Hi miss jessica. I enjoyed doing your exercises and I'm on my 28th week now. How can I position my baby into a normal birthing position, he's currently in transverse lie position. Thanks and more power to your channel!💕
Did this twice a day. On the 10th day baby came to cephalic position. C section was cancelled n I had a normal delivery. Thank u so much for making this video. 💓 lots of love from Mangalore, 🇮🇳 Started exercising at 37 weeks 6 days n got the scanning done at 39 weeks. It worked. I was scheduled for c section next morning which got canceled ❤ I had normal delivery after four days
I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my 1st baby but the baby is breech, Dr told me of c. section, I don't want it to be done 😥 Would these exercises be helpful now at this time of 38 weeks Kindly reply, I'm much worried
My baby was found breech at 35 weeks. I did stretches and exercises that I found on different websites to turn my baby. Some of which were in this video, but she didn't turn. I was even scheduled to do an ECV where they tried to manually turn the baby... which was extremely painful and ended up being unsuccessful. Now I'm 37 weeks, and I found this video.. and did it 3 times for one day and one time in the morning of my doctor's appointment. And when they went to check her position, she was head down. I cried hysterically, and they told me they no longer were going to schedule a C-section. I wanted to share this because this meant so much to me and changed everything. Couldn't be happier.
have come to testify in 2024 October.. my baby was in breech position but after a week of these exercises ( not forgetting prayer) my baby Turned to normal position and i gave birth naturally.. thank you. and all the best to other mothers
Came back to say it really worked. I was 32 weeks when my son got stuck sideways and by 34 weeks they'd start looking at what our options are so I found this video and did it once a day for a couple days and it really worked. He's finally head down. I was really sceptical at first because you know, its the internet and anyone can post whatever. I just wanna say thank you for this video and I'm so happy it worked for me.
At my 37 weeks Check-up, I had to schedule my C-section because my baby was still breech. Followed your exercises on this video for a whole week and for my 38 weeks Check-up, the baby flipped. Thank you 🙏❤️
Hey, how long did you do the exercises for? Tried an ECV today and she is still breech. I don’t know if I’m doing tricks long enough to really get the full effect.
Amazing I’m hoping same for myself. I am 37.5 weeks pregnant my baby is breeched and I’m afraid of getting ECV my hospital uses no anesthesia for it. I will try exercises and hope for a miracle 🙏🧎♀️
hey!! my baby was cephalic at 34 weeks but turned breech during 36 weeks check up. I found this video on 36 weeks and did all exercises in order with the time duration. In 3 days my baby flipped back to head down position. This really works when followed correctly. Dont loose hope mama you can do it too !! just keep doing the exercises atleast 2 sets per day and your baby will be down in no time 😊❤
We were told our baby was feet down breech at 37 weeks and that there wasn’t a high chance he would flip. Scheduled our C-section, prayed, and found your video and did the exercises for two days! Woke up in the middle of the night with false labor and went to the hospital and baby had flipped! We were able to cancel our c-section and now just waiting for him to come :)! Thank you SO much!
I have just come back to say thank you. Because today at my 37w3d I went in for my doctor's appointment and the baby had flipped after consistently doing these exercises for the past 1 week. At 36weeks my baby was still breech. Thank you Update: Today at 38weeks she's back to breech. Now have to do it again and wait and see what happens next week. Still hopeful she'll turn back. Final update: At 39 weeks, she's head down. I don't know what's really happening in there, but I am grateful for these exercises 😊 Now to Labor and delivery Naturally hopefully.
Any suspicions as to why she may have gone back to breech between week 37 & 38? Break from the exercises, long car rides, any guess? And how did the birth go!? And was it a home-birth? Please update us! Hope all is well. I'm week 34.5 in same boat.
These stretches got my baby head down at 37 weeks and 4 days! Dr was planning a C-section, then we looked, and baby was exactly where she needed to be. The staff was super shocked, but the doula had told me to come here as a last ditch effort. So a big thank you!
So happy! At 36 weeks my baby was breech. Followed these exercises for 4 days and she flipped! I was able to have her naturally 2 weeks ago. Thank you so much!
THIS WORKS. Baby number 4 has been breech or transverse the entire time. I had been doing most of these exercises, but not for long enough and not in this order. Did them for a few days in order and for the suggested number of times/amount of time. Today at my 34 week appointment baby is head down!
Just back to share that my baby moved and was cephalic after 37 weeks when there was no hope. I dedicated three days to these exercises and baby moved. Keep the faith - I’m eternally grateful
No jokes here, two days after watching this amazing video around 35 weeks, did some of the exercises that I could from the video, I felt baby going back into position miraculously!!! Going back to the Dr, yes indeed baby was flipped back down. God bless you🥰🥰
Came back to this video to encourage anyone who’s considering alternatives to a C-section for breech to try this! At 35 weeks my baby turned his head up and I was very scared he may not turn in time but was determined to try anything! Within a week of these exercises head is back down. I also saw a chiropractor who adjusted my pelvic bone and hips making more room for baby which I credit partially to this! I did these exercises when I woke up and right before bed. Also keep in mind If something hurts it’s okay to avoid. I only did part of these things in the video which felt good to me. Not going to lie I was skeptical as my doctor didn’t believe this would help but all the positive comments were very encouraging to keep me going. Had to share my story and I hope it helps someone
Thank you so much for your videos. I went for my 37-week Prenatal visit, found baby has moved from a head down to transverse position. I was scheduled for an ECV the next day. I did most of these exercises before my appointment. At the clinic, they saw baby was head down again. what a relief for my husband and I.
