    Hi Jessica.
    I've done this workout periodically since I found you on You Tube in 2020. It's a great challenge - I can really feel it in both legs and glutes. Just before I did this workout, I did another one of your standing upper body videos, making a complete workout for today.     I just discovered your channel during this quarantine, and it has been LIFE. CHANGING. Finally, someone who works out in a small space with pets underfoot (and occasionally a raccoon? climbing a tree in the background, at around 5:13)! It's only been a couple months and I feel radically better already. Thanks so much for helping me keep it together while I'm working from home and my gym is closed.

    This was my workout for this morning it is another one of my favorite lower body workouts from you I could feel the burn 🔥 all the way through and I didn’t have to do lunges I am gonna be sore for a while but it is worth it thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great day😀

    Now that I’m almost 60, I can’t do the same kind of workouts I used to do due to arthritic knees, so this is great 👍. I paired it with your other 19minute squat free workout. Thanks Jessica! I’ll be looking for more of these!

    Brilliant in every single way! The speed, the range of motion, the calm positive attitude. Probably the first ever RUclips workout for lower body that did not make my knees hurt! I feel so strong and accomplished. Looking forward to feeling that 'love' tomorrow... :)

    I love coming back to this work out. I do it and say to myself... I should do this 2 times per week... then I get wrapped up into other videos! I love the variety you have. I comeback to this one realizing... variety ha! This is KILLER!! I needed to recover! lol!! You really know how to get a lot out of 15 minutes! And .... I Thank You!!

    I sometimes regret that there's no more 30 day challenge on RUclips but your DVD are so efficient, they deserve to be bought. And there's so much great vids, I sometimes build my own challenge ! I'm so in love with your amazing Peanut that never have the least eye on you (he endures this since birth, that's make him sleepy !)

    Hello! Jessica. It's good to be back to your workouts I've been on a hiadius for a while. I started school this spring & it was tough getting in workouts between class and studies & kids. I'm so excited to get back into it this summer I miss it. This workout I have not done yet because I did yoga sculpt yesterday and I'm so sore! Hope to get this one in tomorrow maybe :-) ,Thank you!

    I've been doing your cardio ballet for years, and some of the knee friendly and walk videos - this is my new favorite and I LOVE the 5 minute dealies!!! Thank you Jess :) I've shared them w my mom who's 77 and my daughter who just had a baby. Thank you, you too Peanut! :)

    I was looking for a lunge free, lower body workout. This was challenging and I was able to do it without flaring up any knee issues. Hooray!

    Body-weight only is really hard when your legs are as heavy as mine! That quarter circle move looks easy but by that point I could barely lift my leg. I could still feel the one-leg squat in my knees but could manage a small movement near the top of the range of motion. Thanks for these knee-friendly workouts.

    OMG! What a great workout. Just found this one today. Needed equipment-free workout as I am traveling. Also did your fusion cardio band before this (I did bring a resistance band with me). This was tough and effective.

    This was a good choice this morning as it is a lower body day but I am short for time. Enjoyed it and it packs in lots in a short time. This one is definitely a sneaky one. Thanks Jessica I think this one might be one of my favourite go to workouts when I am short on time.💪

    Love, love this workout! I have two replaced knees which makes kneeling moves and deep lunges a big no-no. This workout is also easy on my arthritic spine. Keep up the good work in trying to make exercise accessible for people of all ranges of ability. Count me as a big fan of your workouts.

    I love these small sessions easy on bad legs n takes time to do ea .some exercises are so fast you can't keep up I'f have injuries . Much love tomarrow when I feel these .

    I really need this. Although I workout and do differently routines ( I like to change it up), I am noticing "saddlebags" on my outer thighs. So, keep these type workouts coming, I need to get rid of the saddlebags. And, low impact is always great on my knees.

    This is so helpful, thanks for the video! I am knock kneed and not many people understand what that is. I tend to have slightly bad form when doing lunges because of that and it gets embarrassing when trainers want me to do those in front of everyone in the gym lol

    This workout is excellent especially if you are short on time. It gets to the point quickly, there is plenty of challenge in there and it is over fast. I did this in my morning tea break today and I still have time for a cup of tea too.😀

    Ah yes, thank you for this! I am getting back into exercise after being down from surgery and find it even harder to do lower body stuff now.
