness that’s halfway 😭 ty so much!
I tried this exercise on 18 February 2024 at 37 weeks pregnant, my water broke the next day and I went into labor. Currently 3 weeks postpartum and my baby and I are doing just fine. This video really helps thank you so much.
Congratulations!
You and I tried this exercise the same day! Congrats mama! I have my little one now too! 6 weeks old!
I’m 37 weeks! Hoping this works!!
Went into labour an hour after I did the miles circuit, while I was doing the 2nd step, so thank you!
34 weeks! Just randomly found this & saved it for a few weeks from now!
Im 39 weeks today and only 1cm dilated. I get induced next Thursday and have the baby exactly at 40 weeks if he doesn't come by his self. I need him out now!!
I just wanted to report that I did this video and I went into labor that next morning and gave birth at noon. So thank you for this because I was scheduled to get induced 😂
I can’t believe I’m adding my own comment on how effective this is! Did it yesterday afternoon and went into labor at 1am. After doing the first pose I immediately felt like baby was in a better position. I’m currently at the hospital just waiting to push. Thank you so much for sharing 💖
How far along were you?
@@alexisshirk9404 Exactly 39 weeks
😢 just got back from a walk. 38 wks +3days 2cm dialated and im so tired i wanna cry 😭 trying all this after dinner 😮💨 hopefully I end up meeting my 3rd baby 1st little boy by the morning or mid day 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🥹
were you already dilated?
@@Userrandom44477 I’m not sure since I didn’t do cervical checks
I am 39 weeks pregnant and READY FOR HER TO COME OUT!!! I will try these and hope they work. THANK YOU AND HOPE IT WORKS!
40 weeks today! First time mom waiting for baby girl 💗 hope this works for us!!!
Miles circuit does work! I started doing it on my due date and I had my baby 3 days after! Thank you for this video!
How many times can I do this a day? I’m 39+1 and I don’t wanna be induced. 😩 I did it once today but I wanna make sure I don’t over do it. I’ve been in early labor, stuck at 4cm for 1wk 2dys.
Update: August 12th, 2022: Ok I just did the first two 10-15 for the first, about half an hr for the second position & I’m SUPER crampy now. We’ll see 🤞🏽. I’ll update later.
Update: Aug. 13th 2022: Tried this again today just the first two. Water JUST broke on our way to the hospital. This worked like a charm.🤍🙏🏽
Update: Aug. 13, 2022: Got to hospital was 6cm in active labor, had her 4 hrs later. Very quick delivery. Natural, unmedicated. If you needed a sign to try this. This is your sign. Wishing all you mamas a quick, safe and comfortable delivery!
Thank you love! I'll be trying this closer to my due date but first time going natural so pray for me ❤
Absolutely! So happy for you! Praying you have a healthy, safe, and comfortable delivery! I'm actually pregnant with my third as I type lol @@jasmineroberts6034

Third baby, 40 weeks tomorrow. Have been having prodromal labor daily for 4-5 weeks now and I’m tired 😫 in the last step of this now and praying getting baby facing the back instead of the side is what it takes!
This works!!!! I was 38 weeks and 6 days. I did this jan 22nd around 5pm, (I was 2cm the day before), at around 11pm I lost my mucus plug, then at 1am labor started, had my baby jan 23rd at 1pm :)
Just came back to say I went into labor 24 hours later 🥰🥰🥰 at 40 weeks
I had to come back to leave feedback. This helped me so much. I was having contractions but went away, so I decided to try this. Later on at night was having strong contractions, went to hospital and was at 7cm. Within 50 min of arriving at hospital, I had her with one push. When I was doing the exercises at home, I could feel her repositioning. I will say this definitely helped.
I’m 39 weeks & 3 days with my second kiddo 💖 Definitely going to try these. The pressure down there has been real!
Oh my gosh, thank you for the video 🥰
I did the first and the third stretches at 7hpm. Started to have contractions at 1ham, went to labor and I have my princess 👸 in about 9hrs later.
Thank you again 🥰😍
Have been meaning to come back on to say thank you! I did this vid twice day before my daughter was born June 6th 2021. Put me into labour within 5 hours
Did this exercise on my 40th week late noon And i broke my water early in the morning and then go into active labor! It works on me! Thank you for sharing this video. Im gonna share this video to my 39th week pregnant sister too
I had my baby yesterday 18/4/2022 after this exercise. I arrived the hospital already 9cm. Thank you so much.
39 weeks and 3 days, hoping this “induces” me into labor!! 🙏🏼
Did it work for you?
I stumbled onto this video by accident. I am currently 31+3 with my 2nd baby and my doctor gave me the go ahead to start trying to do the "natural induction" around 38 weeks! I definitely plan to save this video for when that time comes to help baby girl get into the optimal position so that I can *try* to have a quick labor.