Hi dear, i was recently recommended for complete bed rest in a head low position as my baby was in the breech position in my 37th week so i was scared and searched for some exercises which can help me bring my baby in the cephalic or normal head down position and for continuous 5 days i followed your exercises and Alhumdulilah on the sonography day my baby was in the cephalic position..... I m superb happy as no more pressure of operation on me.... Thank you for these wonderful exercises and guidance... May Allah subhanahu ta aala keep blessing you with abundant health and peace❤.....
My daughter was 35 weeks pregnant and told that her baby was breeched. I watched your video and performed these exercises with her in the exact same order. She went to her 36 week appointment and was told the baby is now head down💪🏽. She was nervous about a C-section, she also had a scheduled surgery date. Thank you so much for this video. She is ready to deliver vaginally.🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️Will definitely tell everyone I know to watch, follow, and subscribe to your video 🥰
First time mom. Friday my stubborn babe was still breech at about 35 weeks. I was scheduled for an ECV on the following Tuesday. Performed these exercises once a day for 3 days. When i arrived to have the ECV we found out baby girl had turned head down on her own 😌😊 Thank you so much!! 💕 -One happy momma
I am beyond happy. I just got back from the hospital. No more scheduled C-section! On Sunday I did your exercises. That night our baby girl moved so much that I started hoping that it worked. And then the past 3 days I felt like everything was different. No more kicks in my bladder, kicks all the time below my breast instead, several things felt quite different. But I didn't want to be too hopeful and be disappointed. But just got an ultrasound an hour ago and she's indeed head down. It worked! (also did acupuncture points on Sunday after the exercises) I'm so grateful the C-section is cancelled. Thank you a million times :-)
Thank you so much for this, I was 35 weeks pregnant with a breech baby, did this for a week before my scan which I had the other day and it showed baby is now head down and feet under my ribs🎉 A week of these exercises is all it took!! Thank you so much!
How do u know that baby has turned head down? Did u feel it or scanned? Pls share

I was in my 36 and started to do this every day as recommended. It worked in three days because I felt my baby moving a lot and I was super uncomfortable. I have just come back to the video to leave a comment because it truly deserves it. A week after my doctor checked the baby was head down. Thank you, thank you for sharing such magnificent work. It avoided me hours of worrying about my baby’s birth.
I was 36 weeks this past Monday. During my ultrasound, baby was breech. She was head down up until then. I started doing these exercises that night. I then did them twice a day until today. I had my routine check up - I woke up not able to feel my baby’s head in my ribs anymore. We confirmed at my appointment that she is head down again! Thanks so much for this video ♥️
At 32 weeks, baby was breech and I was told we'd need to schedule a C Section if she doesn't flip in the next 4 weeks. I did the first few exercises here for a week, and at 33 weeks my husband helped me to do this entire video of 8 exercises. During the open-knee chest position, I felt her little legs kick right up and out of my pelvis, and today (34 weeks) was confirmed by the doctor that she is now head down!! Thank you so much!
Hi I just wanted to say thank you for your video!!! I was breech at 35 weeks and at 36 weeks and 4 days I got an ultra sound done and baby is head down!!! I did the Posterior pelvic tilt, knee chest position, breech tilt and applied ice pack. Also I starting sleeping on my left side only and placed a pillow between my legs, and I purchased the moxibustion from amazon and applied that to my left and right toes ( I did that 2 times for 2 days for 20 mins on each side) also I went swimming the day before my ultra sound. I don’t know what exactly helped but I prayed about it and God helped! I hope my feedback can help someone.
My baby flipped breech around 33.5 weeks. I’m being induced at 37.5 weeks so I was freaking out but thankfully after doing these exercises 1-2 times a day for 4 days in a row, I felt him flip head down and just had it confirmed today with an ultrasound. I’m eternally grateful!!
I’m 37w 4 days , on my 37w appointment my baby was breech and I did most of this exercise for 2 days and lots and lots of prayers , and after 2 days checked with my doctor and my baby is head down. :) Thanks for the video! ❤
I did this not believing it would work but figuring it couldn't hurt and my baby turned that very night! I also made sure to sleep in a good position (look up best sleeping position to turn a breech baby by care about little ones). My baby had been confirmed breech by ultrasound at 31 weeks- still plenty of time to turn no panic right? but then my doc told me baby was still breech at 35 weeks 😭 That night I did this video then went to bed. I was woken up in the middle of the night by the baby moving a LOT. I scheduled an appointment with the doc in the morning to check if he had flipped. Doc thought maybe...but was uncertain. She had been certain he was still breech the day before but now she wasn't sure, she was leaning towards he wasn't breech. Got an ultrasound to confirm yesterday morning and baby has in fact turned head down! Thank God! I just want to share so mamas know- try it!
Thank you so much for this video! I had a breech baby at 37weeks. Did these exercises for 5 days, 2-3 times a day. Now at my 38week check, baby had flipped! This worked♥️
I am so grateful for these excersises! This really worked for me! At 36 weeks my baby was head up and making breathing very difficult. I did this sequence along with 20 minutes of walking for a week and yesterday my Dr confirmed my baby was head down and in a great position for birth!! I can breath easier now. I found the psoas stretches particularly helpful in turning baby. Thank you!
I was told last Wednesday at 36 weeks that baby was breech and they scheduled an ECV for yesterday (Monday). I did these exercises religiously for a few days and all weekend. Also barely sat on the chair or sofa - only the fit ball. I slept on my right side with a firm pillow between my legs as much as I could. Showed up at the hospital yesterday morning, they did a scan and found that baby had flipped over naturally and the ECV procedure wasn't necessary! There's hope, ladies. Thanks so much for this video!
