Well what can I say brother other than a heartfelt thank you. You are helping me jail break the toxic food industry in a huge way. Is there a use for the stuff left in the nut bag? Thanks! And I love your videos! That sandwich looks amazing!
I have actually mixed in my vegan burgers as to help with the binding. With th soy pulp not mung bean also to make soy sausage
You can look up 'Okara' recipes to find uses for the pulp
Okara burgers are great!
Would one use the starch in the burgers as well?
I do find (when doing soy milk) that I have a lot of food coming from one bag of beans! Milk, burgers...
I baked it, then used it for hummus

I now declare you" King Javant" Master Chef of Whole Raw, Plant Based, Vegan Food. Now, I'm sure you know Mung Beans are used in the Vegan Egg recipe that's currently in the market. Would love to see your take on that. Hint: I would buy it in liquid or powder form.
Love this message, and it actually made me laugh aloud (King, master chef). You must be clairvoyant, thats all I will say about the scrabbled eggs.

I recently was diagnosed with a few things and they have forced me to give up red meats and pork. My Dr and nutritionist have recommended the vegan lifestyle. I was completely lost for a while after lots of reading and some videos like yours have me feeling much better about the change. my eyes are opened to a entirely new world of cooking. I love to cook I love to eat great food. Healthy is the best way of course and I thought I was eating healthier than I am now I was wrong . I finally tried this, and it’s great! The only mistake I made was not putting enough weight to press all water out so it was a bit soft. However, I enjoyed every bite! Thanks
That's great! This is one of the more intimidating dishes to tackle, so I love that you went for it and succeeded! Kudos to you!
Just found your channel and I feel like I'm coming back to life with healthy food again!❤❤❤❤

Love the idea and the result looks amazing!!! Those are the best curds I have seen with anything but soy!!!
Most who make tofu from other legumes use the Burmese method and it's just a different thing... You are the second one I found who made genuine tofu and Mary has not tried mung beans yet.... Love you use lemon juice as a coagulant, it's by way the most excessable!
Totaly have to try this ^^