I did this exercises and I gave birth the following day I was 40 weeks . It works thank you for sharing
Just had my baby on the 19th because of this! I'm very skeptical about "this totally works" type reviews on exercise and almost didn't do it because of my skepticism. But I literally did all 3 positions once and four hours later my water gushed out and I almost didn't make it to the hospital in time for the epidural. Which if this happens to anyone else I suggest as soon as water breaks go immediately, I labored for just an hour did 3 pushes and my little one finally came! Thank you so much for this vid I was losing hope, begging my ob for an induction because I was on bedrest and excruciating pain, had Hyperemisis and hit very hard with depression because doctors weren't taking my pain seriously, so again thank you!!!! 💕
Currently 29 weeks 2 days. I’m getting this information so I’m ready for when she is ready to come! 💓
Pose #1 broke my water as well!! I read through the comments and saw so many success stories that I just had to try it. Baby boy is 1.5 months old now, thank you!!
Congratulations!! 🤍🤍
@@CarlyWatson is it safe for a previous C-section mother please advise?
How long after the circuit is complete did u go into labor?
@@taylorfaulx7502 My water broke when I had DEEPLY relaxed into position one. We rushed to the hospital immediately after because it was obvious there was meconium in my amniotic fluid. That was at 8:30am, I gave birth at 5:23pm the same day.
I should also mention that I had been doing the circuit as often as possible in the week leading up to birth, and my mucous plug was completely vacated as well
@@lindsaymadge6464 awesome thank you. Currently in position 1 and feel her moving around in there a lot!
I had to come back to comment because my sis is in need of this circuit and I couldn’t remember what it was until I searched and re-found this video!
I did this at 38 weeks 1 day pregnant.
I repeated it the next night.
On night three I didn’t do it, I just went to sleep, and woke up in labor.
THIS WORKS!!!
I always recommend these videos to friends/family. I did the full 90 minutes at 37 weeks pregnant. Contractions started light and built up until I gave birth 3 days later. I don’t know if these positions affected the actual birthing process but it was a very quick delivery hamdillah. Obviously it was still very painful. But baby seemed to be in optimal position. This was with my second baby. If it is your first it will not hurt to try. But do not attempt unless you get an Okay from your doctor or midwife.
I couldn’t do the whole 30 minutes at once break them apart to take breaks lol, while laying down for the 2nd position I feel a sharp pain when I get up I was leaking that was around 930pm bb was born at 1:30am. It works for me thank you so much I was 39 weeks
Thanks so much for this! I am 38 weeks in a high risk pregnancy with a baby who has a heart defect. At 37 weeks, he was still lying transverse in my belly, but they couldn’t give me an external version and induction because he needs open heart surgery after birth and ideally shouldn’t come too soon before 40 weeks.
I started doing forward leaning inversions that week, and the day of my 38 week appointment I saw your video and did The Miles Circuit before being seen. Ultrasound showed him in anterior occiput position that day! I don’t know if that’s what did it, but I am so grateful that he is in proper position now ❤️
I’m 37 weeks today, first pregnancy🤗. First time watching this video and I kinda laughed because I always do the first two to ease some discomfort or pain. Thank you for this video.☺️
I did this on the 11th of September which was yesterday... this morning (12 September ) broke my waters when i woke up, and I delivered the baby ... healthy and happy at 38 weeks
😩 hoping for these results
@@soufbeauti any updates?
Were you already dilated passed 1-2cm? I'm currently 39weeks and 3 days and still at 1.5cm and hoping this helps progression, my doctor won't induce me till after 41 weeks but I have such bad anxiety about going passed 41 weeks.
@@jenna1866 your baby dropped?
So beautiful you had your baby on my birthday ♥️😉☺️
I'm 40 weeks +5 and I've been in early labour for few days now, contractions coming and going. So I have been looking for any help available. I'm not sure the exercises will induce me (did two rounds) but I can already say they helped me to position my baby better and brought me a lot of pain relief because the pain in my pelvis was getting unbearable and I could barely walk. So I'm absolutely grateful even for that and definitely recommend it.
It Worked!!! I did the whole video at 6:30pm and my water broke at 5 in the morning. I had him at 7:18. Thank you so much
It's been long due but I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I found this video last year two months away from my due date. I researched more and found the inventor's webpage and they recommend starting to practice 10 minutes each from 37 weeks onwards. I did that and just after the first practice my labor symptoms started - diarrhea, loss of mucus plug etc. And five days on, I delivered my baby. It was a quick and smooth labour, and I had a water birth.
I'll always be grateful to you for sharing this.