@@dandilion7369 I was super anxious too... but these exercises helped so much. I've had a pretty difficult pregnancy since day 1, the baby flipping over without an ECV was basically the only thing that has gone my way this whole time. I'm 40+4 now, waiting anxiously for baby to arrive and it feels like this pregnancy is just going on and on! Good luck, I hope everything works out for you and that baby flips over on its own! xx
@ambdizzle does it have to be that we sleep on right side? I have been doing the exercises and walking the days I'm worn out but no change..38 weeks now not looking likely
My baby was initially in a transverse position and then it got flipped in a breech position which i got to know at my 34th week scan.. i tried these yoga positions and finally my baby flipped in the cephalic position (best position for birth) in 37th week.. i am so grateful and thankful to you Jessica.. keep up the good work.. you are helping a lot many mothers.. have been following you since my 2nd trimester and as of now i am in my 36th week.. following your labour induction yoga... hoping for a NVD🙏
Came to same a BIG THANK YOU. At 29 weeks my baby was found to be in breech during ultrasound scan. Doctor told there's very less chance that baby would turn and indicated of possible c section.Went for checkup at 33 weeks, still doctor told baby is in breech. I tried to do some of your exercises for 1 week especially forward leaning inversion and knee to chest position.Tried to do breech tilt but couldn't do as I was feeling breathless.Went for ultrasound with prayer and after doing exercise in the morning at 35 weeks 3 days, found my baby is now in cephalic position.. Thank you so much posting this video and helping people like us who almost lost hope❤
I did this with my 37 week pregnancy with a horizontal breech baby (his head was close to my left ribs) and it. worked. I did this religiously for 2 weeks, particularly the open knee chest position is an easier one which I did consistently each morning for a week or two and I think it definitely helped turn him. It was while doing the forward leaning inversion where I finally felt him turn around week 39! Had an amazing natural birth, I feel very lucky and thankful for everything. I'm especially greatful for the creator of this video 😊
Did you have a “large baby”? I’m 37+6 weeks and I’ve been doing this for more than a week (had a unsuccessful ECV last Tuesday), but I can’t feel any difference with this exercises yet 😩
@@vanessatao3258 So I could basically feel his head close to my left ribs and his feet kicking me near the groin area/right side of the belly initially, and when he turned I felt the head slowly going more down to the left belly area and feet kicking in the right ribs. From there the head slowly but surely moved to the correct spot. It wasn't until the day of labour that the head completely was aligned for the birth ☺️
@@saramasson3654 Thank you, i am 35 weeks and found baby is in breech position today... Just two weeks ago she was in right position... My doc scheduled an ecv for me. I start doing these excercise today and hope she will turn before my ecv..
I did these exercises at 36 weeks when my baby was in breech position (transverse). All praises to God, the baby turned.. now I’m in my 40th week expecting the baby…. It’s worth giving it a try if no medical conditions…
God will always with you .. just be trust by your full heart .. then no want can beat your dreams comes true.. praise the lord in the name of Jesus Amen🙏
I’m first time mom currently 33w2d and today I found out my baby is breech. I immediately went on RUclips and tried this exercise for the first time tonight. Reading the comment section is giving me a lot of hope! I’ll keep doing these exercises and hopefully baby flips. I’ll give you an update in 2weeks when I have my next appointment.. Wish me luck mamas!
During my 37th week, my ultrasound resulted as my baby is in a transverse position. I have searched to see if it's still possible to turn a transverse baby at 37 weeks, and Google said it is possible but rare. As a first-time mom, I wasn't prepared to undergo CS mentally and financially. 💔 As I searched for other ways and exercises on how to turn my baby into the right position I have come to your video and it is indeed LIFE-CHANGING! 😍 I did this routine for continues 1 week, and VIOLA! As we do another ultrasound, the baby flipped into the right position! 🙏💙 Thank you so much for your videos. Now I'm on my 39th going 40 weeks and I'm following your exercise routine about "Pregnancy Yoga & Exercises to Induce Labor". 💞
Week 32 I was told our baby was breech; we’re advised to do spinning babies but decided to check your channel first. 2 weeks later and doing only a portion (not the deep incline due to my low tolerance). Today at 34 weeks we are in head down position! Thank you
Thank you so much for these exercises. I found out that my baby was breech at my 35 week check up. I did these exercises consistently, three times a day for one week, and at at my 36 week check up baby turned head down. My daughter stayed head down for the remainder of my pregnancy and I was able to have a successful vbac!
Baby was breached at almost 31 weeks. Did research, came across this video, and started these around 33 weeks. Did them for about 4 or 5 days. Sometimes once a day, the other days 2 or 3x. I didnt feel when she flipped, but i felt a difference in her movement. I also didn't feel out of breathe anymore, so i stopped doing these exercises close to 34 week because i felt as though she might of flipped head down.. Went to my 35 week appointment (5/4/23) ob did a cervical check and baby is now head down 😁😁🙌🏾🙌🏾 i am so relieved!! Not sure if these exercises helped or if i was just being impatient, and she was gonna flip on her own eventually BUT i definitely would still recommend doing these because this may in fact be the reason for it. Good luck everyone!
I’m 33 weeks and baby has been breech/oblique for the last 2 weeks. My Dr recommended starting the spinning babies techniques and your video is the best demonstration I’ve found!
Believe me these excercise are game changer, at 36 weeks my baby was breech, doctor planing to C section, I religiously follow these exercises just four days and the day 6 my baby girl born by normal delivery. In just 4 days she turned down her head.
I don’t usually comment on videos but I want to thank you for doing this video. My baby was in breech position at 36 weeks and in doing your poses for 5 days, my baby’s head is downwards. Thank you so much and God bless you!
I never comment but I just wanted to say this works!!! On Tuesday I had my 36 weeks appointment, and the baby was in breech position. Dr already scheduled a version to try and flip the baby. I found this video and did these exercises 3 times on Wed + 30 min walk, and making sure my sitting posture was following the guidelines in the video. On Thu (today) felt the baby is in a different position, and went for another ultrasound. The baby's head is down now!!! Thank you so much for this video!! I'm so happy because I don't want to do a C-section.
