    The best meal for liver detox:
    • Eggs cooked with onions, garlic, and sea salt
    • Cruciferous vegetables
    • Kefir with walnuts and low-carb, no-sugar chocolate chips
    • Add herbs to your meal like thyme, sage, oregano, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and rosemary

      LOL, that's close to what I eat. Don't get much kefir or walnuts. I'd say plenty of extra virgin olive oil should be in there. I also eat a lot of wild sardines and salmon.
      PS: Oh yeah, though I don't get kefir, I get greek yogurt, kimchi and sauerkraut.

      You guys aren't the only ones though, who have somewhat disapproving partners. I need to tread carefully with my boyfriend, concerning what I share with him. He is skeptical of all "youtube doctors", after having witnessed friends being scammed, and I do understand that. Some skepticism and caution is always healthy.
      But so is looking into different things, maybe experiment a little oneself, and using some time to read people's comments and personal experiences. Dr. Berg surely isn't always flawless (I've noticed other doctors commenting here, some voicing disagreement on a detail or other but on the whole commending him for sharing useful information), but he seems to be among the relatively few who takes his "mission" seriously, by reading up on things and trying to keep himself as well informed as possible, before throwing it out here to the audience.
      So yes, being cautious is healthy, but not to the extreme of missing out on info that might help one obtain the desired and/or needed health.

    • @ShannahWhite
      @ShannahWhite 3 месяца назад +4

      @@richarddenison5997 I followed the protocol laid out in a book by Andreas Moritz: "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush"...
      The crux of the flush is to drink olive oil and grapefruit juice to trigger the bile release, but there are additional important steps to make it work properly and safely. Obviously, as just taking olive oil normally will not flush your liver. I'm sure you've had olive oil in normal eating, and it doesn't flush your liver...
      There are other variations of this flush protocol out there, but I really like the way Andreas sets it up... with 6 days of preparation to soften the stones, careful protocols to make the flush safe and comfortable, and then a clean up protocol afterward to make sure all the stones are moved successfully through and out the colon.

So that’s the safe zone I create for myself. And that only applies to the morning after the olive oil concoction.
      Well, actually it depends on what method you choose for colon cleansing after the flush. That may have its own bathroom dependencies. These days, I use several doses of psyllium seed husk, the first two after all liver flush protocols are complete and before I eat anything.
      I’ll just add, btw, that right now, I am finding Beet Flow to be a more appropriate support for Phase 3 detoxification, with occasional bile salts supplementation on an empty stomach with no HCL in the supplement. Beet Flow thins the bile, which may be called for if your bile got thick.
      In my experience, both the flush protocol and the bile thinning protocol are helpful and have their own purpose. It’s good to have both a hammer and a screw gun in your toolbox. You’ll need one or the other, depending what’s going on. The bile salts supplementation is yet another tool. And IF yet another tool. And keto. All these tools have been so important for improving my liver health, and I still have a way to go. But I’m see new improvement lately.

      Still trying to figure out how to cook onions and garlic with eggs ? ? ? Any suggestions ?

    • @samgranthambmp
      @samgranthambmp Год назад +24

      @@Richard-xg1vv Chop up onion first and fry it off in your pan (natural real butter - not marg, grass-fed ghee, organic coconut oil or extra virgin cold pressed olive oil). When the onions are just about done add your garlic to the pan over medium heat, which only needs about 30 seconds to cook. Then pour in 2-3 eggs (whisk together with a fork prior). Gently fold (not stir) the eggs around over the heat for about 30 seconds, then remove for 10 seconds while folding. Continue this a few times; which will help fluff the eggs while they cook. When your eggs are about 2/3 cooked, add pink Himalayan sea salt and cracked pepper (to aid nutrient absorption). If you’re adding herbs, add some cayenne before the eggs (stir it through - a heap of health benefits), add dried herbs with your onion to give them time to cook and release their flavour, or add lightly dried or fresh herbs (eg. Oregano) about 2/3 the way through with the salt and pepper.
      This meal is also a great opportunity to add more nutritional value by adding chopped kale and/or spinach (add them with the onion) and add some sprouts (alfalfa or broccoli) raw on top at the end. I personally use the olive oil first for the onions and do add real, preservative and additive-free, butter before adding the eggs. This is also a good opportunity to add some cabbage and even some broccoli if you want; which can be added to the onions about half way through. Even better - also add some nutritional yeast, personally I add some to the egg while cooking and sprinkle it on top after.
      🤤

    GF pasta small chickpea or rice & corn a replacement for spaetzle dumplings
    Spinach
    Field Greens Mix
    Mushrooms
    Rosemary
    Thyme
    Pink Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper
    Eggs
    Avocado Oil optional
    Sesame Seeds optional
    Boil GF pasta for 6 minutes in salted water, drain, remove, and cut into smaller pieces. About in 3rds. Set aside.
    Take a large fry pan, heat avocado oil, add mushrooms, sesame seeds, and garlic sautee, and add onions, salt, thyme, pepper, spinach, field greens, reserved pasta and sautee. Remove from pan. Add more avocado oil. Add eggs. Cook eggs sunnside up, salt and pepper, plus some rosemary and thyme on top of the eggs as they cook. Place the mushrooms etc., on plates, the eggs on top. You are done--take a seat. 🙌 I like to cook my eggs in a little hot pepper 🌶️ that's up to you.

    found this information:
    👇
    {{Shoulder pain
    - especially the right one -
    is one of the most overlooked symptoms of LIVER STRAIN.
    The liver is connected to the right shoulder through a nerve called the
    phrenic nerve.
    The phrenic nerve is like an electric wire that runs from the liver area to the cervical vertebrae.}}

Off course, it has to be a oven proof fry pan!

My answer was affirmative. Now, I am having problems with my intestine. I have constantly intestinal inflammation, gas, belching constantly. I don’t know if it is due to the seed or to the slow metabolism (I have hypothyroidism) or parasites or a mix of everything. Dr. Berg, a friend of mine has stage 4 cancer on her liver, lungs and throat. They're testing to see what kind of cancer it is and how fast its growing. They're also scheduling an appointment with a specialist facility in Houston. They're saying it's incurable. Any advice would be much appreciated.

      Nothing is incurable tell them to do protein loads of vegetables and a nutri bullet with high levels of vitamin c...Camu camu has the highest amount of vitamin c in the world 60x more vitamin c in one teaspoon that oranges or lemons. It's is anti cancer ( stop using chemical based creams shampoos and products....keep up lots of greens and blitz smoothies in the smoothie maker )

      Some of Dr Berg's videos on stage 4 may help. Including interviews with survivors.

      What makes estrogen domination?

      @@anjareefschlager8317 hello for asking I am doing intermittent fasting for long time but suddenly 3 years ago I had endometriosis.
      And 13 years ago I had bleeding nipples.
      Quite scary but I changed my diet.
      I have estrogen dominance because I'm in menopausal now.
      So it's normal because since I'm young I have hormonal imbalance.
