RECIPE:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
One small red onion, sliced
3 tsp oregano
3 tsp smoked paprika
3 tsp garlic granules
1 ½ tsp onion granules
Cayenne pepper to taste
6 tbsp coconut aminos
Toppings:
Black beans
Mashed sweet potato
Mashed avocado
Cilantro-lime Sauce:
One large bunch of fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup lime juice
1-2 pitted medjool dates
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup water (adjust to desired consistency)
OPTIONAL:
1/2 tsp salt or to your taste
1/2 an avocado
I USED MY TIGER NUT WRAPS FOR THIS VIDEO : • Easy 2 Ingredient Flat...
Instructions:
For the Cauliflower:
Combine cauliflower, red onions, seasoning, and coconut aminos. Put on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes, mix and bake for an additional 20 mins.
For the Sauce:
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Put it together:
Top your wrap with mashed sweet and avocado. Then add seasoned cauliflower, black beans, and cilantro-lime sauce. Enjoy

I did the tomato sauce because it's something that is difficult to replace or sub for. Things like whole tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, etc are easy to work around or simply omit from recipes. Glad to hear that you are having success! 👌🏾

Javant thanks for stating each ingredient thats going in as you put it in. This serves as a good reminder. Please do this with all your recipes. In your old recipes sometimes you would add many ingredients and it wasn't clear what you were adding without rewinding or looking at the full recipe.

I made the Cilantro Sauce/Dressing 3 days ago and used all of the ingredients except for the Dates. It is wonderful 🥰❗ Now I just have to try the flatbread and wrap❗ Thank you‼

Looks delicious! Do you know how much protein is in those ?
That would depend on the exact ratio of every ingredient. So measure how much of each you're using in your recipe and then look up the individual stats for each ingredient. The highest protein per gram ingredients in this recipe are most likely the beans, hemp seeds, and tiger nut flour assuming you made the tortilla as well. Keep in mind each ingredient also has a different amount of protein that is actually bioavailable. It would also depend on your own gut microflora and how efficient they are at assimilating protein.
I don't track protein, but my App will.

Italian parsley is a healthful food, however, it does have a somewhat high level of oxalates which could be problematic for kidney stones. I would not eat a lot of it personally.

Awesome videos. ❤Quick question the supplement you have most of those are in Lentils. Lentils are a good source of plant-based protein and fiber, and are also high in B vitamins, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc.

You are totally correct 👌🏾 The skins are super healthful and I typically leave them on. Taking them off was more about esthetics because of the show.

Do all of your recipes help with weight loss? Could you post some easy recipes that help with weight loss?
I have some salads, soups, hummus, bowls, and cooked vegetables dishes that are lower calorie. Every recipe that I've shared here was completely or partially eaten by me, and I have no weight issue. I say this to convey that none of my foods will lead to weight issues if you don't over eat them, eat a really healthy diet overall, and exercise daily. 🙂

It makes me sad that the background music interferes too much for me with what you're saying. If I turn the volume up, that makes it worse.