Last Friday, my wife was 36 weeks along, and we found out our baby was in breech. My wife did these exercises 3 times a day, all week, and today at 37 weeks, we found out our baby has flipped. Thank you!
Hi Hezekiah, Good luck for your pregnancy. we are at same fetal age and our baby is breech. She is doing this exercise from last 3 days. Can you share your experience and tell did you notice any change in the bump? I am no more able to feel the head on the top which i may be missing while feeling. but hiccups we are feeling at same lower area which earlier was leg movement on hiccups. Any tips on How do we get to know before the scan that baby has turned. Thanks in advance.
We looked at the baby bump, and the hiccups too. The Dr told us many cannot feel the flip. It was REALLY hard to tell. The baby bump seemed a little different to me, and my wife felt hiccups deeper than before, but the day before the appt she felt hiccups all over! We were not sure at all going into the ultrasound. My best advice is to trust the process, don't quit, and see at your next appt. Halfway thru my wife remarked "this seems like a scam" (half jokingly since they aren't selling anything, half tired and frustrated of spending an hour, 3 times day and feeling nothing)
Hello. Now I'm in WK35 of nu pregnancy. I have beeb doing this exercisis for 2-3 weeks now. Finally the baby has turn and he is in the optimal position for given birth. Thank you for your effort and support in doing all the videos for pregnant ladies. 🙏🙏🙏. For myself all the exercities were very helpfull. I will keep moving and doing it as long as my body is ok with everything. Thank you again for your work and support. 🙏
Did this routine once (with lots of prayer) and my baby was head down at my 35 week US! My baby had been breech since 28 weeks and I had been doing these moves along with Spinning Babies Breech turning protocol. Got her to flip twice. For the mamas who are worried, week 34-36 is a good time for the babies to move head down so don’t stress! And if you are considering an ECV, they are safe and also have a high success rate (I’m an L&D nurse) I saw a Chiropractor for the Webster technique for 6 visits as well from weeks 31-33 which I think also helped. Good luck mamas! 💕
Thanks so much for telling us week 34-36 is still a good time for a baby to flip. Lol. Sounds funny. I am a nurse but in a different area. Feel so ignorant at times but I know I’m no in good hands. I might do the spinning babies if I don’t see any result with these exercises.
Fourth time mom, 28 wks, and was just told my baby is Breech. -This happened with my first, 6 yrs ago, and a Spinning Babies website exercise surely helped her flip, so here I am again! (I know it works and love seeing all these testimonials) Hoping to return with results as I have been feeling regular Braxton Hicks and lots of bladder kicks, which I didn't consider were due to Breech until reading comments here. So thank you thank you all for sharing!
@@HeartOGlobethank god . I was just my baby is breech 36 weeks and I don’t want a c section I already have all these health issues and insecurities. What are the best excessive and how many times a day ? I go in next week
Yay my baby was footling breech last week at 35 weeks 5 days and I’ve been doing these exercises religiously and today at 36 weeks 5 days she’s head down!! Thank you thank you!
I was told my baby was breech at 36 weeks + 4, did these exercises 3 times per day. Went in for an ECV at 37 weeks + 1 and baby had turned head down!! Can’t thank you enough, so thrilled not to have to have a c-section 💛
Thank you Jessica! At the 35 week scan doctor advised baby was in full breech... getting me mentally ready for a ceaser. Likelihood was low that he would turn especially since he was above average in size... almost two weeks ahead. I did these exercises daily, went to the chiro (not Webster but just basic alignment of my hips) and prayed! At 36 weeks, the baby had turned into the perfect position for birth ❤
At my 36 week check up my baby was completely Breech, they had me schedule an appointment with a Doctor who could do an external rotation to see if they could turn my baby around. At that check up the Dr. recommended me the “spinning baby videos” as a last attempt to turn him before the rotation appointment. I did these exercises for a week straight and right before the appointment he turned and was head down all on his own. 🎉 I was so happy because they were going to need epidural and a hospital visit just to turn him as it could be very painful and if unsuccessful the next step would have been a c-section. So good luck to you momma’s I hope this helps like it helped me! I did the exercises 2X a day for a week straight
My baby was breech and i followed ur breech baby turning exercise for 2 weeks and my baby turned.thankyouu...i have been following this channel from my last trimester.
As a mom whose baby did not turn around, I just wanna say that I'm certain these positions work and I did all of them diligently even beyond my due date. However, in my case, I realized it was ultimately God's protection that the baby did not turn around because she was huge and neither of us would have been safe in a normal delivery. Just putting this message out there for any mom who ultimately goes through C section that God cares for each child and mother, and will do what is best for them. We on our part also do our best😌
Amen sister! I think exactly the same. If God knows that you can give birth naturally then the baby will turn with or without exercises. If not, He knows better and thank Him for a healthy baby and complication-free birth!
Thank you so much! I follow your pregnancy yoga classes since I was on the first trimester. I've done all the things that are supposed to do for a healthy pregnancy (walking, yoga, pregnancy workouts...) Now I'm on 35 weeks and my baby is breech. I hope he turns before the next eco. Thank you again 🙏
I've had the same problem Lucía! I feel like I've been doing everything right with no other complications during my pregnancy (haven't even vomited or gotten nauseous, no back pain or anything), and my baby has been breech for at least a week, I've been trying pelvic tilts, birth ball circles, forward leaning inversion, puppy pose, child's pose, hip circles, and using a leg pillow while sleeping for 5 days now. I'm at 32 weeks, so there's still time I guess, but I feel every day that time is slipping away and she's growing and losing space to flip. Did your baby end up turning before birth? How are you and baby doing now?
