    The great aspect of your workouts is that you use equipment which is readily available at most gyms and which also apply to the home gym situation.
    No NASA registered equipment helps to keep it real and relative to us mere mortals.

    Always makes me laugh when I hear people say this workout is too hard or you have to be on gear ! Lol these are the same people who want the easy way or showy way to get big legs , there is no easy way to get big strong legs , it’s hard consistent work that makes them grow . I am 60 years old and have a good set of big legs because I have always put in the work , heavy work …
    So just do it and not only will you get the reward of getting big legs , but more importantly if you can do this type of workout ,you can do anything in life it gives you the mental strength and edge in life . Nothing worthwhile is easy . Do The Work !!

    That gym is top notch. 😍 Ive been work my legs since November. It's tough because I have a injured knee. But I appreciate your form. Thats what I focus on. I'm always interested in a vid with different techniques.

    *Leg press with narrow foot placement (quads) or hack squat superset with goblet side squat with dumbell
    *Elevator goblet squats with dumbell (stand on 45lb plate) (quads) superset with double walking lunges
    * standing calve machine
    * 12 min EMOM workout

    Leg muscles are big muscles and need more rest. My thighs were 16”, now 17”. I think I am on right track. Consistency is the key to success.

      have a workout split, where you’ll repeat legs twice, you’re supposed to give your legs 2-3 days of rest before you work them out again

    I added wieghted lunges to my leg work out recently. Ladies and gents I must admit it's one of the hardest leg work outs I have ever done. I only use two 40lb dumb bells so I'm not advanced yet i but God damn do you get a burn. Great video by the way.