39+5, did this once for the first time last night and my water broke at 9 am this morning! Thank you so much!! Xo
I’m 39 tomorrow but I believe I’m in latent labor hopefully this works !!
38weeks 5days so tired. Having irregular but painful braxton hicks. Trying all these . Hope it helps me go into Labour to bring my lil one to this world safely. Thank you
I started doing the miles circuit on Tuesday and went into labor Friday morning! My daughter was born friday night! 💗 I was 40 weeks!
I did this these exercises two evenings in a row at 39 weeks and I went into labor at 12 midnight! it worked but my contractions came on so strong, there was no build up! Had to get to the hospital really quickly! I was in active labor for 4/5 hours! my second baby was born at 8.46am! If you try this, be prepared lol! ❤️
Coming back to say I did the first two positions on Feb. 17th JUST ONCE. I immediately noticed baby moved to a different position. Feb 18th I did all 3. The morning of February 19th my water broke. I KNOW it was because of this video and these positions!
This worked for me. At 40+4 last Friday with no previous signs of labour I was ready to try just about anything. I completed the circuit in the late afternoon by Saturday 1am I had my "show" and went into having contractions. My labour was long but that is also to be expected with first babies. My daughter was born Monday night.
Thank you from Sydney Australia. I am 40 wks today, did the miles circuit to open my pelvis - getting progress but not quite early labour yet. This is my second bub and trying for Doula and Midwife lead homebirth this time. Thank you and I got a lot out of your other video with mistakes that are commonly made.
I was 40+2 and did the whole circuit at 5 pm, I ate and went to bed. At midnight my water broke and 9 hours later my wonderful babygirl was born! Very thankful for this video.
Thank you for these videos. I did this almost daily (not consistently) for about a week starting at 38weeks. Had baby 39w 3d. Labor was swift & relatively less painful that other pregnancies. I thank God I stumbled on your videos. They really helped me during labor to be relaxed. Baby was breech at birth (even though she had been head down all through previous weeks) but labor was very quick, had to have an emergency c section. Had her within an hour of arriving at the hospital. Thank God baby arrived safely.
Did this the night before I went into labor. Not sure if it was the thing that kickstarted labor but it felt like it helped.
Week 37 today and will start this circuit soon! Thank you!!
The Miles circuit helped me at 38weeks 6days .Did the exercises at 10pm .The contractions started at 3am and at 6am, i delivered. Thank you for sharing
I’m 39 weeks and that first position has felt so good for the past 2 weeks 🤤
I did the first 2 stretches thinking it would just help my back pain at 38 weeks and 5 days. That back pain turned into back labor and I had my son about 6 hours later! 😳🥰
Did you know if you were dialated before that and also did you lose your mucus plug before that??? Asking at 38 weeks and 4 days with half a centimeter dialated and mucus plug still intact. 😭😭
Just finished the first part and I’m definitely feeling the back labor too, had one contraction I felt in the front but we’ll see how this goes
@@kastoniacherry1819 any updates 😁?
OMG wow congratulations I'm scared to do this when I'm ready. I'm 28 weeks and 4 days
After doing this exercise, after how long baby popped out?
At 38 weeks and 3 days! 3cm dilated as of yesterday’s appointment. Definitely trying these! I feel my body hurting because of dilation so hopefully this will help me get that last 3 cm that I need to get to in order to head to the hospital!
You had me at “I’m a labor and postpartum doula”. You guys are amazing and essential.

My water broke when I got up from second position. Really useful video. My baby is three months now.
omg i hope this works for me i’m gonna do it soon!
First time mom here! I did this 2x yesterday and 1x today (not for whole 90 minutes any of the times) and my baby came today- also 3 days early!! Baby was obviously getting ready but this could’ve give the extra kickstart I needed
Thank you!!
I never comment on videos, but have to say this worked! I am skeptical of things that claim to be a ‘cure all’/‘fix all’ but my water broke 12 hours after doing the exercises!
Amazing!!! It really works... a year ago at 1:00 pm I did the exercises at 8:00 pm I was already at the hospital, unfortunately 13 hours of labor without opening and without erasure, at the end of the perfect pregnancy ended in a traumatic experience for me and my baby with an emergency caesarean section, this is just my experience.. ..give your baby his time, everything comes in its own time...
So encouraging to see all the success stories in the comments! I’m 32 weeks and will have to get induced around 38 weeks due to my age/hypertension. I am definitely going to try this in the days leading up to induction to see if I can avoid pitocin and other medications. Thank you for the video!
Any update?
This really works I started on Wednesday night went walking for a hr Thursday felt contractions that entire day and I had my baby girl Saturday @2:15am
Am 38+4 today, have some pelvic girdle pain, so even if this just aides with that, and getting baby into a more comfortable position, it’s a win!
