Any advice for people with lower back problems? I have sciatica and was told to avoid squats, leg press, and deadlifts but feel like my leg days are lacking.
I’ve never go with it myself or with any clients but from what I’ve read, stretching and improving mobility might help relieve some of that pain. I’d recommend warming up lightly for five or 10 minutes first then going into some fluid stretches. Here’s a solid list I found online: www.webmd.com/pain-management/sciatica-exercises-pain-relief And for your compound movements on leg days, if you if you feel like the pain is improving I would start late and go from there. Obviously make sure you’re talking to your doctor and getting his/her go ahead.
Hey bro how would you reccomend I take Pump, Creatine and pre if I’m looking to lean bulk at about 0.5 lbs per week minimum? Maybe even not take all of them or altogether? I work a lot so I feel like a kick is what I need for when I need to hit the gym (4x per week rn) but aiming for 5x during april/may as they’re the last months before summer rolls around
I think they’re all worthwhile to add in if you can whether you’re cutting or bulking. I like taking the RAW Pre and PUMP^2 together before I train for energy and much better blood flow to the muscle. For the creatine, as long as you’re taking it consistently every day it’ll start to load in your system and you’ll see the results. It helps with both muscular strength and endurance while you’re training, so perfect in combination with good nutrition on a lean bulk

Front squats or smith machine squats will do the job. If you’re doing a free bar squat, you can also elevate your heels slightly to place a little more tension on your quads and get better depth
When it comes to legs you don't have to go so heavy to get great results. The legs are made up of so many part's, just focus on them and your legs will get big enough and look good without fucking up your knees in the long run.