@@tesslopes-medina884 Finally I've a Cefalic version in 38 weeks and it works! Everything gone Ok. My baby was born 7weeks ago in the natural way. I recommend you try Moxibustion and also go to see a physiotherapist specialist in pregnancy. Good luck!!
I hardly comment but these exercises did turn breech baby (32 weeks) to cephalic presentation at 34 weeks scan. I coupled these exercises (except the chair ones) with 30-35 min of walk and voilaaa....the miracle happened 😊
At my 36 weeks check-up, my baby was at breech position and doctor advised me to do some exercises hoping baby would turn if not we will have to schedule my C-section. I came across your video and some other yoga videos and I followed your exercises on this video for 2 weeks. Yesterday I went for my 38 weeks check-up, the baby turned head down. I felt such a relief and I wanted to take the time to thank you 🙏🏽 🙏🏽
37weeks my baby was breech.doing this whole week plus drinking extra water(my doctor adviced),and so so so much prays .and he flipped for my last check up😍.thanks god and thank you❤
My doctor scheduled a c-section during the 37 week appointment because my baby had been breech for a couple weeks. I did the majority of these exercises & within 2 days I noticed I could feel his feet where his head had been. Days later I went for my 38 week checkup & he’s head down!! I’m pretty positive he flipped the two days after I began the exercises. Also, I heard that going to a chiropractor for an adjustment can help so I didn’t that prior to starting the exercises. My hips were very unaligned which the chiropractor said could prevent the baby from getting into position. I’m convinced that the combination of both is what gave him the room to move. Good luck to all the mama’s trying to flip their babies! ✨
At my 36 weeks now, all last month baby were transversely .. stressed a lot about it, as I don’t want any C-section. Found your video, did it for 2 days 2 times a day(more I couldn’t do to be honest it is quiet tough exercise) and today went for a scan and it turn head down all good🎉. Back here to say THANK YOU!!!! You doing amazing job!!! You saving lifes!! Please keep doing it! All best of luck!
My baby turned to breech in 35th week of pregnancy (before the head was down). Did this 2 times during my 35th week of pregnancy. The baby flipped in the end of the week! No idea if the exercises did the job or he would have flipped anyway, but couldn't be happier :) Thanks!
This definitely helped. My baby turned breech at 34 weeks and continued to stay so till 36th week after which I came across this video and another one. I did the exercises listed in order for about 3-4 days 3 times in a day and baby turned head down.
At my 30 weeks ultrasound, my baby was breech and at 34 weeks during routine checkup, the gynae said he’s still breech by belly mapping and if he didn’t turn by 36 weeks, I won’t be able to have a natural birth. I quickly got on with these exercises with lots of walking and my baby turned in 3 days (I knew it because of the hiccups in lower area, kicks higher up) and it was confirmed at 36 weeks ultrasound and my baby stayed the same until 38 weeks when my water broke and I gave birth.
Found out my baby was breech at my 32 week scan. I did this video only once and felt very weird pelvis movement that evening. Had it confirmed by another scan that baby has turned! Thank you so much!
hi, thank you for these exercises. I did them literally only once at 35 weeks and the baby turned. I added walking in downward dog position exercise also to it.
I've been trying different exercises from different videos for 2 weeks now and this is the first one that tells you why we do each one how they help and the order they need to be in 🤩fingers crossed this one helps. Thanks so much for the information along with each exercise it really helps 👍
I had my ultrasound at 36 weeks and found out the baby is in breech position. I found this video and helped me a lot, went for another ultrasound at 38 weeks and lo and behold he flipped, head down now. Thank you for this video. Just waiting to meet my little one ❤❤
It worked! On my 36+6wk checkup, they saw the baby in breech position. I followed the exercises as much as I could do for a week. Mainly did the 6-7-8th ones for 1-2 times a day. Ironing board one was my fave. Lol. On day 5, I felt a weird stabbing feeling on my pelvis randomly which kinda hurt and made me lie down for 20 mins. My next checkup was on 37+6 and they saw the baby in heads down position via ultrasound. OB was pretty surprised, he wasnt expecting the babe to turn.Yay! Millions of thanks to you! ❤
I was told at 32 weeks my baby was breech. I just had my 36 week scan today, and baby is head down! I did these poses everyday along with other third trimester yoga classes from this channel. Thank you so much!!!!
Ahhh...it's worked!!!🎉❤ I am now 36+3 and my baby was completely head up. Did these exercises and already an hour later I felt him kick into my rips on my right top! Yeiiiii so grateful! Thanks!!
At my 32w checkup, my baby was cephalic. At my 34w 5d checkup, my baby was breech. I followed this exercise for about 4 days and on my 36w 2d checkup, my baby went back to cephalic 😊 thank you so much!
Oct 10th, im here today at 35weeks 5 days with a breech baby, with head just beside my right rib. Trying out this excercise along with prayers. Will give an update on my progress.
I'm with you! 34 weeks today. I'll pray for you. Pray for me too please. Looking forward to hearing your update when baby turns and sharing mine too. We've got this!!
Came to say that I’m 37w3d, at 36w2d I got told my baby had flipped fully breech. I did these exercises TWICE and not even a week later we found she is head down again!!!!!!! I am SO beyond happy as they were talking about giving me a csection this week. THANK YOU! 🩷🩷🩷🩷
Hello coach; first I would like to thank u so much for your effort; I just came back from my doctor visit and found out that the baby now is in normal position after about 10 days of continuous work following ur tips in the video; really thank u; u made my day; thanks alot 💕
At my 30 week check up, my baby was breech, I did these exercises for 3 weeks then took a break for a week because I was just so obsessed with him flipping. Well low and behold, at 34 weeks, he had flipped. I noticed he flipped when i felt the hiccups below my belly button. I totally recommend these exercises, especially when you used a cold pack on the inversions.
