Well what can I say brother other than a heartfelt thank you. You are helping me jail break the toxic food industry in a huge way. I’m 56, have ate fairly healthy most of my life by the social structure standard, but was totally oblivious to the damage that is done on the daily by eating foods that don’t feed my melanin. Your channel is a blessing and I share it with everyone that I care about. Its just that important. Again, from a Pan-Afrikan seeking a better way to live, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

In defense of soy you can buy tofu tempeh and milk with ORGANIC on the label. Soy is a popular for its many uses and as I live in rural america I see it go by the truckload to the silos. So mainly meat and dairy customers are those consuming GMO soy. To say soy is a great choice is not to take away from all the other wonderful beans available. Thanks for the wonderful recipe to expand our choices.💙🤹‍♀️

I would never throw out the pulp though, it is loaded with essential fiber and nutrients and is a wonderful ingredient for all kinds of "burgers", patties, baked goods, etc.. I was also wondering if anyone knows what are the additional benefits of making "mung-fu" as opposed to just blending then cooking the entire blended bean with the fiber intact as in makin Burmese tofu?

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Love this Bro! Great Mung-fu recipe. I will try it. The sandwich presentation at the end Rules on the internet Bro. Know that! I now declare you" King Javant" Master Chef of Whole Raw, Plant Based, Vegan Food. Now, I'm sure you know Mung Beans are used in the Vegan Egg recipe that's currently in the market. Would love to see your take on that. Hint: I would buy it in liquid or powder form.

I recently was diagnosed with a few things and they have forced me to give up red meats and pork. My Dr and nutritionist have recommended the vegan lifestyle. I was completely lost for a while after lots of reading and some videos like yours have me feeling much better about the change. my eyes are opened to a entirely new world of cooking. I love to cook I love to eat great food. Healthy is the best way of course and I thought I was eating healthier than I am now I was wrong . Thanks for your videos I appreciate you and the work you put into it

Most who make tofu from other legumes use the Burmese method and it's just a different thing... You are the second one I found who made genuine tofu and Mary has not tried mung beans yet.... Love you use lemon juice as a coagulant, it's by way the most excessable!
