Guided body scanning, might be a really good way to bridge the gap between brain and body connection, and really help reinforce that connection easier for doing these exercises easier too. Make accessing that connection easier. Thank you for this amazing video 💙💙💙💙
@Healwithtracy yeah I did notice your approach towards helping people understand where they might be feeling the exercise, and where they need to be feeling it with each exercise. And what they may need to adjust. You do have a really awesome approach to help people be more mindful of how to get the work in the right area. As well as being conscious of timing breaths 💙💙💙 You do combine everything really well! And you make it really easy to follow (^_^)
I'm excited to try these exercises! Your descriptions really suit my brain :-) I think it could be really helpful to see how it looks from your perspective, especially for neutral vs overcompensating. Like when I am on the floor I don't have a profile view like you show in the video, you know? I'm looking down my belly at my knees!
Tracey! I've followed you on insta for ages and your videos have helped me so much. I struggle so much with this pelvic tilt and my back and hip flexors have been so sore and tight lately. It's so exciting to see longer videos from you over here! 😍 I love the explanation and constant reminders to connect in with the mind/body connection ❤

I would say that in session my style is very geared towards that approach. And that really helps build neural connection. You’re so welcome. :)

Oh interesting idea! I’m not sure how to do it, but I’ll ponder on this. So glad you’re here. :)

Welp. I've been doing glute bridges completely wrong my entire life...
Most people with anterior pelvic tilts have the same experience!
Same here