I’m 31 weeks. I have a question, you could literally feel the baby flipping ? As in the baby flipped more than once? I want to do the exercises but I’m not sure I’ll know when to stop once the baby is head down
Just came across this video b/c at my doc visit yesterday, I was told my baby is breech. I'm 36 weeks and will be checked again next week to see if baby is still breech. I will be doing these exercises in order starting today until next week along with prayer and prayfully he turns around. I'll give you an update next week. Thank you for this video.
@@nhacki unfortunately, it didn't work for me because my son didn't want to fold his legs. He stayed breech which resulted in a c-section. However, when I did the exercises, he would move some too. So I would focus more on the inversion exercise and do it as many times as you can and ask the Lord to help turn your baby around.
I’m 35 weeks and 5 days pregnant and today my ob-gyn said if the baby didn’t turn by a week or so you’ll have a confirm c-section. So I’m starting it from right now, yeah it’s 1:10am here and I’m doing these exercises. Keeping my fingers crossed for a better news after a week InshaAllah.
37 wks pregnant transverse baby hospital wanted to do csection i didnt eent home doing all these excersises sonce sat-sun then by tuesdya went for ultrasound and baby is now head down 🙏🎉👏🏻 thank God for hearing prayers amd these excersises thank u ❤️now just waiting for contractions to deliver and walking most posible sleeping on my side woth pillow on knees too
Thank You so much .. i came to know that my baby is Transverse on wk 37th ultrasound .. i found ur video and practiced as u suggested all the positions on this video 3 times a day for a wk and he turned head down . I also believe because of these exercises i delivered him with only 3 contractions push once i was 10cm dilated.. for my first one it took me 3 hrs push but for this one it took only 15min may be it is because of these may be not but it sure helped turn the baby within a wk .. ❤❤
This video saved me from CS operation, at 36 weeks the ultrasound shows that my baby still not turning down and my doctor scheduled me for CS operation at 37weeks, for 1 whole week i did these exercises except for those that I can’t and difficult for me, and when i went back at my 37weeks tadaaa! He was head down and my scheduled cs operation was cancelled. He came out at 39w4d vaginal delivery. ❤️
3:02 at 37 wks i did only this position for a few days & when I went in for my ultrasound at 38wks, the baby was head down. Thx for sharing the wisdom ❤🙏🏽
I just came here to say thank you. My baby was almost breech at 34 weeks. i followed your exercises once a day for a two weeks. Now I am 36 weeks and my baby is head down. Thank you so much! 😊
My baby went from being sideways at 30 weeks, to now breech at 32. I'll do the relaxation exercises first until my 34 week appointment, and if baby is still breech then, I'll try the whole routine! Thank you for all your resources! Edit: Week 34 and baby turned! Yay! I don't know if it's the exercises or just baby's own work, but thank you so much either way!
@@henanfathima7271 Only the relaxing exercises, up to the side-lying release at 1:30, and I made sure to always sit with a forward pelvic tilt like she recommends at the end of the video :)
I had an appointment with my midwife the week 36+2 and she told me that the baby is in a breech position. I had an ultrasound today (week 37+0) and the baby is with a head down! I didn’t believe that the exercises could work but they did work!!! Thank you so much!!!
Complete Guide To Turn Your Breech Baby: bit.ly/3oAFpDt
Hi miss jessica. I enjoyed doing your exercises and I'm on my 28th week now. How can I position my baby into a normal birthing position, he's currently in transverse lie position. Thanks and more power to your channel!💕
Did this twice a day. On the 10th day baby came to cephalic position. C section was cancelled n I had a normal delivery. Thank u so much for making this video. 💓 lots of love from Mangalore, 🇮🇳
Started exercising at 37 weeks 6 days n got the scanning done at 39 weeks. It worked. I was scheduled for c section next morning which got canceled ❤ I had normal delivery after four days
I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my 1st baby but the baby is breech, Dr told me of c. section, I don't want it to be done 😥
Would these exercises be helpful now at this time of 38 weeks
Kindly reply, I'm much worried
@@surakshakarkera3234 How many weeks are you?
Hello. How long should the Open Knee Chest be done each session? #7b
I'm so happy for you!!! Incredible news! Thank you for taking the time to share! I'm cheering you on for your birth💗
Isn't it terrible that midwives are not trained to de with breech babies which is just another variant of normal 😮
THAT IS AMAZING
Which kind of breech your baby was?
Frank
Transverse or footling breech
Thank you so much for sharing. I am scheduled for a c section Monday and I have 2 days to try to turn her!
have come to testify in 2024 October.. my baby was in breech position but after a week of these exercises ( not forgetting prayer) my baby Turned to normal position and i gave birth naturally.. thank you. and all the best to other mothers
Thanks for giving me hope
thanks for sharing your testimony this is encouragement for me.
How far along were you ?
Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 🥳
Came back to say it really worked. I was 32 weeks when my son got stuck sideways and by 34 weeks they'd start looking at what our options are so I found this video and did it once a day for a couple days and it really worked. He's finally head down. I was really sceptical at first because you know, its the internet and anyone can post whatever. I just wanna say thank you for this video and I'm so happy it worked for me.
At my 37 weeks Check-up, I had to schedule my C-section because my baby was still breech. Followed your exercises on this video for a whole week and for my 38 weeks Check-up, the baby flipped. Thank you 🙏❤️
Amazing! So happy for you! ❤️
Please prey for me as well
Hey, how long did you do the exercises for? Tried an ECV today and she is still breech. I don’t know if I’m doing tricks long enough to really get the full effect.
