    I am an old man. I have seen some pretty rough things. And yes, you have had a rough life. But why are you embarrassed? You have survived things, that would have broken a lesser person. So out of that whole life, you had one weak moment. Thank God, you are still around. You are worth more, than a thousand people, who have never fought for anything. So yes, I like how you do things. And now you have earned something I do not give out very often. My respect.

    Please take some advice and a little wisdom from this happily married 74 year old retired COP.
    As difficult as it is to do sometimes try focusing on looking to your future and not look into your rear-view mirror. Yes, you had a very difficult life, full of extreme challenges, obstacles, pain, disappointment and hardship! The scars can never be erased, the memories may never be forgotten, but, one thing is certain;
    You survived it all! You obviously dug deep to find the strength to overcome it all, and have a strong desire to work towards a happy future! Now, let Mother Nature help you get there! The best of luck!

    You are a strong woman to have survived everything. I’m not sure it was your original intention but I have a feeling you just helped a lot of people. Sometimes it’s just good to know you’re not alone even when it feels that way.
    I hope you don’t feel the need to apologize for having a Patreon page. It seems like a normal part of having a RUclips channel to me. It takes a lot of time and effort to make these videos. Stay strong and stay on the journey!

    This resonates with me. I as well was abandoned at 3 raped by a family member until age 7 put in foster care until 13 met a friend who actually loved me my only real friend only person who really cared about me we Married were together for 30 years I lost because of pain pills from an injury I was lost so depressed for 8 years grieving bought a van and I'm finally starting to feel like I'm healing. Nature has a way of soothing the soul I know if we met we would be good friends, as we have so much in common as far as our hand we were dealt with. I feel it makes us stronger as more empathetic of others who are suffering. I work in Healthcare assisting the elderly and terminally ill. Helping others is very rewarding. I'm so happy that you have found a healthy way of healing instead of substances. I love your videos and how vulnerable you are with your viewers. Peace and love on your many journeys.
    Blessed be.❤❤❤

    60 years ago I got my senior lifesaving certificate. But the more important thing was that the instructor taught all of us ,what I consider one of my most important life lessons. The First Person You Save is Yourself ! Because if you drown no one lives. I think you have found yourself to that realization yourself.
    You must first save yourself . None else can. You have had a difficult time but you have survived and in some ways thrived. Move to the positive things in your life and ignore the rest. Don’t apologize don’t explain it’s your story be proud of what you have accomplished and ignore the BS
    May the road rise up to meet you.
    May the wind be always at your back.
    May the sun shine warm upon your face;
    the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
    may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

    Sarah: That was such a powerful story!! Riveting. I've had angels in my life that providentially helped me; Jeff sure sounds like one. I'm 75; since my 20's I've always saved little nuggets of wisdom that meant something to me personally. Your story reminded me of this one; (this was part of a eulogy for a school friend of mine who died of cancer). "She (Diana) would refer to a lobster as an example to us all. For as a lobster would shed it's shell from time to time in order to grow, we too need to shed a stage of life or an individual period of our life in order that we may grow...." Hello Sarah. That was very powerful. I could relate to alot of what you have been through. It was hard watching at times and not able to give you hugs and tell you everything will be ok. But I see your strength and determination so yep, you are going to be ok and the rest of your life is going to be awesome. I'm an old guy so as soon as someone shows me how to do Patreon? I am ready to support you! I am a new subscriber ( through Sarah Jane 😁) looking forward to your adventures. Take care out there. 🤠🌲🎼

    I just found your channel through Wonderhussy. About your friends not calling or texting, don't let it bother you. Life happens. Work and family get in the way. And people lose track of time. Because of work mostly and family, I lost track of my cousins that I grew up with. I had recently started getting back together with one of my cousins. Then life comes in and I had not talked with him since July. He took his own life in October. He had health issues for a while. But it was still a hard hit. Over the last few years he had helped me with some things around my little ranch. Now when I come across something he helped me with, it hits me again that he is gone. So please don't be to hard on anyone, they may also have hidden issues. Good luck in your future adventures!! Good times are ahead. I can't say I will watch all of your videos. But I did subscribe. I do enjoy the Wonderhussy videos. But I mostly watch how to fix whatever I have broken on my little ranch. Take care of yourself. You have a lot to live for.

    My mother felt that her life was what she chose.. her challenges were her choice .. it was hard for me to wrap my mind arround that.. she lived a life of trials.. she died of cancer at 55.. she was what i call a tough act to follow .. she was an AA sponcer a mental health nurse an RN.. i remember washing bathrooms in a highrise at night one of her many jobs.. she was an angel with a broken wing.. she overcame so much to become who she was.. she was my tough act to follow.
    Now i ask myself... How can i overcome my challenges to become the kind of person she was so selfless helpfull soul sacrificeing . She lived her life as an example for others .. Live your life for you and all those who you can reach out to and show them the strengths you built in you to overcome all your challenges .. so they might be able to find these same strengths in them selves .. I see that strength in you .. from now on keep your head up and rise above .. dont let anyone bring you down .. I personally am now caring for a friend who has come down with dementia. His biggest loss is his sense of independence ..

    Most won't understand this, but you chose this assignment before you came to this realm. We all did. I did. I realize now everything in my dysfunctional life, and we're all dysfunctional, was for my purpose to enlighten as many as I can or maybe that will listen. Sounds like you've accepted the mission. So very proud of you. We are light-workers. Forgiveness is top priority, letting go of people that no longer serve your purpose. Bless everything and everyone. Ask for favor with all. Know that "God" is your supply.

    Sarah, you are such a beautiful person. To qoute Nat King Cole " smile though your heart is aching". I want you to know you are absolutely amazing. Nature heals my depression. Nature and music can cure. Keep on trucking and when you're going through hell never ever give up.

    Oh, if I were 20 years younger. You are such an inspiration and you have given me "the feels". I saw you first on Wonderhussy's channel and was drawn to you right away. I do have a couple suggestions. Your computer software might have a "dictation" feature on a note taking or word processing application. You could dictate your book. Another is when you're looking at "us", look at the lens of the camera not the screen. It's much more personal that way. It's like you're talking directly to the viewer instead of looking over their shoulder. Check with Sarah Jane on that part, she's good at it. You appear to me to be a bright, personable, involved and attractive woman. You be you and don't worry about what people think. Good luck on all your adventures and the campground ownership. I'll be watching.

    What a powerful story. Your incredible. The strength it took to get threw all that it’s inspiring. I can understand the depression it would have destroyed anyone else I’m sure. Ever since I saw your first video, with Larry I think is was, I thought you were incredibly cool! Hope to meet you one day, we would have a lot to talk about. I think you should write your book. Computers now, I’m sure you know this, can record text, tiny little microphone on the keyboard. I was with my sister when she died, she had brain tumors that altered her personality I think similar to what your father had. I stayed with her 24/7 3 weeks before she passed. Rock on Jeepsy! You have nothing to be ashamed of honestly. Your incredible. ❤️❤️