Did this first exercise last night for about a half hour and I woke up really feeling my baby in my pelvic area! Doing the rest of the circuit today.
Hello what happened please
I used this Miles Circuit 4 times total on the 5th and 6th on January and it helped turn my baby! Water birth, no stitches and are both doing so well! This also helped to progress labor since I was 41 weeks 5 days by then and had some natural induction methods used to start me that week but I needed more help, something to engage her fully! Remember to do as much of the full set as possible until you're contractions are regular, not stopping at part two or three too early!
I'm 39 weeks 5 days... I had a failed induction on Monday. Now we have the NE snowstorm going on so I don't want labor now🤣 I'll try these this weekend when the roads are clear!
I’m 17 weeks pregnant with my first, and seeing all these comments saying that works makes me really glad I found this video. I’m planning to have a natural birth and want to do everything I can not to be induced when the time comes!
This worked for me! Went into labor just a few hours later
So I was 40+5 and tried the exaggerating leg prop thing the other night....water broke at 4:55 am the next morning! Baby #2 is here and doing well ❤️ thank you for this
Oh wow congratulations. Trying this tonight I'm 40+4 and over it. Fingers crossed
I’m 38 weeks and 1 cm dilated last time I checked, since I’m dilating I feel it appropriate to help her make her way out into the world, tired of contractions!
Same!!! I’m 38 weeks and I get period like cramps here and there but I’m only 1cm and there’s no sign of “the show” or water breaking. It’s the second baby as well 😫

I am 39 weeks pregnant with baby number 6. I had cervical tear from a rapid labor on baby 5 and now scar tissue on my cervix that is causing issues with dilating where otherwise I have never had issues kick starting labor with a yoga ball, pumping and EPo. I am going to try this tomorrow and I’ll post a update if it works. Otherwise I’m scheduled to be inside because we live a hour away and because of the complications of previous birth. I pray this work and find hope in all the testimonials from other mommy’s on here. Thank you for posting this informative video. ❤

Going to give this another try. Second time mommy here 39 wks + 4 days. Hope it works this time around. I've tried midwives brew, 3 mile power walks and my regular workout routine. He seems pretty snug in my tummy! Wish me luck!
did it work for you?
I’m currently 38w+5d and tried this last night with no change so I’m doing it again this afternoon in hopes of putting me into labor! Can feel him wiggling a ton this time around so hoping that means he’s getting in position 🤞🏼
Did it work!!!!??
@@mehakqureshi7595 I’ve been doing it constantly all week and now 39w+6d and still 0cm :(
38 weeks and 4 days with baby number 3! 1 cm dilated when I checked last! Ready to get babygirl out!
I’m so excited to be adding my own comment on how effective this was for me!
Been doing the circuit and some other labor-inducing stretches once every 2-3 days since I was 37 weeks.
My first child was born 9 days overdue (labored thru foley bulb induction) so we expected this 2nd baby will be overdue as well. But this time, we decided to give birth at a midwifery home so I had to labor naturally or else I’ll be sent to a big hospital yo get induced which is not what I want.
So at 40 weeks with no previous signs of labour, I still kept up with the circuit since it helps my back and pelvic pain. And also started nipple stimulation 3 times a day for about 15-20 minutes (per my midwife’s go signal to do so) and drink red raspberry leaf tea.
At 40+4 weeks I had my bloody show in the morning and kept loosing some part of my mucus plug all through out the day
In the afternoon, I did the Miles circuit again this time from the bed to have deeper right angle instead of a flat surface since I thought I wasn’t getting enough of a stretch.
After doing the first pose I immediately felt like baby was more engaged and kept doing the circuit while I was having Prodromal labor
That night, I went on to have full on labor around 9:30pm, my water broke at 11:36pm and was at the midwifery home by 12:36am already 9cm dilated and was ready to push at 1:08am April 11th my son was born and had the birth story of my dreams with my husband and my firstborn by my side!
Remember to do as much of the full set as possible, also highly recommend to try the other variation of the first position, inversion from a bed or a couch to get a deeper right angle to get enough of a stretch. 🤱💪🏼🥰
Currently 38 wks 4 days and 1 cm dilated as of 1:00 pm. Got my membranes swept and trying this to get labor going. The comments for this video are making me hopeful 🙏🏻
Did this work? This is exactly me right now x
I swear by these exercises. They jump started my labor. I went into labor 4 hours after doing these exercises! My little one came the next day 💙
How far along were you?
@@lacortneyware2953 i was 39 weeks 5 days
Oh my! That’s so fast! I just did the circuit for the first time & I’ve been having contractions for weeks now so maybe it’ll work!
