Okay i feel i need to repeat this but SCALE the workout as needed.. this represents how i train and of course i want to provide the best workout experience possible for you all , if you can’t do all the sets provided then reduce it... the Warm up is essential NOT the prep work that’s something i like to do to improve my mobility as i do alot of olympic lifting. Also the last Finisher is 6-7mins max so set a timer if you can’t finish it within that time stop. Hope this makes sense 😀

Also absolutely love the importance of his warm up. So many people miss this out and at the gym there is an enormous amount of people that just go straight into the heavy stuff. Willie H train your gluteus medius so your side butt and also your gluteus maximus, abs and hips. Think deadbugs, clamshell glute activation , hip thrusts and oblique ab exercises! Had the same thing but my physio taught me this and it solved my problem. Takes a while though, couple of months

Hi Obi! happened to see your first video. Very impressive. The quality of reps, choice of exercises, and form was flawless. Shows the amount of hardwork you have put in over years perhaps. Also demonstrates a deep understanding of skeletal and muscular anatomy, and your focus towards an injury free (or safe) training.
**I was interested to know the amount of weight you lifted in the two different sets of Anderson squats that you performed. I do have a fair idea but not entirely sure. Would give me a comparative analysis on applying to my training.**
These squats were new for me. Hoping to hear back.
    Thanks

I love how you film in detail the set/rep and then explain what you did and how. like for example at one point you said flex the quads, in my head it was squeeze for not paying full attention I guess. but then you showed the actual flexing after your set. that's when I was like "ohhhh, he good" 💡
you feel more like a personal coach talking to us compared to other videos out there. good job muchacho! and yes I liked and followed 😌
