The way I just cackled 😭. I went out with my cousin last weekend and I told her “I’m tired of holding this fat shit in.” Had to let it go 😂. If I could get my hips to roll back a few degrees I can go from looking 9 months to 3 months prego lol
With the dead bugs, my back is definitely not going into anterior tilt which I'm sure is a good thing. But when both knees are above my hips, my back does push down into my hands. I believe it is posterior tilting at this position. Is that a bad thing?
I've hurt my lower back severely because of lifting with an anterior pelvic tilt. I seriously need advice. I used to sit 6-7 hours a day and play videogames and begun at the gym. I've gotten to +100kg squat and deadlift and now got an injury because a lot of strain on the lower back due to the tilt.. Any help?
I’m no doctor or expert but I think you should tone down any movements that put a lot of stress or pressure onto the lower back a lot like any deadlift variation, squats, bent over rows, etc. and maybe keep them at a lighter weight until you feel like you can go heavy again, if it hurts an excessive amount go see a doctor
You need to do corrective exercises to fix your posture. I suggest you include that in your training regimen. Also pause lifting heavy in movements like squats and deadlifts
So I love you videos! I have been suffering for 2 years from si joint disfunction. My chiropractor says this is because the left side of my pelvis is in anterior rotation and the right side of my pelvis is in posterior rotation, and this causing my sacrum to be tilted. Can you post a video of some excercises I can do or leave some in the comments so that I can work on this issue proactively. I know this video wasn't centered around this, I just wanted to comment on the newest video in hopes to get a quicker response. Thank you so so much! I have been suffering so long! My chiropractor has helped somewhat but I'm still in daily pain!
I could only find one tutorial and article on anterior pelvic tilt on one side causing supination and lateral pelvic tilt. Would these exercises help? And do them on the side that is anterior rotated and higher?
How do I do the plank if I can't even lift myself into a plank position? I feel it in my core when I tense, but I also feel it a lot in my arms. Just want to make sure I'm still doing something worthwhile, or if I should try to start in plank position or something
Are you able to plank while resting on your knees for support rather than your feet? Everything else would be the same, then eventually work your way towards the standard plank over time.
Look at this video by Back Intelligence for 4 plank regressions which are so much easier to begin with. Good luck ruclips.net/video/et7u7zMamMw/видео.html
In all seriousness, I agree with this. I am not young and have had a lifetime of poor posture. Now, thanks to RUclips, I finally understand why and how to fix it. And I’ve been thinking, how did this start…and I’ve come to the same conclusion, school (and I loved school)

This issue is becoming more common these days. My belly sticks out too much with no real gut control. Look like pregnant.
When are you due?
@@fabrice8940 it’s been 9 months 😹

I wonder if this will help my stomach bulging out even though I'm extremely fit and slim. 😔🙏
Thank you for the video, very helpful. I think I have trauma-induced pelvic tilt, but I am correcting it now with these exercises.
Wonderful!
This is an excellent video!
Glad you think so!

I can’t get my body to do a single dead bug leg lift thing.
Thank you for your time, but everybody always talk about anterior and never about posterior tilt.
Check out article on Posterior pelvic tilt: backintelligence.com/fix-posterior-pelvic-tilt/
