Honestly it depends, I've seen some couples getting back together and worked things out in a good way and are happily married. It just takes two person to be committed into that relationship and changing what was wrong. But if cheating was included, that is a different story.

At 21, I was stuck in a cycle of wishing it could be different, ruminating, hoping, cursing, unable to accept it, depressed and tying my entire self worth to this one job and my colleagues and my manager (who didn't actually care about me). The worst times are waking up in the middle of the night, not being able to go back to sleep cause you’re thinking about the past and what you could have done differently. But I know it is in the past now. There is nothing I can do or change about it. I am moving on but it is hard when you still have a deep love for that person. Hard times will either make you or break you and there is NO WAY I will let myself get broken. It all starts in my own head. Better days are coming just have to take it a day at a time.
I honestly feel that. Some nights it is hard for me to sleep because of the pain and love I still have for this person. Makes it hard for me to feel happy. But I am slowly starting to get beck out there. I am starting to be more open and love myself. Not focusing on the past. I am now leaving it all behind.
Ironically at this moment I am up in the middle of the night unable to calm the racing mind....can't sleep. The ebb and flow of anger, hurt, resentment and guilt on what else could I have done differently...the scenarios playing around in my head... I should have done this... or that....why didn't I chose to do this or that?? This is not about a break up....it is about having a person betray and secondly having to work in the legal system to help protect two abused border collies....lawyers are tricky....using manipulative strategies...one has to have had a lot of practice to think on ones feet quickly to respond...or to chose not to respond....such a foreign landscape to learn in....Yes, I did my best...but the outcome wasn't what I expected or see how it was one of justice. Here, none of the definitions fit the criteria or have very poor resonance with the sentence. Would sulking over the past make me cheat my future? No. It'll simply shape my future in a way where I sulk over the past. Would reminiscing the past cheat my future? No again, it'll just shape my future in a way where I recall moments of my life.

IMO, most relationships fall in and out of love but it’s the compatibility with your partner that makes a relationship worth fighting for. In my case, I actually fell for one of our best friends. Messed up BAD, and now my heart is split in two. Can’t make amends with my past cause I want to fix it SO BAD but the other person is not willing to 😞. Seriously... so hard to get over this 😞💔.

Hi, this video changed my life 2 years ago. I was fresh out of college and let go from my first and dream job, in a very unfair company situation through no fault of my own. It felt like heartbreak.
At 21, I was stuck in a cycle of wishing it could be different, ruminating, hoping, cursing, unable to accept it, depressed and tying my entire self worth to this one job and my colleagues and my manager (who didn't actually care about me). But this video changed my life after I watched it. I decided to accept it, cut it off and move on.
2 years later - I moved on and losing that job helped me find my passion. I am glad it happened. I am so much stronger personally and professionally. And the company now is in loss and has mass layoffs so I'm glad I left early on.

The worst times are waking up in the middle of the night, not being able to go back to sleep cause you’re thinking about the past and what you could have done differently. But I know it is in the past now. There is nothing I can do or change about it. I am moving on but it is hard when you still have a deep love for that person. Hard times will either make you or break you and there is NO WAY I will let myself get broken. It all starts in my own head. Better days are coming just have to take it a day at a time.
I honestly feel that. Some nights it is hard for me to sleep because of the pain and love I still have for this person. Makes it hard for me to feel happy. But I am slowly starting to get beck out there. I am starting to be more open and love myself. Not focusing on the past. I am now leaving it all behind.
Ironically at this moment I am up in the middle of the night unable to calm the racing mind....can't sleep. The ebb and flow of anger, hurt, resentment and guilt on what else could I have done differently...the scenarios playing around in my head... I should have done this... or that....why didn't I chose to do this or that?? This is not about a break up....it is about having a person betray and secondly having to work in the legal system to help protect two abused border collies....lawyers are tricky....using manipulative strategies...one has to have had a lot of practice to think on ones feet quickly to respond...or to chose not to respond....such a foreign landscape to learn in....Yes, I did my best...but the outcome wasn't what I expected or see how it was one of justice. I certainly appreciate reading the comment section...findings of others working through the challenge...... 🤔 😑 🇨🇦 🌈

Was struggling lately with a lot of depressed thoughts and how to move on felt very depressed within, and my soul was urgent to let it go and move on. Hello Jamie. I'm hurting too. I know you don't want to hear this because I certainly did not, but it will get better. Day by Day, it Will get better. However, not in even steps. One day you are better, but not OK, and the next day you actually feel like your old self. Most days you can't accept what is happening to you. It will get better. You must believe it will get better simple because it certainly will. This is the sad part however. In those moment, when we feel the most despair, dread and loss of hope, there is nothing we can do but reachout to each other in those moments. Talking and typing away definitely helps, especially when we need that help. God Bless you.

I could tell you stuff she did to me that would make you cry and you don't even know me. But listen to the video every day because it does get better. Now I do have my days were I miss her so much it hurts my heart. Just hang in I promise you that it will get better