@@samanthafritz3852 I did twice a day for 7 days straight. And I followed the same order she did. I use the ice packs covered in a towel.
Yay! That’s amazing!!! Congratulations on your baby and birth 💞💞✨✨

I have just come back to say thank you. Because today at my 37w3d I went in for my doctor's appointment and the baby had flipped after consistently doing these exercises for the past 1 week. At 36weeks my baby was still breech. Thank you
Update: Today at 38weeks she's back to breech. Now have to do it again and wait and see what happens next week. Still hopeful she'll turn back.
Final update: At 39 weeks, she's head down. I don't know what's really happening in there, but I am grateful for these exercises 😊
Now to Labor and delivery Naturally hopefully.
Did all go well love?
Any suspicions as to why she may have gone back to breech between week 37 & 38? Break from the exercises, long car rides, any guess?
And how did the birth go!? And was it a home-birth? Please update us! Hope all is well. I'm week 34.5 in same boat.
Hi sweetheart plz tell me how did the birth go and hom many times U did those exercises ??
@@angahlstrom14 Your baby is soo mischevious😊.. Thanks for sharing ur updated follow up
These stretches got my baby head down at 37 weeks and 4 days!
Yay! So happy the exercises were helpful and CONGRATULATIONS on your baby!! ❤️
how long did you do all the exercises that wasn’t specified ???
THIS WORKS. Baby number 4 has been breech or transverse the entire time. I had been doing most of these exercises, but not for long enough and not in this order. Did them for a few days in order and for the suggested number of times/amount of time. Today at my 34 week appointment baby is head down!
Nice! I didn't catch how long to do each one. A few minutes each?
Just back to share that my baby moved and was cephalic after 37 weeks when there was no hope. I dedicated three days to these exercises and baby moved. Keep the faith - I’m eternally grateful
No jokes here, two days after watching this amazing video around 35 weeks, did some of the exercises that I could from the video, I felt baby going back into position miraculously!!! Going back to the Dr, yes indeed baby was flipped back down. God bless you🥰🥰
In which week Baby flipped?
So happy it helped and thank you for coming back to share your story! 💞💞 Cheering you on!
Thank you so much for your videos. I went for my 37-week Prenatal visit, found baby has moved from a head down to transverse position. I was scheduled for an ECV the next day. I did most of these exercises before my appointment. At the clinic, they saw baby was head down again. what a relief for my husband and I.
Hello , how many times did you do these exercises? I am 35 weeks and I tried these exercises today but baby didn’t turn . Good luck
I did the exercises about 3 times a day and once the morning I was scheduled for the ECV. Hope your baby turns head down.
Thank you ! I hope you have an easy delivery
I started doing these every day for a week 35-36 weeks and baby turned!! I couldn’t believe it! Thank you Thank you!
What a relief! So happy it helped 👏👏👏
I did these exercises once a day for three weeks with acupuncture and the baby turned at 36 weeks! Thank you!!

Whoo hooo!v Amazing news!! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much for this, I was 35 weeks pregnant with a breech baby, did this for a week before my scan which I had the other day and it showed baby is now head down and feet under my ribs🎉 A week of these exercises is all it took!! Thank you so much!

How many munutes did you do every excercise?
I was 36 weeks this past Monday. During my ultrasound, baby was breech. She was head down up until then. I started doing these exercises that night. I then did them twice a day until today. I had my routine check up - I woke up not able to feel my baby’s head in my ribs anymore. We confirmed at my appointment that she is head down again! Thanks so much for this video ♥️
Whoo hoooo!! Way to go putting in all the exercises and work to make it happen! So happy for you 👏❤️
At 32 weeks, baby was breech and I was told we'd need to schedule a C Section if she doesn't flip in the next 4 weeks.
Love this story! 🎉
I'm in a similar situation. What moxibustion did you purchase?
My baby flipped breech around 33.5 weeks. I’m being induced at 37.5 weeks so I was freaking out but thankfully after doing these exercises 1-2 times a day for 4 days in a row, I felt him flip head down and just had it confirmed today with an ultrasound. I’m eternally grateful!!
I am at 33 weeks and my baby was breech. I did this for one day and went in for ultrasound and baby flipped woo hoo! Thank you thank you
So happy it helped! You got this 💞
Which of these exercises u did because I’m also at 33 weeks and my baby is in breech position
I’m 37w 4 days , on my 37w appointment my baby was breech and I did most of this exercise for 2 days and lots and lots of prayers , and after 2 days checked with my doctor and my baby is head down. :)
Thanks for the video!
Thank you!
You have given me so much hope! I'm really counting on this and walking 🙏🏼😊

How did you feel the baby turn around, what does it feel like?
@@vanessatao3258 So I could basically feel his head close to my left ribs and his feet kicking me near the groin area/right side of the belly initially, and when he turned I felt the head slowly going more down to the left belly area and feet kicking in the right ribs. From there the head slowly but surely moved to the correct spot. It wasn't until the day of labour that the head completely was aligned for the birth ☺️

How long did you do the exercises for.. like how long for being on the ball & the other positions
Her first bby?
Can we do these exercises when baby head down
I don’t usually comment on videos but I want to thank you for doing this video.
Amazing!!! I’m so happy for you! Cheering you on for your vaginal delivery now 🙌💞

Hi Hezekiah,
Good luck for your pregnancy.
we are at same fetal age and our baby is breech.
I would also love to hear how ot went. I am also breached at 36 weeks and did exercises everyday for a week.

Came back to say that these techniques work!! Baby flipped 🎉🎉 Thank you! 😊
What is that protocol? Can I find it online?
Can you help me understand day 6 of the Bums Up spinning babies schedule?
Did you feel when baby flipped?
