Your break up videos have truly helped me deeply. Especially your ones from a few years ago. I still say “Thanks for the cut” daily. I loved her more than anyone I ever have, and she ended it in a very brutal and abrupt way. It’s been 6 weeks from a relationship that ended on our 1 year anniversary. I’ve had longer relationships before but this one was so much deeper.
I truly lost myself in her. And I’ve been healing slowly, but I’m entering a phase where my heart and mind seem to be clashing. My mind is ready to let go, but my heart keeps me holding on deep down. You help a lot. Thank you.

I feel very angry... One of your videos helped me soo much during my last break up. Here I am yet again after another break up feeling like I've wasted 3 years of my life, watching another video. Thank you for this 💜.

I'm so sorry to hear that Melissa - that must really be tough. I can certainly relate to feeling anger & indignation at the years being wasted. The truth is that there is no easy answer or fix (as you know), but you *can* reach a better brighter place. Anyway, sending you my best wishes, and please do reach out if I can be of help.

When you think about all of this it’s still painful, I think that everyone is truly different and I tend to think that if you truly love the one that you’re with you need to make all of the efforts energy that you have to make it work.
But again it depends about the relationship at the end of the day, I like to trust on love more than anything else. Broken heart takes a lot of time to heal and a lot of energy also. We probably all had those feelings about shaking, thinking deeply, and not be able to accomplished anything. It touch our lifestyle but also our jobs, studies.
Good luck to everyone that is going thru this it’s painful.

I needed to see this video. I was in love with an avoidant partner who pushed me away when I made my needs for emotional closeness clear. It hurts so bad how she could just cut me off.

The beginning is really tough - sit with the feelings that come up for now, and really take some time to get help (friends, fam, coaches, therapists etc) and look after yourself. I'm also working on publishing more vids on my channel on break ups that will help too. Wishing you well!

I've been in this broken situation for about 18 months of a relationship 7 years. There are step kids involved that I have seen the birth of 2. We have so much damage on our own AND between us. I have abandonment issues from both parents so i ask... how do I walk away from them when I am their dad in their hearts? How do I not break their hearts an thoughts an protect my own?

These are such powerful, and also difficult questions to answer. And honestly - I can only provide some general guides here on RUclips. My recommendation would be twofold - get professional support in the form of a professional life coach/therapist (this is something I offer, if interested, just email support@keshavbhatt.com) and spend 1 hour a day journalling ALL your thoughts on paper, and meditating (you can use apps like Headspace, Calm, etc).
Co-parenting is a tricky thing to navigate, but with the right boundaries & communication - it's totally possible.
This is also why I want you to have someone of your own to lean on (in the form of an objective non judgemental professional - not just friends & fam), so you're able to heal your own wounds, whilst avoiding passing that on to others.
I hope this helps Michael, and above all - I truly wish the best for you. It sounds like a difficult situation, and given you level of self reflection & awareness, I can see you have some great questions to reflect on already.
Sending you love, light & hope,
      Keshav

22 years it finished tonight. I agreed to divorce papers not because I wanted to but because I would end up as mad as she has become. Aliens do exist they invade your loved one and alter their realty. I hope to stop crying soon.

I am really sorry. I watched a vid on breakups and the guy said even though your in pain now. Feelings dont last. It gave me alittle comfort. I wish you well. Also. This may seem weird but i found a sleep hypnotist here on yt. About forgetting past relationships. It actually works.