Thanks so much for telling us week 34-36 is still a good time for a baby to flip. Lol. Sounds funny. I am a nurse but in a different area. Feel so ignorant at times but I know I’m no in good hands. I might do the spinning babies if I don’t see any result with these exercises.
I'm at week 24 and I had an ultrasound today, saw that my baby's in breech position. Should I be worried or should I start these exercises right away?
Fourth time mom, 28 wks, and was just told my baby is Breech. -This happened with my first, 6 yrs ago, and a Spinning Babies website exercise surely helped her flip, so here I am again! (I know it works and love seeing all these testimonials) Hoping to return with results as I have been feeling regular Braxton Hicks and lots of bladder kicks, which I didn't consider were due to Breech until reading comments here. So thank you thank you all for sharing!
Baby is no longer in breech position! Praise God and thanks again!
Thank you thank you!
is that real?
Could you feel her turning?
I am 37 weeks. Just told baby is still breach so I am doing this now. Will definitely update I have a OB appointment Friday.
Did the baby turn? X
I’m 35 weeks and babygirl is still breech!! This makes me feel better and have hope 🤩
I did these for one day. And she turned!! I’m so happy. Thank you ❤❤❤
So happy for you🥰
Thank you so much! These exercises were a blessing and they worked for me too at 35 weeks!!
So happy baby flipped for you! You did it with all your consistency!! Thank you for sharing 💞
Hello pls what of at 28 weeks can u do this exercise?.@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV
Oh wow. I'm glad you were both safe. How big was your baby, if you don't mind me asking?

Amazing comment ❤️ thanks for putting this out there
God bless you and your family more
Amen sister! I think exactly the same. If God knows that you can give birth naturally then the baby will turn with or without exercises. If not, He knows better and thank Him for a healthy baby and complication-free birth!
Your videos helped me activate labor for my daughter, who was overdue. Now, I need to flip my breech, baby boy, so I'll try these exercises!
Thank you so much for helping me turning my baby 🎉! It was breech at 31 weeks but after 4 days of constant exercises it definitely turned head down!
I'm 33 weeks pregnant should I do these exercises
At my 36 weeks check-up, my baby was at breech position and doctor advised me to do some exercises hoping baby would turn if not we will have to schedule my C-section. I came across your video and some other yoga videos and I followed your exercises on this video for 2 weeks. Yesterday I went for my 38 weeks check-up, the baby turned head down. I felt such a relief and I wanted to take the time to thank you 🙏🏽 🙏🏽
I'm so happy to hear! I'm cheering you on and you are going to do amazing!💞
37weeks my baby was breech.doing this whole week plus drinking extra water(my doctor adviced),and so so so much prays .and he flipped for my last check up😍.thanks god and thank you❤
Praying my baby flips this week too!
I am 37 weeks, and I am very thankful for this video because ive been trying to find workouts that I can do without a ball.❤
That’s amazing! So happy baby flipped for you! Thank you for sharing ❤️✨
Thank u my baby flipped at 38 week..only doing 2 day exercise..love from gujrat..india
So happy for you! 💞
Did you do all exercise or not?plz answer
hi, thank you for these exercises.
HI! may i ask if this is your first child?
Yes it is :) @@yuel5940
@@yuel5940hello, yes.
I was told at 32 weeks my baby was breech. I just had my 36 week scan today, and baby is head down! I did these poses everyday along with other third trimester yoga classes from this channel. Thank you so much!!!!
Yay! So happy baby flipped for you! 💞💞💞

@aoibheannkelly885 we got this sis. Rooting for you aswell. ❤️
Hi! I also with 35 weeks with a breech baby position. And i want to try this exercise too.
How long do you do for each movement?
@atargaryen6594 I choose one particular excercise and do for 15 minutes each 3 times a day, then I sleep sideways with a pillow in between my legs
@@MmaBeryl thanks. I wish a smooth and gentle delivery for all moms
Yay! So glad they worked! Good job mom and baby!💞💞
I’m 31 weeks. I have a question, you could literally feel the baby flipping ? As in the baby flipped more than once? I want to do the exercises but I’m not sure I’ll know when to stop once the baby is head down
At 36 weeks my baby was breech, now at 37 after 4 days of these exercises her head is down!!!! Unbelievable! Thank you!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
hi may i ask if this is your first baby?
No this is my third
Yayyy!!! Great news!!! I’m cheering you on… you’ve got this!! ❤️❤️
Perfect timing 🙏 was just trying to turn him this week. Thank you for this video! 💖
did it work for you ?
Just came across this video b/c at my doc visit yesterday, I was told my baby is breech. I'm 36 weeks and will be checked again next week to see if baby is still breech. I will be doing these exercises in order starting today until next week along with prayer and prayfully he turns around. I'll give you an update next week. Thank you for this video.
Did it work?
@@nhacki unfortunately, it didn't work for me because my son didn't want to fold his legs. He stayed breech which resulted in a c-section. However, when I did the exercises, he would move some too. So I would focus more on the inversion exercise and do it as many times as you can and ask the Lord to help turn your baby around.
@@jenayakachocolate thanks.
Did it worked???
@@umamamasood1597 unfortunately not in my case, had a cesarean section 10days ago.

@@yuel5940 yes
I just came here to say thank you. My baby was almost breech at 34 weeks. i followed your exercises once a day for a two weeks. Now I am 36 weeks and my baby is head down. Thank you so much! 😊
My baby went from being sideways at 30 weeks, to now breech at 32. I'll do the relaxation exercises first until my 34 week appointment, and if baby is still breech then, I'll try the whole routine! Thank you for all your resources!
Edit: Week 34 and baby turned! Yay! I don't know if it's the exercises or just baby's own work, but thank you so much either way!
Did you try all these exercises?
